    I have recharged my Aircel No with199 plan by net banking on 4th feb, recharge was not done but money is deducted in my bank account . Reached the customer execute on the same day, they advised to wait for 5 to 7 days, so that money will be reverted automatically . Till date money is not reverted, kindly take action as soon as possible and let me know if any further details needed to process this request earliest.

    Following up with aircel near a month and received many SR's below

    From 4th of Feb after recharge failure, i called to you customer care and the executive confirmed that there is no recharge done on February also they said, amount will be credited back in 4 to 5 days, iam not received the amount..I am not received any message or, balance update, or 199 (Rs 99 Talk Time + 1 GB Data + 99 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 30days) till today ..aircel is charging when i enable the data and send sms .
    by the above details i am confirming recharge not happen on 5th of feb..

    I wasted another 60ps for your proof(sent one sms), as you said (RC 199 successfully updated on your number on 5/02/2017 and benefits also added on it) means, why aircel is charging sms cost and there is no data balance available on usage alert ..Revert back my money.

    I have forwarded the transaction No, which i received from billdesk team to thel (aircelsocialmedia) mail ID.
    pls check it.
    The reference no which they shared above and which i shared to your team in my first mail are same.

    Any way, Its going to be nearly 50 days, till now
    1. I am not received my money(199) back or
    2 I am not received any message saying 199 plan is activated from Feb 4th to till now.

    Being the Aircel member for a many years, expecting only one solution from the above 2 for this issue. resolve it soon.

      I have deposited Rs.3000 for my International Roaming on Feb 8th 2017. It reached Washington DC on Feb 13th 2017 and was expecting my International Roaming Plan should have been activated.         Hi,

        My name is Umamaheswari with the relationship ref.no. 1-[protected]. I'm with aircel for 10 years and recently moved to postpaid. I had pleasant days for first five months and now the issue is started. I was billed Rs. 3882.63 but I have a credit limit of Rs.1000. These charges are for roaming data charges. I was told that there will be no charges on roaming but I was charged huge. I had a call with aircel customer care before travelling. Why would the customer allowed to call more than their credit limit. If that is the case what is the purpose of having a credit limit. I tried contacting aircel customer care via call & email.

        First email: Jan 26, 2017 - no response
        Second email: Jan 31, 2017 - received response stating my no. is deactivated due to more outstanding
        Third email: Jan03, 2017 - received same response as before
        Fourth email: 06 Jan
        Fifth email: 25 Jan
        Sixth email: 31 Jan
        Seventh email: 02 Feb - received response but not responded my query

        Escalation: Written email to Appellate Office on Feb 21, 2017
        Escalation 1: Written email for status - No response

        What I don't understand from the business is, even after Jio in market when a customer has a genuine reason to fight for his rights, why aircel is not responding to customer.

        I'm happy to take this legally, but don't want this mess to happen to other customer.

        Aircel If you are lisiting, please shout or make noice. Don't be quite.

        We would like to inform you that as per our system check the period of bill is 21/01/17 to 20/02/17 and found that you have consumed data in national roaming by selecting Vodafone Mumbai and Vodafone Maharashtra network instead of selecting Aircel and the same has been charged Rs.3552.11/- towards data usage and the same stands valid.Hence we regret to inform you that we are unable to process waiver towards the same.

        Firstly, thank you so much for your response. I feel delighted.

        Please be informed, I have not manually selected Vodafone network. My mobile was on automatic network selection mode as advised by aircel customer care team. Do you advise customer to select auto mode to bill them more, please explain.

        Could you please let me know why I was allowed to use more than my credit limit? As mentioned in the earlier mail, my credit limit was just Rs.1000.

        Why aircel is not responding to this query from the day 1? Let me ask again if you didn't notice in my previous conversation.

        Why did you bill me Rs. 3882.63 when my credit limit is JUST RS.1000 (One thousand only)

        I[censored] not comfortable with particular network just move to some other network which is reliable to u in your circle. Also you are having right to move with your number to any network. So just move to some other network which u want use and have fun.
        i[censored] need to settle the issue ASAP possible means just write a complaint to TRAI with RTI act. It will be the best solution in this regard

            Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that my number is blocked from 24/2/17 to till date.
            I am unable to out going call.
            In this regards I have informed to your customer care department on 24th February, 17 but they told me that some of Rs (10, 480/-) due against my previous operator(Vodafone) from my end but I informed them that I have already given my due amount to my previous operator (Vodafone) on 20/2/17. Please check my previous mail for this mobile number ([protected]) but till date my number is block, I am unable to understand for which basic my number is block I mean I am unable to out going call. I am continually follow up to your customer department regarding this issue but nobody can't help me.
            This is really painful for me. I am upset for your service this is really pathetic for me.

                  I was using online Google chorme and watching video songs. Suddenly I got message from Aircel that u have activated store 99 pack and they have charged 30 rs from account balance. This is very irritating for me, because it is not first time for me it is happening many times for me. So do something and clear the issue and I have resolved issue I need my balance back to account. Please help me...

Yesterday 22-Mar-2017, i recharged with Rs. 58 for STD Aircel Mobile Rate cutter plan for 60 days through Aircel online recharge - payment with (recharge.oneindia.com). I got confirmation message, Transaction Id:[protected], but rate cutter plan is not activated till now. Just now inquire to the customers care they said there is no record for recharge. Kindly recharge my plan or send me back my amount.

                          Hi,
                          I am very much disappointed with the irresponsible service of Aircel, though I WAS HAPPY with Airtel but in mobile portability I changed my network. My accounts [protected], [protected] show ZERO BALANCE, in morning it was almost Rs 5O/- and my wife account also show 55 paisa, though she also had almost Rs 50/- I don’t know what the hell is going on with Aircel service & its network. I couldn’t call an emergency call. It is embarrassing situation for me. When sometimes I called on any number Aircel default customer care says I have very low balance though I have sufficient balance. What kind of service are they giving to their customers?
                          One more important thing, if any consumer wants to talk to the customer care why he has to listen all the recorded message for long minutes instead of direct conversation, though it is not FREE, we are paying 50 paise for 3 minutes.

                          I request “Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of Telecommunication to take strict actions against this kind of companies and provide relief from embarrassment and charge fine on them.

                            I have not satisfied with resolution regarding Docket no.1-[protected], please respond/resolve it via oral communication.
                            My Issue is that, I have not received the Extra benefit data As per message
                            on dated 20-02-17, at 10.33 AM from DD-600005, i.e. Rs.155=6GB 2G/3G 28D. (I recharged Rs.155 by self recharge using service 121 through main Bal. Then I got 1GB data only.)
                            The Customer support executive of your company respond that, I have not recharged via SUMO recharge, if it is so, then
                            Where is the Information mentioned in that message I received? or
                            Is that message I received is fake?
                            I have recharge properly as per mentioned message and I assure that I have not responsible of the message mistake, so I am claiming about my extra data i.e. 5GB(rest), or If that message was fake then I have to take Penal action.

                                    I have received a call from [protected] and it was displayed as [protected] so i thought it is an Indian number. Again i received the call next day and i didn't attend it. Still i have been charged at Rs.100 for two calls. Rs.200. I have seen similar complaints from other Aircel customer. Looks like it is a fraud and why don't you ban this number or send alerts to customers to block this number. You are also party to the fraud by not alerting customers.
                                    I would like to receive a refund otherwise i will prefer complaint

                                      To who ever it may concern,

                                      I holding two Aircel number [protected] & [protected] under postpaid connection.

                                      I raised a request on 7th Feb to change it from Postpaid to Prepaid at Aircel Store in West Tambaram, Chennai. I received a call on 9th Feb from Aircel Rep and I gave my clarification why I wanted to switch from postpaid to prepaid. The rep said my request was taken and I can submit my doc after two day at the nearest store to do rest of the process.

                                      So I went to West Tambaram store on 11th and they said from @aircel team they didn't get the confirmation email to collective document from me, so came back. I went back again on 18th and they said still they didn't get any confirmation yet from @aircel team to collect my document. I called up the Customer Care and spoke to Manager and he said I have to tell the store agent to accept my request. I asked the customer care Manager to speak with the store agent, I went inside the store and gave the phone to store manager where he denied and ask me to get out of his bay as he is busy in counting the cash. I went out of the store and twitted to @Aircel.

                                      Again few ppl from Airecl called me and asked why do I need to change from Postpaid to Prepaid and gave the clarification to them and they said the request is approved and I can submit the Doc to any nearest store. Today (24th Feb) I went to two different stores in chennai Chinnamalai and Velachery. In Chinnamalai Aircel Store server is not working for past 3 months and In Velachery Store they do not have a form to collect the request and he asked me to submit the document where I have raised the request. Its really pissing me off here.

                                      I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY STORE, I WANT THE AIRECL AGENT COME TO MY PLACE AND COLLECT THE DOCUMENT AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IN NEXT TWO DAYS.
