I can't call and msg anywhere though i have sufficient balance. Did Aircel blocked my all outgoing call? I need help. Now i want to send a msg to port my sim...

I see this happening with aircel time and again but why am i not able to send a port sms from my basic mobile?

I suspect aircel has done something to disable sms reception to the concerned number to enable port of a number. This is such a low by aircel. I try and send an sms to 1900 to port my existing number but the sms does not go through with an error message 'error sending message'....

PORT message to 1900 is failing. I have tried sending a message with different mobile phones but no use.
Messages to other numbers works.
I am not getting Aircel nano sim in my area and I don't have time to search for the Aircel store. Please resolve this issue asap...

I havee mistakely done a wrong recharge to this number [protected] i have coompaint against bwrong recharge reversal but customer care not any help with us...pagal banate h free me kam kuch karna nahi ...salary pehle chahiye...i have not satisfy this company, ...in future i dont believe this company or customer care......

Ive been using aircel for the past 14 years. Initially i loved the service. But now i hate to the core. Junk of frauds who drains peoples money. The show starts when you recharge for bigger amount say 1000. Stupid packs get activated automatically. And i literally lost some 4000 as suspect money. All i did was trusting this *worst adj* company. So please dont trust aircel and lose your brains. These guys will rot in hell. Cheating wolves....

Auto deducting 2 rs daily i did not activated any service. I have not used your mobile data please refund my amount or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

I am a prepaid user of Aircel from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal circle. I have recharged 255/- package for 1 GB usage per day benefit on[protected] at 12:43 pm. But at 6:00 pm I have found my A/C balance to be deducted from 39/- to 9.87/- when mobile data was on. Number is [protected]. I am moving to Consumer Forum for this unwanted mismanagement....

I recharge phone 249 unlimited call std&local before one week but yesterday deduction amount my main balance its service and management is very bad, i call 5 to 6 time but their is not any response calling boy busy song or sum thing.
Aircel network is verry bad. His call center in not respone to any complaint

I have done a recharge of rs.143 dialing *121*01* and i got only 1 gb instead of 7 gb as mentioned on the recharge page. I had called the customer care and reconfirmed about the offer and they confirmed that it is available for my number.
I have called the customer care twice yesterday and today and they said it will get credited soon it is more than 48hrs and data not credited.

There's a service activated on my aircel no. [protected]. I've called customer care so many times but they haven't deactivated it yet.
The service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. Please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic.

My aircel no [protected]. Aircel customer care representative assurede he will deactivate my ndmc services if i wiill send a request *121*0200#. I have send many time this request but my amount deduct daily 2 rs. The above services activate without my permission. So kindly refund my amounts. If not possible so i am saying to sorry i will discontinue the aircel services and also go to consumers court.

I recharged my aircel number [protected] for mrp 249, which according to the company recharge website and mobile app gives unlimited local and std with 28gb internet for 28 days (Screenshots attached). We disturbed due to unwanted and abuse calls from following number in night only and it has already been addressed to mobile operator - at kolkata.
He is calling at 02:00am and saying that calling from health department. Requested to please take necessary action to avoid such nuisance.
