    i am facing same problem of ndmc170317sms2. I have called on your customer care and said that i dint activate any service but still you deducted my balance on daily basis i request you to please deactivate ndmc170317sms2 pack as soon as possible. Kindly stop this service and refund my amount which is deducted due to this pack. They sent me a msg that pls sent STOP on 155223. I did it & got a msg that there is no service activated next again I got service renewal msg. Again I called customer care this time they did misbehave with me & now my number is blocked. I am unable to get connect with 198 & service is still continue. After that I searched that on Google so I got a number(*121*212# and *121*214#) to deactivate it. But again there is no solution. I am really very disappointed with this. If anyone can provide me solution in a day so good otherwise I am going port my number & also going to do complain against aircel fraudulent.

      My number is [protected], from odisha circle, this complaint is regarding a wrongful charging that was done by aircel on 26th july 2017, i got a message that i have been charged for desitube tv an amount of rs. 35, for which i never even applied and the msg also asked me that if i wanted to unsubscribe i can do so by messaging stop to 155223 but while checking i was informed that none of the vas was even activated on my number so for what reason did i got this wrongful charging. This is so bad service on your part. I want an immediate refund of my money at the earliest.

        I was checking in internet for rate cutter in below site on 24th july 2017 in below site.

        I decided to recharge amount with rs 74 and the validity 60 days.

        But after that i got one message from aircel "recharge successfully and validity with 54 days".

        I asked customer care why you people reduced 6 days, they are telling gst is a reason. Still they didnt updated in site.

            I have recharged for rs.50 and after 2hrs rs.30 had been deducted on the basis of aircel deals.
            I specially deactivated all the services before recharging by calling on 155223 because previously some money is deducted on the basis of same issue. They said that i am not activated on any services when i call 155223 before doing recharge.
            I don't understand how you can deduct money while you only said that i am not activated to any services before rechage.
            U are such a big telecom company and i think this type of deduction from your side are enough for the downfall your good will.
            Please kindly refund my money and consider my complain.

                  I am using aircel connection last 5-6 years. My no is [protected]. This is my official no. So this no. Very important for me for daily contacts. But last week my sim suddenly stop working, so last friday 21st july i went to nearest aircel store at barrackpore. They verify my no and give a new sim for replacement and told that my no is active but si damaged.. They ensure that the sim wll be activate that day within 10pm. But today is 24th july my no not working. I have called so many times but no action taken from the store sim is not working till now. I have submitted my adhar card xerox also. I could not understand that why this type of service is giving by your company. I had to face great difficulty contacting my colleagues and family during these days.

                        I am not able to send port message to 1900.

                        Every-time i try sending the message, it is always showing as message sending failed.

                        I am not getting any response from the customer care team also. I dont understand why this issue is there only with aircel. I have tried this earlier also for other networks and it is working fine.

                        I am facing issue only with aircel services.

                        Please try to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                          I have lost my cellphone that has two simcards of aircel. One is [protected] and another one is [protected]. The sim that is started with98 is registered at my mother's name and the sim that is started with 90 is registered at my name.
                          I am fearing that none can misuse these no.
                          So please deactivate these sim card as soon as possible. And make sure that it will be done today earlier morning so that i can issued new sim.

                            - Only Main account balance can be transferred.
                            - This facility is only available for prepaid subscribers.
                            - For using Balance transfer service customer must have been an Aircel customer for at least 3 months.

                                Today morning I was recharging my Aircel prepaid number. I wrongly recharged RS.500 to [protected] which is not my number. Only after seeing the Aircel receipt I found my mistake. So, am registering a complaint so that you can help me to resolve my amount if possible.

                                Yesterday I received a message and that was a your PI pack @ is due to renewel and give a deactivation number in that message. I don't want to renew a net pack. I try to deactivate but no answer for my deactivation. So, please deactivate the service as early as possible.

                                    Hi,
                                    I'm sharma i had issue that with unlimited packs, morning at 3.00 am i have checked in my offers it showed that rs 348.00 free calls + data, so i thought it will be free unlimited calls and free unlimited data, so i recharged for rs 348.00, but now customer care saying that rs 348.00 pack is for 1000 mins of call and 3g for 2 gb data and u can use unlimited 2g data. Why they have not mentioned my offers itself, it is mentioned means i will not recharge and i will look for another plan. So aircel is cheating me. This is fair what they have done to me. So kindly change plan to rs 345.00 pack or do something. This is first time. It is happening every time.
