Unable to send message to 1900 to get upc code
Respected sir/madam,

My aircel mobile number is [protected]
Since morning i am trying to send message to 1900 to get the upc code but message is not getting sent from my number. When i contacted customer care they told sending messages to 1900 is blocked to all customer. Kindly please provide me upc code.

Please help my 1rs getting deducted everyday saying some store and i didnt activate it + stop msg is not working.. 2ndly wgen i came to kolkata from odisha.. My net pack was working bt after that no mattter how many times i recharge wid value pack net pack is not working.. 1st i thought mau be i needed a minimum balance. So i got my account recharged by my friend from odisha. Msg came as succesful recharge bt net pack didnt work. Please help...

Ref my aircel no.[protected] of j&k circle.
My provider included data charges in my postpaid bill without my any consent but activation of data service. And even after repeated requests, they continued to keep data services on and made bill for the 19/07/2017 more by 300.
As i am tired of making frequent calls but all in vain.
So, i approaching your good self for justice.

Would like to de-activate my aircel mobile connection with effect from today since i am going abroad, kindly cancel today and confirm.

The aircel services are not available in my area, so i want to disconnect/deactivate my aircel connection no. [protected]. This number i am using with a dongle for the last 4+ years but it is not worth keeping anymore. Whenever i make calls to the customer care service they do not pay any heed to my complaints. Yeserday i have recharge rs. 45 and rs. 24 of my aircel mobile no. [protected], but make outgoing call, incoming call are block and mobile internet service is unactivate. My aircel no. Was last two month is switch off. But massege coming in my said no. I have many times calling to aircel custmor care centre (198) for other aircel mobile no. But there has no reply for sollution for my problem....

I am messaging to get upc code by sending text to 1900. However, the message is continuously getting failed to send. I tried several times but no response from your side. I tried calling customer care but no cooperation from them. I tried calling to 1900 to generate code but no use. Kindly this issue and provide me upc code as soon as possible....

I am aircel user with [protected], aircel shows me offer to recharge with some amout and they will give full talktime and data to, i had done with the recharge but it is more then 36 hr they havent given me any remaining balance. I had tried calling to customer care so. E pick call say it will come in 2 hr i waited but it is past 15 hr they havent solved my compalin, after that i tried calling to customer care they not picking...

Ur company has activated NDMC an on my aircel no-[protected]. Please stop this auto renew service....

I know how every telecom lets advertisers activate these services if i browse on mobile data. Aircel has gone even further by not listing them under 155223. Its not vas? Please deactivate the service on no. [protected] else i won't add a single rupee into the number before i port to jio. You can check my recharge log if you think i'm bluffing. I've 2 connection and want to port to other service provider but aircel is not responding to port messages. I've contacted customer care and they told me that due to technical issue port messages are not working but you will get the message within 24hours. Its been week now and no message has received. I am not able to contact customer care because they are disconnecting my call every time....

Sir, i got some wrong calls to my aircel number. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number for the last month (2017- jun to 2017- july) months. I am getting deduction of rs.2 on daily basis on my number [protected], i have not applied for any subscription neither any customer care excutive had words with me.. Please resolve this asap.. Aircel always been a pain for me.. If could not done asap thn ill port all aircel number of my home.. Also tell the way of deactivating this service so that it can help other people as well....

As on 13-7-17, i had data balance of 4.5 gb with validity until 31-7-17. On 14-7-17 my data balance becomes zero and they started deducting from main balance. I have called customer care many time. They saying to then cutting my call without any response.
Aircel customer care said that they dont have option to view my balance.

I m hiranmoyee gope, my aircel no is [protected] is having so much disturbance in my home location most of times they shows no network, so finally around 8th of july i can request to port my no to other service provider nd same day aircel customer care calls me and i said him the problem they said i can resolve your issue but i can't stay more with this service provider so i clearly said to him...
