I have top up my aircel prepaid no[protected] on 25th sep 2017 for rs. 146. So the benefit of 1 gb data and rs. 50 talk time should have been added to my account. But till now it has not added to my account.

I raised a complaint on 25th sep morning itself through 121 (Docket no : 1-[protected]) and they said it will be resolved on 27th sep morning. But it did not.

When i called and checked they said the complaint...

My name is tejas nikam my aircel number is [protected] and i wanted to port my number to reliance jio. But whenever i send msg to 1900 it gets failed. I have even mentioned this to customer care of aircel and they assured me that it will be resolved within 24 hrs but there is no intimation from aircel. So i am not able to port my mobile since as week.
It would be very helpful if any one look into it.

I called to customer care, but they said ' there is no problem in our service '

I have requested to change my plan from post paid to pre paid on june, till date i have done all the formalities, i have also submitted my form, adhara copy, photo etc, the service center told i will receive calls from office, i also had received call and also have given my details, still i am paying post paid bill of rs 235 month because of they are not changing, the actual time is 3 months from submitting form, but i have crossed 6 months...

Sir i am facing problem because i recharged with @399 rs for 1gb per day for, 84 days but they me only 28 days validity. Why aircel is cheating with me. Please give me my 84 days validity to enjoy 1gb per day. I have never think that telenor company like aircel will cheat with me.

Auto deducting balance daily i did not activated any service. I have not used this service please refund my amount which has been deducted and deactivate this service, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care but all lines are busy.

Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.

Respected sir iam the consumer protection council org president of salem attur taluk. At the same time i have one retailer shop in mullaivadi po attur tk location.in the name of angel fancy. August and september month my target sim activation 25 nos included 2months incentive not credited in my account. Some time i call him tm, zsm no responsibility so i want my incentive immediately. Total waste o[censored]sing aircel service whenever i use internet they activate automaticaly some # packs and stealing peoples money and they struggle to get refund i raised complaints many times there is no solution to stop that im going to suggest all my friends to change network lots of people didn't know how to get refund. On 27 th september, immediately after tatkal recharging the whole amount got deducted. Then i contacted customer, they didn't provide any information regarding the reason of deduction.

Msgs being recd for linking mobile with aadhaar. Mobile no. [protected] already linked with aadhaar. It appears no further process of linking through retailer is necessary. I'm a sr. Citizen of 77+ and biometric fingerprint verification thro" normal machine can't be done. Aadhaar no. Can be provided to aircel subject to receipt of proper link in my mobile so that they can verify linking of mobile to aadhaar....

I have linked my mobile number with my aadhar card but till now i face a problem with a text that your mobile number is not linked with the aadhar. I have reached many of the retailer shop to find out the solution but everyone says that it is linked but when i call a aircel executive and ask for the information they say that your mobile number is not linked with your aadhar number kindly link it to enjoy our daily benefits....

I have no network in my phone from past 1month, i am currently using aircel sim and the customer service isnt responding, please look into my issue asap. Its showing a red cross mark on the signal bars and then keeps searching for the network but it doesn't connect to any network. I am using aircel from 3years but this problem started one month ago and is still not solved.
