    Hi,

    I have not subscribed the aircel music connect service. But without any prior information for the past month i have been charged 21/per 10 days for my sim"[protected]" and today i received a message that i will be charged for next 10 days also. I am trying to call the customer care but in vein. I need to unsubscribe from the music connect service and the charged amount should be repayed to my account.

    We would like to inform you that there is a balance deduction (on 20/07/2017) of Rs 21 for VAS (LARIMI service) which was activated on 10/2017/2017 via IVR mode (with your due consent) on your Aircel number.
    Therefore, the charges are found to be correct and we regret that no waiver is applicable for the same.

    Further, if you wish to deactivate the same service, kindly dial 155223 from your Aircel number and follow the instructions.

      I have not requested for any such service and still an auto deduction of 2 Rs daily is charged. I'm trying to connect the customer care but all lines are busy. This service started on 4th May without my consent and charges are being charged since then daily. I never used this service, refund my amount. The total amount is for 47 days (47*2= 94).

          Since morning i am trying to send message to 1900 to get the upc code but message is not getting sent from my number. When i contacted customer care they told sending messages to 1900 is blocked to all customer. Kindly please provide me upc code.

            Please help my 1rs getting deducted everyday saying some store and i didnt activate it + stop msg is not working.. 2ndly wgen i came to kolkata from odisha.. My net pack was working bt after that no mattter how many times i recharge wid value pack net pack is not working.. 1st i thought mau be i needed a minimum balance. So i got my account recharged by my friend from odisha. Msg came as succesful recharge bt net pack didnt work. Please help i had to spnd more than a thousand rs within last 10days coz of this nuisance. P. S. I'm very ill. I cant run to ur stores all time. My number on which this is happening is [protected]

              My provider included data charges in my postpaid bill without my any consent but activation of data service. And even after repeated requests, they continued to keep data services on and made bill for the 19/07/2017 more by 300.

                I have a Aircel SIM and want to port to a different operator.But I'm not able to send a porting message to 1900.
                I am trying to send port sms to 1900 but it is always failing.i think aircel has blocked there service so no one can switch to other network.

                          I am aircel user with [protected], aircel shows me offer to recharge with some amout and they will give full talktime and data to, i had done with the recharge but it is more then 36 hr they havent given me any remaining balance. I had tried calling to customer care so. E pick call say it will come in 2 hr i waited but it is past 15 hr they havent solved my compalin, after that i tried calling to customer care they not picking up my phone, if they pick then they say they dont have my number data.

                              I know how every telecom lets advertisers activate these services if i browse on mobile data. Aircel has gone even further by not listing them under 155223. Its not vas? Please deactivate the service on no. [protected] else i won't add a single rupee into the number before i port to jio. You can check my recharge log if you think i'm bluffing. This is unnecessary harassment from your part and i demand that i get some balance or offer for having my time wasted.

                                  I've 2 connection and want to port to other service provider but aircel is not responding to port messages. I've contacted customer care and they told me that due to technical issue port messages are not working but you will get the message within 24hours. Its been week now and no message has received. I am not able to contact customer care because they are disconnecting my call every time.
