    Hello, im trying to port out from my aircel # [protected] and im continuously getting and error for the 1900 number. Im able to send messages to other number properly but it throws an error only for 1900. I even tried 3 different handset (Even basic handset) but all throws an error.

      I want to change my postpaid sim to prepaid so i take port number from aircel and give mnp request from airtel in two times when i give request the message come from airtel that message was your request for porting the [protected] to airtel has been received. But still not change i contact airtel customer care and aircel customer care but they dont give correct answer for me every month i paid postpaid bill for aircel kindly help to change my postpaid number to prepaid..

        I want to port my aircel service to other service, but not able to send message to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they are not able to help.

        It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

        Very poor service by aircel.

          Dear sir /mam,
          I recharged with 197 rs pack in my aircel sim recently and the quality of service provided to me by operator is very poor regarding the plan. L made numerous complaints in all the departments of aircel but did not got any solution. They are not interested solving my problem also when i am calling and using internet there is a big network issue. Now aircel's customer care service is not picking up my calls also. I am facing this problems for 15 - 20 days.

Further as checked our network team had discussed with Ms. Rajni, she is facing indoor coverage issue at said location (Nand Gram Road, Tyagi Market, Ghaziabad Near Mariam Gate) nearest serving site DLA4924 and neighbour sites area working fine but problem may persist in indoor due to dense clutter area. We request you to search network manually and latch in Aircel network or Re- insert SIM in handset and then check.

            I got my broken sim replacement a few days back for which it was charged rs150 also but it wasn't activated for almost two weeks so i went to the office yesterday and they gave me yet another sim of the same number and charged rs150 again but till now it hasn't been activated... Please tell me the procedure to activate it at the earliest... I tried calling the customer services too but it didn't help either

                  Vas of ndairsms2n has been activated itself on my aircel mobile number [protected]. My rs.2 deducts everyday for this service and it has been deducted rs.38 so far. I called aircel customer care on 198 in this regard. They suggested me to dial *121*0200# to deactivate this service but i have dialed this many times but this service has not been deactivated yet. I contacted aircel customer again at 198 and again described the issue and also told about the ivr i dialed to deactivate the service but failed, then they suggested me another number that is *121*2# i dialed this number but an another service had been activated on my mobile and another rs.2 had been activated on my number, then he accepted his mistake but did not refunded me the money which had been deducted due to his mistake.
                  I want this service of ndairsms2n to be deactivated and want my refund of rs.38 as soon as possible otherwise next i will go to consumer court.

                    I lost my phone and sim then i issued duplicate sim. Sim activated but not able to make incoming and outgoing calls.
                    Literally, i fed up from the aircel team. So, now am waiting for my sim activation. Once sim activates then i'll definitely port my number.
                    Even customer support persons are also not responding of my call.
                    The worst company in telecommunication. Such a cheap network service provider.

                        I want to PORT my Aircel number to other network provider because its network coverage is too weak .
                        Aircel is not allowing me to send PORT message to 1900.And the Customer care service is worse . You just can't reach them !!

                          I am having the same problem, for the last 70+ day i was not able to receive any messages, but able to send the same, my mobile number is +[protected], i had lost my sim and replaced with a new sim, after replacing this problem started, even they suggested to replace again, i did that too, still the problem remain,

                          I had called the customer care every alternate day for the past 2 months they are not able to resolve me the issue, every time they take the complaint and ask for 48 hr time, many had tried still not yet resolved, even i had changed various mobile and tried but not able to resolve, please i beg you try to resolve me the same, my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com,

                          My number is a postpaid number and i was using this number for the past 12+ year,

                              Sir iam senthilkumaran using mobile number [protected] from aircel service provider. I have been subscribed to games club vas by unauthorised manner today 17 sept 2017 and rs 35 deducted from my talk time. On 15 sept 2017 money was deducted for movie masti vas in a unauthorised manner and the compliant is still pending. This is the fourth time such unauthorised subscription and deduction of money happening for in a period of three months. I want service provider aircel to reimburse the deducted money.
                              If necessary action is not taken by the service provider iam forced to switch over to other service provider using port.

                                Since last week aircel has been deducting my credit for services which i did not subscribe. Even after i have sent request to unsubscribe, my credits are deducted for same services. I have been deducted more than a hundred rupees. At times i cant even make a call because of low credit.
                                If i don't find a solution then i will make a police report against you for cheating.

                                  i need you help so this type of scaming stop from other people. And most humbling requested to u i need my money back.

So charging found correct and you are not eligible for waiver.

                                    Mr. /mrs manager,

                                    Myself anjani kumar choubey but an aircel sim two weeks ago. That has a plan of rs 399 claiming that they will provide free calling to any network plus 1gb 3g data every day for 4 month. But i am not able to get even a proper call not even 2g data. I lodged a complaint regarding this on third day after i bought the sim. First they told it not problem with network the problem is in your phone, then one of your man came visited me checked my phone and told phone has no problem, something is wrong with network. After that i lodged complaint again and again but the response was unpleasant and the issue has not been resolved yet.

                                      I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last one week. I called 198, customer care executive is keep saying server is down.

                                      It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.
