As advised by you earlier (Refer link for further information "https://www.consumercomplaints.in/aircel-need-clarity-for-charge-against-aadhaa... yesterday i had visited nearest aircel outlet, velur (Pincode-638182) for linking my aadhar with my mobile number. While inquired with shop keeper for linking aadhar they asked me to pay sum of rs.30 per transaction. They told that payment of rs.30/- is compulsory for linking aadhar with mobile number as they are doing regular practice. As per your earlier advice it is not necessary. Why did you fool your customer by giving these kind of advice. As per central government order we are forced to link the aadhar with mobile number, it is not a our wish to do the same. If you are ready to take action against the shop i can disclose the shop details and executive name with you. Otherwise i will move this matter through rti against you as well as central government.

If they again ask money for linking the same means what will be your next action. If i submit the video proof of the same which may happen here after what will be the your decision?. Because i am not yet registered my Aadhar with mobile number. If i go there for linking means he would ask money. if strict action not taken at your end i may proceed with RTI with a copy to Our PM(Mr.Modi).

I[censored] have a option to create the self servicing app for linking Aadhar with mobile number you wont face these kind of issue from your customers. Because most of the Aadhar have a mobile number that can receive the OTP. So the mechanism will be easy. Consider the idea if you have a option.

    From the last few days, rs 2 per day is getting deducted from my balance on my aircel no [protected] due to useless voice blog monthly service. I didn't activate it. I also checked under 155223 and found i haven't subscribed to any pack. I also not able to deactivate it by sending stop to 155223. This is pathetic service and cheating by aircel. Just stop this, and refund all my money.

        This is the 3rd time i am writting the same complaint my no. Is [protected] i havent activated any ndmc service i even stopped recharging my no. For a month due to deduction of 2 rs daily yesterday i did the recharge and again it is deduducting 2 rs this if it isnt resloved i will file a complaint so u better kindly refund my deducted amount and deactivate the service

            I have top up my aircel prepaid no[protected] on 25th sep 2017 for rs. 146. So the benefit of 1 gb data and rs. 50 talk time should have been added to my account. But till now it has not added to my account.

            I raised a complaint on 25th sep morning itself through 121 (Docket no : 1-[protected]) and they said it will be resolved on 27th sep morning. But it did not.

            When i called and checked they said the complaint is closed and the amount and data will be reflected in 24 hours.

            But again it didn't added. Again when i called and asked they transferred the call to higher officer and he replied the problem will be solved in 36 hours.

            But it did not till today morning, again when i called and checked they said wait for another 24 hours.

            Please let me know when will i get my benefits for which i have paid a week ago.

              Hi,
              My name is tejas nikam my aircel number is [protected] and i wanted to port my number to reliance jio. But whenever i send msg to 1900 it gets failed. I have even mentioned this to customer care of aircel and they assured me that it will be resolved within 24 hrs but there is no intimation from aircel. So i am not able to port my mobile since as week.
              It would be very helpful if any one look into it.

                    I have requested to change my plan from post paid to pre paid on june, till date i have done all the formalities, i have also submitted my form, adhara copy, photo etc, the service center told i will receive calls from office, i also had received call and also have given my details, still i am paying post paid bill of rs 235 month because of they are not changing, the actual time is 3 months from submitting form, but i have crossed 6 months after applying for prepaid card, they said first they will give post paid and change after 3 months, hence from june month i am trying with service center, they said they have forwarded, but i am paying post paid charge each month for rs 235, my mobile [protected]

                      Sir i am facing problem because i recharged with @399 rs for 1gb per day for, 84 days but they me only 28 days validity. Why aircel is cheating with me. Please give me my 84 days validity to enjoy 1gb per day. I have never think that telenor company like aircel will cheat with me.

                            I want to change the network from aircel to airtel, as i may move to other place for work where i won't get proper network with aircel. So i decided to change the circle with the same number. Hence i sent message to 1900 for upc code, but, aircel not providing me upc code. If i call customer care they are telling several reasons that they didn't get message request some of them response like they will transfer the call to higher official, but after some moment they are disconnecting the call. Too much of frustrating response. I need upc code for mobile number portability as soon as possible

                                        Hi,

                                        My phone no - [protected], kolkata circel.

                                        On 27 th september, immediately after tatkal recharging the whole amount got deducted. Then i contacted customer, they didn't provide any information regarding the reason of deduction.
                                        On 29th september i have done recharge for rs 110 but immediately after reacharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification of reason. I called the customer care but they told me exactly the same like they told on 27th, that they don't have any information regarding the deduction information.

                                        On 1st october, again immediately after recharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification.
                                        This is becoming a serious matter. I am escalating this issue and need immediate response.

                                        We would like to inform you that your balance got deducted for VAS renewal, loan recovery and for data usages.

                                        Regarding VAS, as per system validation, it was found that an amount of INR 7 got deducted for renewal AJDIDBD07 (VAS) service on[protected] which we have deactivated from our end.

                                        Regarding loan recovery, as per system check, your balance got deducted Rs.12 on[protected] at 10:13 (because on previous date, a loan was taken from Aircel company on[protected] at 16:32). So your balance got deducted from main account for loan recovery.

                                        Regarding data usage, we would like to inform you that your balance got deducted Rs.105 (before balance Rs.105.04 and after balance Rs.0.04) and Rs.66 (before balance Rs.78.04 and after balance Rs.0.04) for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 10-Oct-2015 at 15:33:02 (usage being 6.8262MB + 4.2735 MB) as per default charges 15 p/10 kb) since at that time, GPRS pack & GPRS balance was not available in your number.

                                        So, the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that we won't be able to pass any waiver in this regard.

                                        What are you saying!! Regularly I do GPRS recharge on my number. You can check that from your end, and why you have deducted the balance after so many days? Give proper justification.
