Sir, i am user of aircel prepaid [protected] and i have transferred from tamil nadu to andrapradesh one month back. Due to non availability of aircel network, i am trying to port past 10 days. So far 3 complaints submitted but not yet getting. Please rectify the issue at the earliest.
This aircel prepaid has been used by me are more than 7 years and having all personal contact in this number.in kakinada available only airtel network, hence i need to change aircel network to airtel network immediately. But not cleatence getting from your end. Please do the needful immediately. If you want any clarification contact me in [protected]

    Msgs being recd for linking mobile with aadhaar. Mobile no. [protected] already linked with aadhaar. It appears no further process of linking through retailer is necessary. I'm a sr. Citizen of 77+ and biometric fingerprint verification thro" normal machine can't be done. Aadhaar no. Can be provided to aircel subject to receipt of proper link in my mobile so that they can verify linking of mobile to aadhaar.

      I have linked my mobile number with my aadhar card but till now i face a problem with a text that your mobile number is not linked with the aadhar. I have reached many of the retailer shop to find out the solution but everyone says that it is linked but when i call a aircel executive and ask for the information they say that your mobile number is not linked with your aadhar number kindly link it to enjoy our daily benefits. I just want you to help me out from this mess

        I have no network in my phone from past 1month, i am currently using aircel sim and the customer service isnt responding, please look into my issue asap. Its showing a red cross mark on the signal bars and then keeps searching for the network but it doesn't connect to any network. I am using aircel from 3years but this problem started one month ago and is still not solved.

            I see this happening with aircel time and again but why am i not able to send a port sms from my basic mobile?

            I suspect aircel has done something to disable sms reception to the concerned number to enable port of a number. This is such a low by aircel. I try and send an sms to 1900 to port my existing number but the sms does not go through with an error message 'error sending message'.

                  Ive been using aircel for the past 14 years. Initially i loved the service. But now i hate to the core. Junk of frauds who drains peoples money. The show starts when you recharge for bigger amount say 1000. Stupid packs get activated automatically. And i literally lost some 4000 as suspect money. All i did was trusting this *worst adj* company. So please dont trust aircel and lose your brains. These guys will rot in hell. Cheating wolves. Moving out of aircel. And i wont suggest even my sons/doughters/grand children to try aircel

                            I have done a recharge of rs.143 dialing *121*01* and i got only 1 gb instead of 7 gb as mentioned on the recharge page. I had called the customer care and reconfirmed about the offer and they confirmed that it is available for my number.
                            I have called the customer care twice yesterday and today and they said it will get credited soon it is more than 48hrs and data not credited.
                            It is very disappointing the customer who still continue with aircel even after getting better offers from other operators.

                                There's a service activated on my aircel no. [protected]. I've called customer care so many times but they haven't deactivated it yet.
                                The service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. Please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic.

                                  My aircel no [protected]. Aircel customer care representative assurede he will deactivate my ndmc services if i wiill send a request *121*0200#. I have send many time this request but my amount deduct daily 2 rs. The above services activate without my permission. So kindly refund my amounts. If not possible so i am saying to sorry i will discontinue the aircel services and also go to consumers court.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I recharged my aircel number [protected] for mrp 249, which according to the company recharge website and mobile app gives unlimited local and std with 28gb internet for 28 days (Screenshots attached). However, after recharging with company website today on 27/09/2017, and confirming the same pack from company website, pack shows validity till 10th oct 2017 that is just 14 days, on that when i called the customer care, the guy misbehaved with me and almost scolded me as to why i recharged on website, and that i should have recharged on aircel store because we live in stone age according to aircel. Not just this, they add vas services to my number every month without even confirmation from me. Aircel are cheaters and no wonder their customers are so less. Even i'm going to change my operator by mnp tomorrow. However i've been cheated by these and are misbehaving on that. Kindly take a note on this and circulate the same. I'll also circulate it everywhere if my issue is not resolved. Thank you

                                    We would like to inform you that you recharged with RC 249 on Sep 27, 2017 for which all the benefits for 28 days have been credited on your number.
                                    Benefits being Unlimited All Local/Std calls + 1 GB 3G/2G Data benefits for 28 days.
                                    Further, there is a capping/limit of 300 minutes/day and 1200 minutes/week for all local + STD Voice calls, post which, all calls will get charged @30p/min.

                                    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to IDEA as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 21 sep, 2017 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

                                      I am aircel user since 2011 but now not happy with services. It's not working since a week. I tried to get in touch with customer care ppl but i couldn't as you have condition that call should be done from aircel num, irory is i have only one aircel number so if your sim stopped working that means you become alien for aircel. There is no way to connect you ppl. One num which i got for non aircel users, i guess that num was pasted just to fill the space in short never worked.
                                      So basically i am stuck, and now looking forward to port the num into airtel.

                                        This is sk emdad hussain holding aircel no. [protected] complaining that, on 26.09.2017 some amount has been deducted from my balance.in the next morning (27.09.2017), another message was came to my phone stating that "thanks for choosing smigglemobi at rs35.0. You have been charged rs 35.0 for 7 days..."
                                        And from onward i am continuing try to connect with a custmer care no. But call not connect saying always busy.
