not able to receive port message from 1900

I want to port my Aircel service to other service...Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even I called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers.

network range not available

I am working in chil sez ccc office. Recently i bought an aircel sim. But i am unable to get the range inside my office building while i am able to get it outside with in the campus. Many of my colleagues has also shifted from aircel to some other network because of this issue. Other networks are available inside the buildings, why not aircel?. Can you do something about this?....

Everyday 2 rs are being deducted from my aircel balance. I didn't even applied for this service and a lot of amount have been deducted till now. How can aircel be so irresponsible and force any service onto us without our permission or request? It got activated itself everyday. I don't want any service like this! Remove the pack as soon as possible....

I received several promotional sms even after my resetting the preference. Again i had to reset the preference on 08.12.2016...

I can't receive my 500mb.

I have recharge of pi pack 77 on 5th september 2017 valid upto 2nd october 2017. Aircel give me offer in this pack. The offer is aircel give me 500 mb net daily per day basis. But last 2 day i can't receive this 500 mb daily... I am complaining aircel customer care but they have not resolve my problem. Present day also i can't receive my 500mb. So i think this aircel company is fraud.
