As on 13-7-17, i had data balance of 4.5 gb with validity until 31-7-17. On 14-7-17 my data balance becomes zero and they started deducting from main balance. I have called customer care many time. They saying to then cutting my call without any response.
Aircel customer care said that they dont have option to view my balance.

    I m hiranmoyee gope, my aircel no is [protected] is having so much disturbance in my home location most of times they shows no network, so finally around 8th of july i can request to port my no to other service provider nd same day aircel customer care calls me and i said him the problem they said i can resolve your issue but i can't stay more with this service provider so i clearly said to him...
    No sir i dont want any resolution from ur side i want to port with other operator...
    13th of july morning 7:40 am. Aircel msg me your docket number 1-[protected] of mnp related has been raised. Resolution expected by 7/21/17 19:44:57...???

    What is this i can't understand they refused my mnp request i think and of 15th of july i can call [protected] customer care when i asked about this service request & resolution they put my phone down

    What the hell is this, i can't even ask about any call charge or whatever it is...

    I want to port out from this poor network kindly help me...

        Kuldeep singh, aircel employee id - 31864, has asked to deposit rs-1350 for registration and rs. 15700/- file processing in the name of tower installation on the residence house roof top, the amount was deposited in account of mr. Abhishek singh a/c no. [protected] on the date 10/7/2017, but now when i m claiming the amount back he is not refunding the amount. If this is the issue then why did he cleared every thing in the binning. Kindly resolve the problem he has also whatsapp his employee id snap i m attaching it below,

        In the name of tower setup aircel company is cheating the people as did the employee kuldeep singh employee id 31864 ph. no. [protected]/[protected] has promise to refund the value deposited rs. 1350+15700=16050/- but now he is denying for refund, saying the company will return after 45 days . what is this when company employee ensure and ask the people to trust them but after that cheat them in the name of false commitment . i dont know why company is hiring such employee who is like red mark to the company name, where as the company is not taking any action against this issue. its a disgrace to the company.

          I received a message from bt_saptlr. I am not in bt. Message content is "your son did not attend the class on today (12.07.2017)."

          I checked with my kid school. It is not from them and my son's school name is no way related to saptlr.

          I called customer care to know about sender and why this message sent to me. But no luck. Please help me on this.

            My balance deducted but data pack not activated on my number.
            Called customer care yesterday and he told me that it will get activate at 12:00am (Still not got)

            But again i recharged with ₹49 by dialing 1288 today(16/07/2017) and again you deducted my balance and not giving me any data. Give me data i need it very urgently.

            This time i have call recording as proof.

            Why dont you all giving me data? I dont tolerate this type of service. And dont force me to port to other service provider

                  I am from up east, i have recharge 289 3g net pack it give 10 gb day and 10 gb night pack. Its working 2-3 days fine but after its speed is very slow i call 1 week to costumer care but he did not resolve problem.                     Last week i have recharged for 55 rs. Without my knowledge all the amount debited for music contest and ilayaraja songs. Then i spoke to customer service, they don't reply properly. I went to aircel office thiruchengodu, they are asking me to call customer care. Nccp is active now. (Already stopped calls and sms from aircel). After that i have recharged for 30 rs. Within a day that amount also gone for ilayaraja songs.. I didn't get any calls from aircel. But i don't know how they are detecting amount. Plz reply me aircel team.

                        Hi yesterday night i have received 1 sms from aircel for masti mall and video store services activated for [protected] number. But i did not activate any kind of services. Please deactivate masti mall services and i tried through vas to stop that services. But i am not able to deactivate. My balance 35 rs also debit from my number so please refund my money and please do not activate any services without customer knowledge and deactivate masti mall services

                              I am trying to send port sms to 1900 but it always failed i thing aircel has blocked there service so no one can switch to other network i am switching because i am unable to get banking messages from my bank i went there and told about this they said that ur number is registered kindly contact your network operator i contacted aircel they said that your services are working properly

                                    I recharged my phone [removed] with rs 77 but it is credited into free promo balance. Please transfer the amount into main balance because free promo balance has only validity of 5 days. Now it has a balance of rs 34 but i don't want this amount i free promo balance kindly transfer this amount into main balance. After recharge the amount shown in free promo balance was rs 95 but only for one day now it has changed into rs 34.
