One of the customer of aircel telecom company, coimbatore
(My postpaid number;[protected]) my base plan is 199/- two months (July) before i submitted request to change my plan 199 to tariff 149/- plan they accept my request but the plan is not change or no intimation is provided by aircel customer care representative regarding that failure of plan change. Now they kept increasing late fee bill payment fine without any intimation....

I am in the area where I am not getting range of Aircel. I have sent PORT message to 1900 and it is not accepting from your side. I have called to customer care but still not getting it resolved. Now even they are not recieving my call. Please do look into this. I want to switch to another service provider. My cell number is [protected]. Please do it as soon as possible....

Dear sirr, i recharged my no[protected]. With 96 rupees through phonepe payment and balance got transferred to pf instead of main balance. But, incoming messegs ofmymobile from your company it mention rechare 96it convert 96tt and 10pse for local a and 30 pse for other mobile valid for 365 days, but both trans has not implemented. Please amend thid. Otherwisw pls refund my account txn no:[protected]...

Aircel is not providing unique porting code inspite of sending porting request through sms.

Also please stop charging the incoming roaming charges if you don't want to lose your customers. All mobile operators have stopped...

I submit to report as i have two number with the same service provider in my govt id, my mother is using one, when i have gone to aircel store - kilpauk to link aadhar no., they are asking me to bring the mobile, i told them my mom is using so i cant bring, but for otp i can give you by calling & asking for otp over phone or ask her to message instantly, but they refused asking how can we believe you are his son, or relation we need proof....

Hi team,

I am getting regular message like "your ndmc170317sms2 pack has been renewed". Although i have not taken any service and pack.

My account balance is reducing due to deductions of this pack.

Please stop this auto renewal pack asap. And refund my deducted balance.

Even i tried to customer care numbers but not able to connect.

Please fix this issue otherwise...

It just keeps on waiting and says
Cannot send this message.

And the irony is it shows me that
Sms cost: 0.00rs
And your balance is xx rs

Customer care doesn't pick up the call
Server busy, heavy traffic!!!
How can u be busy all the time!!

Since 15th september 2017, i have been trying to send port message to 1900 from my current aircel number (I want to port our of aircel to another service provider), but i have constantly been getting the error message "not sent. Myself avinash kumar roy, i was having aircel mobile no. Of chennai [protected] but due to transferable job i m posted to utarlai rajasthan. I applied for porting from chennai aircel to rajasthan aircel on 12 sep 17 using biometric scan for aadhaar number after that my new sim provided for rajasthan aircel got activated on 17 sep 17 for 7 to 8 hrs after that my sim is showing that sim card registration failed and no is solving my problem.br...

Hello, im trying to port out from my aircel # [protected] and im continuously getting and error for the 1900 number. Im able to send messages to other number properly but it throws an error only for 1900. I even tried 3 different handset (Even basic handset) but all throws an error....

I want to change my postpaid sim to prepaid so i take port number from aircel and give mnp request from airtel in two times when i give request the message come from airtel that message was your request for porting the [protected] to airtel has been received. But still not change i contact airtel customer care and aircel customer care but they dont give correct answer for me every month i paid postpaid bill for aircel kindly help to change...

I want to port my aircel service to other service, but not able to send message to 1900 (Universal port number) from last two days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they are not able to help.

It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

Very poor service by aircel.
