I made a recharge of 245 for 3g usage. Still money is deducted from main balance. When i called customer care he said this happens when you are not in aircel network. This is not the first time. Still in home network this happened thrice before.. Till now i habe lost 400 apprx from main bal and 245 for internet recharge. Now i am in aircel network but no solution
. Aircel and its cc representatives are very stupid. Dont use aircel network. This is unethical.

    I am using aircel number ([protected]) for more than 10 years. Last month i changed my circle from chennai to tamilnadu. After that i am not receiving any incoming messages (Around 22nd jun onwards). I am able to send messages. When i contacted customer care, they asked me all sort of questions and asked to change the phone settings, phones etc. Even after trying thse, nothing worked out. Then they took the complaint, but automatically closed the complaint as fixed from sla.
    Complaint numbers are

    Even spoke with customer care manager and escalated. No results. Again the ticket got closed without intimating me. Now still i am facing this issue. Even i contacted appellate desk, but there is no positive result.

    Finally after 2 weeks of struggle, issue was resolved. I contacted the appellate team. Though the response time was more, they could address this issue. thanks! But it was really a bad experience to deal with their customer care team :-(.

      I have not subscribed with vas (Dd-5in1alrt) and that has respective alert has charged me rs.30/-. So, kindly refund and stop the service as soon as possible.
      Evertime i am getting the alert messages in a multiple numbers.
      I am providing the approx. Date the service has been subscribed is 5th july 2017.

      Please help me to unsubscribe from dd-5in1alrt.

      We would like to inform you that we have checked the account and found that Sports service was activated through an outbound call for which you have been charged Rs.30 on 30th Jun’17 got debited. Further, the service has been deactivated and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver in this regard as service got activated based on the consent.And also like to suggest you to register Do Not Disturb (DND) services on your account to avoid receiving any promotional calls and SMS from our end. You can send an SMS as START 0 (for fully blocking the services) to 1909 to register for DND services which would be activated in 7 working days post sending the request.

        I have been trying to port out of aircel since the past few weeks but am unable to do so. The message just doesnt get delivered. My number is [protected]. Whenever I call the helpline I never get a proper answer. I have spoken to the other provider too, but even they cannot help me untill i get a UPC. I have tried sending the message to 1900 10 times now and all of them are undelivered. MNP cannot be so difficut, all I can think of is maybe Aircel purposely does not deliver messages to 1900. Would really appreciate it if this is taken care of ASAP.

              I have not activated any internet pack in aircel but this "ndmc170317" pack is auto activated and as a result daily 2 rupees are getting deducted from my account.
              I request you to either deactivate this pack and return my money back (Which is deducted so far) or disconnect this number permanently, i don't want to continue with this fraud company. I'm trying to connect your customer care and they are not taking any action against this.

              Request you please deactivate this service asap and return my money back.

                Aircel karnataka has the worst 3g speed. I have made several complain for aircel 3g data speed but till date speed is not up to the mark. It reminds me of bsnl land line internet connection speed i used to use in my collage days. At collage days used to disconnect the connection and used to reconnect to get speed, now also staying in the it hub bangalore aircel karnataka gives the same experience. If you read my mail pls stop selling cheap 3g plans and concentrate on getting satisfied customers. I use vodafone from the same place and their 3g speed is uniform and up to the mark. If any one can provide me email i'd of md & ceo that would be gr8. As team aircel karnataka as well as network team is sitting and hatching eggs big-time.

                          I have used rs9 internet pack last week near 27 june 2017. but after 24 hours it is renewed automatic and my rs9 was deducted from my balance till now.
                          then i called to customer care and they said to dial *121*901# to deactivate the service and i did the same but next day it was renewed again.
                          Then i called customer care again and then they said that we will deactivate your service and you will got message within 4 hours.
                          But next day service activated/renewed automatically and rs9 deducted from my balance.
                          now i tried to call customer care but operator says our all executives are busy at the moment.
                          i tried to call from last 2 days.
                          Now please deactivate the service and refund the money which you deduct without my permission.

                          As I already mentioned that I requested two time to your customer care for deactivate the service and they said that we have deactivated the service but still i got the renewal message for next three days. Tell me now how the service auto renewed ?

                          I think your customer care was kidding with me or you are doing the same.

                          I understand that aircel auto renewal the services without customer consent and your customer care not supporting the customer they are making fun of the customer.

                          Now no need to investigate more. I have port the number.

                            I have activate net pack of 2 rs daily, now I don't want that pack and want to deactivate it. I called to customer care, they told that it has been deactivated but still on next day 2 rs has been deducted from my main balance then I tried for many USSD code for deactivating this net pack service but did not get any assurance that wheater my service is deactivate or not.                               We have taken 3 numbers for our company. we tried to port our numbers. We have paid excess amount than the outstanding due. Aircel is rejecting the numbers due to outstanding pending. Aircel customer service is too bad. Aircel is the worst network that i've used ever. Resolve the issue, otherwise we recommend our concern companies to change their aircel numbers to some other network.

                                  My aircel sim is not working, i have network reach but still cant do anything - no incoming/outgoing calls, no internet. I have internet and call plans active and my sim was working fine until yesterday. Please help.                                     I have not opted for pocket internet services. I came to know that i am being charged Rs. 148/- monthly after i received bill for the first time after online complaint last week.                                         I have cleared all my of (805 Rs) outstanding coressponding to my number [protected] but they have not closed my connection and now they are asking 800 Rs extra as penalty and they are threatening too, they are telling if you are not paying this amount then you have to go jail.

                                        I got scared please resolve my issue ASAP. I do not want to continue with aircel and not going suggest anybody else to take aircel connection
