Dear, sir my personal number has heen deactivated by aircel india as i was not using that sim for one month during my exams. Now when m launching a complain in aircel india they are asking me 15000 for my own number as they have putted it on sale again. I was using that sim from last 5 years but never faced anyproblem. So i beg u plz return my number to me.

    I tried several time to deactivate my postpaid connnection but still you all guys charging me unnecessary amount every month. I experience most worst customer service till date.         We are not recieving any signal inside our house. And the customer executive told that it will be solved within 1 month, but we are not satisfied with your response.           Please note that we have recharged the below numbers through my id no. Intrz0390072l user id 3or net my customer complaint that they have not received balance against the recharge, i have complaint already to the customer service but they have confirmed that they have give operator id[protected] aircel mobile no. [protected] dtd. 16.07.2017. Customer has angry to received till now.

We have tried to call her but she's not respond to our call.. We registered a complaint in police station but it's about safety of our sister so it's not enough to register a complaint in p. S.                 Dear sirs,
                Please arrange to deactivate a mobile quiz game sms service unauthorized in provided by aircel with immediate effect. Rs. 30 has been already charged and realized unauthorized with it. No request was sent to activate this unnecessary sms game knowingly even unknowingly. This is the third request to you in hope till this date. My earlier requests were resolved within five days. Thanks for that. All the problems are similar in nature. This time i am also hopeful and looking forward to deactivate the same with re-credit of my rs. 30 to my balance amount in the mobile number given above. I will be pleased if you kindly act on this matter as soon as possible.

                                I want to port my number from aircel but when i send message to 1900, it doesn't get send. I tried asking help from customer care but they said i cant send message while i am roaming and i have to go to aircel office to resolve this issue.
                                There are no aircel offices in kothrud, pune and i cant go back to my hometown just to port my number.
                                I want you to complete my port request as soon as possible.

                                How will you receive it when the message itself is not sent successfully. I am trying sending it since a week and now I am fed up.I am providing the screenshot, hope it helps.

                                  I activated the pack on 25th july 2017.
                                  Made several attempts to deactivate since 26th july 2017 however no sms for deactivation received. Rs 27 deducted so far. Kindly refund.
                                  While activation no sms received for the procedure for deactivation.
                                  Your websites and customer support not displaying any information for method to be adopted for deactivation.
                                  Tried *121*902# on ussd however no response from that except displaying the home page.

                                    This is saravana kumar from chennai. I had cancelled my aircel number [protected] it in the month of may, 2017 paying all the dues as full & final and now i got to know that i have received a legal notice for not paying monthly bills after the cancellation.
                                    Really disappointed with the bad service of aircel and on top of that though i cancelled the sim i got this legal notice and now i'm looking for help in dealing with this. Kindly take this complaint and resolve this issue.
