Dear sir/madam,
I recharged my aircel number [protected] for mrp 249, which according to the company recharge website and mobile app gives unlimited local and std with 28gb internet for 28 days (Screenshots attached). However, after recharging with company website today on 27/09/2017, and confirming the same pack from company website, pack shows validity till 10th oct 2017 that is just 14 days, on that when i called the customer care, the guy misbehaved with me and almost scolded me as to why i recharged on website, and that i should have recharged on aircel store because we live in stone age according to aircel. Not just this, they add vas services to my number every month without even confirmation from me. Aircel are cheaters and no wonder their customers are so less. Even i'm going to change my operator by mnp tomorrow. However i've been cheated by these and are misbehaving on that. Kindly take a note on this and circulate the same. I'll also circulate it everywhere if my issue is not resolved. Thank you

We would like to inform you that you recharged with RC 249 on Sep 27, 2017 for which all the benefits for 28 days have been credited on your number.
Benefits being Unlimited All Local/Std calls + 1 GB 3G/2G Data benefits for 28 days.
Further, there is a capping/limit of 300 minutes/day and 1200 minutes/week for all local + STD Voice calls, post which, all calls will get charged @30p/min.
Also, we are working on your VAS related issue and will update you soon.
