Hi, i had recharged my no. [protected] on 22 may with rs.133 and got rs 150 tt.. On 7 july i got to know that.. My balance is zero and i have no idea on which day my whole bal got deducted but i m sure i had around rs 60-70 balance.. Same thing happened on previous month.. On 9 may i had recharged with same plan.. And on 20 june.. I had around rs 70 bal and it all got deducted.. Please give me the reason or statements of my bal deduction for both time.. And if it is refundable, refund it asap.. Reply asap

So i am not able to use my no from past 3 days. I already visit and called airel and airtel customer care but thay said they don't know about it. I am facing lots of problems because i doing my business with this phone no. Both sim are disconnect. Please help me as soon as possible.

      We would like to inform you that (as per system validation) it was found that you have requested for port out from Aircel on 26th Jul’17 & as per process, your number will get ported out on (or before) 12th Aug’17 at 10:10 PM.

      Regarding number disconnection, we would like to inform you that the Aircel mobile number [protected] is already active & no barring is found against the same. Hence, we request you to insert the SIM in another handset & then try again. If the issue still persists, you need to replace the SIM by visiting your nearest Aircel Cell City/Store with a valid copy of ID proof (of the SIM owner) along with Rs 25.00 (replacement charge).

                Today i recharged 83rs balance on my number [removed]. I get promo recharge of 83rs, however in 83 rs recharge offer it is mentioned that i will get 90rs talktime with 28 days validity.in offer they didnt mention that we will get promo balance. It should be mentioned their to avoid inconvinience. Please help me regarding that or convert promo balance into main ac balance. Thank you.

                      The captioned service is activated without asking me, even i have no idea what it is about. To aggravate the grievance, it has been put on auto renewal mode. As one other complaint said, they are impossible to reach. The sms that is flashed on my phone every morning does not give details as to how to deactivate this service, which in the first place i never activated.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I am aircel user since 2014, now i have been started working in thane where i am gettting roaming, low network, useless data pack.

                                    Therefore i want to port my sim..
                                    But when i tried to send a message on 1900 for upc i am not getting that particular upc code after so many trial.

                                      On 29.7.17 rs.14 has been deducted as i had activated aircel deals for 14days.
                                      I just have 14rs in my main balance, for that they automatically activated that service for 14 days exactly and wiped out my balance. I contacted the customer care, as usual they did their diverting job that i may activate it accidentally. Im damnsure that i didnt activate it, coz i had blocked all the promotional calls and i didn't send any reply to those unwanted messages. Kindly refund my money
