Am imdath am using aircel prepaid [protected].
From my knowledge i didn't ever used aircel postpaid.
After seeing this message i remember that two or three years back for my friend i have taken and gave aircel postpaid on behalf of him under my proof.
He only used aircel postpaid i didn't even don't know what number it is.
Once he met with accident and died, i said many time to rep who called me at that time.
How i can bear that amount. Today received message that gonna taking advocate notice against me.
Please concern team get in to this issue and try to clear.
If anything detail needed please call me and i will give.

      I have recharge of pi pack 77 on 5th september 2017 valid upto 2nd october 2017. Aircel give me offer in this pack. The offer is aircel give me 500 mb net daily per day basis. But last 2 day i can't receive this 500 mb daily... I am complaining aircel customer care but they have not resolve my problem. Present day also i can't receive my 500mb. So i think this aircel company is fraud.

        I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

        It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

        Please help me.

        I am facing the same issue. I have also raised a separate complaint on this forum. Waiting for the Aircel team to get back to me after I sent them the details they asked (same as above) from me.
        And their customer care tells me that this is a recent problem - it is happening only 'these days' due to a server problem. But I can see such complaints submitted on this forum at least since Feb 2017. This is customer harassment!

          Hi,
          One of the customer of aircel telecom company, coimbatore
          (My postpaid number;[protected]) my base plan is 199/- two months (July) before i submitted request to change my plan 199 to tariff 149/- plan they accept my request but the plan is not change or no intimation is provided by aircel customer care representative regarding that failure of plan change. Now they kept increasing late fee bill payment fine without any intimation. Without information my outgoing and incoming facility block. Customer service agents response to my queries and concerns are very harsh to me. They are taking very rude and do not know how to talk to a customer at all. Lot of conversation she told to me your plan change form next billing period. Now they customer executive demanding to pay 199/-plan (Totally 2month bill +late fees 580/-)
          Who will be responsible for that of not changing the plan as per the request raised by us.

          So kindly take action for this and give me solutions

            I am in the area where I am not getting range of Aircel. I have sent PORT message to 1900 and it is not accepting from your side. I have called to customer care but still not getting it resolved. Now even they are not recieving my call. Please do look into this. I want to switch to another service provider.                 Its been around 4 days that i am trying to send message to 1900 for Porting my aircel number to some other service.But it is unable to send the message giving error(Message not sent).
                I had a talk with 121 CC, they assured to solve this within 24 hrs..Yet same problem persists.

                    I submit to report as i have two number with the same service provider in my govt id, my mother is using one, when i have gone to aircel store - kilpauk to link aadhar no., they are asking me to bring the mobile, i told them my mom is using so i cant bring, but for otp i can give you by calling & asking for otp over phone or ask her to message instantly, but they refused asking how can we believe you are his son, or relation we need proof. My question here is, i am the owner of that mobile number as you can check it on the system, i am present here & my aadhar number is here which i brought with me to attest my thumb print on the system as per govt regulation, but why they are asking me to bring my mobile with me, since i can provide the otp by asking my mother right. I can provide my mobile number, aadhar no & otp to link my number with aadhar. Based on this can they do check my name & address for verification & link the aadhar as the needful right.

                        I am getting regular message like "your ndmc170317sms2 pack has been renewed". Although i have not taken any service and pack.

                        My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

                        Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.

                                    Since 15th september 2017, i have been trying to send port message to 1900 from my current aircel number (I want to port our of aircel to another service provider), but i have constantly been getting the error message "not sent. Tap to try again." i then called up aircel customer care on 16th september'17 to know about what is going on. I was told it should work but he has highlighted this number to his senior. I should be able to send the message in 24 hours. I still couldn't send the message till 18th sep'17. I again called up aircel on 18th sep'17, and i was again told the same thing that my number has been highlighted and i should get the mnp code on my number. This time i asked them to provide me the service request number. But they said that they do not have a service request number since they have not raised a complaint for this. They have just highlighted the number to their senior and that i should receive the mnp code as sms on my number within 24 hours.
                                    I called up customer care again after 24 hours since i had not yet received the promised mnp code sms yet from aircel. This time the customer care representative tells me that there is a problem in their system and hence messages to 1900 are not going. But gave me a workaround - asked me to register my aircel number to any other network and then send the port message to 1900. I checked with the guy if we can just select any other network and it allows to register the aircel number? He replied with a yes on that. I asked him why was the system problem not told to me in two previous calls by other representatives. He told me that they don't tell everyone this solution - they are telling me this now since i was calling for the 3rd time. Also, it seems he himself had tried the same trick. He really did not have any proper answer to why the customer care representatives on the previous two calls did not say anything about the system issue.
                                    Obviously registering on any other network failed. So still couldn't send the message.
                                    I again called up this morning to check on the same. Now the smart guy tells me that there was some system issue yesterday, and that is why i couldn't send any message to 1900. I then corrected him and told him that i have been trying to send this message since 1 week now. Plus i checked internet and it seems people have been reporting the same issue with aircel since atleast february 2017. He then says i will now receive an sms very soon. This time i persist that raise a complaint and give me the complaint number. He says "oh complaint number?". Blabbers some 4 digit number - to which i say "just a moment, let me make a note". Before i could even finish my reply, he had put my call on hold - i could hear the same repeating messages that we hear when they put your call on hold!! All this while my call was being charged at 50 paise for 3 minutes. For sending the message to 1900 i had recharged for rs 10 - which i think i will soon finish by just talking to these customer care representatives on a daily basis. Even after the daily mental harassment, i don't think i will ever get this issue resolved.
                                    Is it justified to not let customers go out and not provide them with good service too? Gundaraj?

                                    I just called the customer care again. This time the guy tells me that my number will be highlighted to his senior and I will get an SMS. I then told him that the first 3 times that I had called, I was told the same thing but I never receive any SMS as promised. I asked him to take a complaint this time and give me the complaint number. He tells me that last time I had raised a complaint, and I would have received an SMS fromAircel regarding the complaint number. I told him i got no such SMS. So I ask him to either provide me the old complaint number or raise a new complaint and give me the new complaint number. After making me wait for sometime, he told me he would raise a new complaint and I would get the complaint number on SMS. I then insisted that why not give me the compliant number right now on the call itself. He reluctantly agreed and says "Lijiye complain number" - and then call goes on IVRS advertisements again without any warning!!

                                    5 seats since I provided my details to the Aircel team through this page - No response yet from their end! Customer Care team through their toll free number obviously could care less when I called them the 5 times initially before posting here! I feel the story here would be no different. I would ultimately have to give up my number and get a new one.

                                        Myself avinash kumar roy, i was having aircel mobile no. Of chennai [protected] but due to transferable job i m posted to utarlai rajasthan. I applied for porting from chennai aircel to rajasthan aircel on 12 sep 17 using biometric scan for aadhaar number after that my new sim provided for rajasthan aircel got activated on 17 sep 17 for 7 to 8 hrs after that my sim is showing that sim card registration failed and no is solving my problem.
                                        As this is my permanent no. I can't operate my online transaction of various fields due to otp which i am not getting due to the blocked sim.
