    Aircel manipal network karnataka...all the time since i came here there is no network...sometimes once in a blue moon day i see a single point use for nothing...no internet even when i get the full signal once in a leap year...what the hell is wrong with this network...why cant they sell it when they cant handle the issues...no matter how many times i call the customer care they keep me running light years on hold...hell to this network...just do something and fix this issue ...install towers man...or get some other networks atleast in use...know there are still some people using ua stupid network in manipal too...im not a tribe here who stand on tall buildings to reach for network...do something...

            Your customer service and over all Aircel services are very poor.Internet speed was very slow. Some of the application is automatically activated when I ask this to customer service and told them to resolve it they didn't respond properly. One of the worst telecom circle is yours.

              I made a recharge on a aircel number through www.freecharge.in where it is mentioned with following description recharge with ₹249 and get benefits of
              Local Mobile calls free - STD Mobile calls free - Unlimited Data Usage (Speed 3.6 Mbps for 500 MB) - Data Validity 28 day(s) - Extra unlimited 2 GB 2G/3G for 4G handset - Capping : Daily @ 300 min and thereafter Local and STD Mobile @ Rs. 0.30/min
              Validity: 28 Days
              But after recharge we received a msg mentioning benefits of LOCAL calls only. I communicated with customer care team of both Aircel and freecharge. But I didn't get benefit of STD calling as mentioned in the plan details. Feeling cheated. Need assistance to get my concern resolved.

                        I am registering a complaint for my number [protected]. I had recharged for a Data pack(STV 495) on 9th Feb 2017 which is a 6 months valid pack which auto renewals every month with 1GB pack.

                        "STV 495 Recharge Successful. Enjoy 1GB 3G/2G Data per month for 6months. Pack Overuse charges 4p/10KB within validity. Dial *111*495# to Check your Data Balance"

                        As they have mentioned in the above message I managed to check my balance using *111*495# and it showed that I have consumed these amount(in MB) of my pack and it was valid until 07 Aug. 2017

                        So, Aircel have to activate my 2nd month cycle by today(9th March 12 A.M) but I got a message around 1A.M today(9th March) that I have consumed my 100% Data and to be honest that message should come by yesterday if they are maintaining the 1GB/month stand.

                        After checking my Main Balance I came to know that aircel has managed to deduct an amount of 73Rs from main balance for my Auto renewal pack.

                        When I approached for the Aircel customer care they said that I have to wait for 4 hours for my pack to Auto renewal and they are not ready to help me refunding my account for unnecessary deduction in the cost of their Database update.

                        I am just wondering if they have managed to program their Database to deduct once my validity is over for that current cycle- aren't they capable enough to activate my 2nd cycle within the time being?

                        Like said above their customer care reply above isn't satisfiable for my unnecessary Deduction.

                        And till now(10:30 A.M) my pack hasn't been renewaled which puts me in a situation of not using my 6 months pack, if so I will be deducted from my main balance.

                        As you have noted my number above I have ported from Airtel to Aircel in the hope that Aircel will be a better choice for service quality but they are opposite of my beliefs right now.

                        I hope my balance of Rs.73 will be refunded as soon as possible and also my Data pack will be renewaled without any further delay and I believe Aircel authorities will act in time to solve my issue.

                        Aircel had promised to resolve my issue by today(11th March) through Sms on that day I filed my complaint. And today one of their customer service executive called me and notified that my Data cycle has been activated and the deducted amount as well restored. Thanks for Aircel and it's quick support on timely action on my issue

                            I am Prashant and using same internet pack on mobile no. [protected] continuously for 4 months. There has not any such deduction made by company on account of exceeded use of data as that plan is Rs.289 Unlimited 10 GB.

                            The incidence happened on 6 March 17. They deducted Rs. 11 from my main account on cost o[censored]sing exceed data. I did not understand how they deducted saying use of exceed data. I have been using Rs. 289 Internet pack last 4 months but deduction never happened even exceed of data ie 10 GB till the date of its expiry. But I did not understand why this happened on 6 March 17 they deducted rs. 11 from my main account even plan would expire on 10 March 17.

                                  Iam having aircel network and my no. is [protected], because o[censored]nsatisfied service i have applied for network change but they asked me to pay 20 days bill for the process also i paid it like three times but they never change my network, the bill is also too much and finally i request to change from postpaid to prepaid connection, i went to the aircel office for nearly two months but still they havent done any thing,

                                    With due respect i would like to inform you that i had recharged my mobile (+91 [protected], aircel), with rs. 249/- i. E. With an unlimited pack. The same has been checked by me before proceeding further using *121# - * for next menu - 7. 249 u/l call data. Txn. No. Of that particular recharge is bhr[protected] and recharge of the same is successfully accepted by aircel side too at 12:13 pm.
                                    Before proceeding to recharge i had checked the details of rs. 249/- recharge by dialling *121#, details of which is as follows:-

                                    Sir, i would like to inform you that *121# is a service launched by aircel communication channel from which we can check the latest tariff and recharge amount in details, and i checked the same also before making recharge of rs. 249/-
                                    As per the tariff mentioned at *121#, all local and std calls must be free and 500 3g + unlimited 2g should be credited to my mentioned mobile number but aircel didn't do so. Instead of checking their details, they are telling that my fault is there whereas i have checked the entire details carefully before proceeding to recharge.
                                    Well, further i would like to inform you that after recharging with the said amount, call charges are being deducted yet and after each and every call my amount is being deducted from the main balance, whereas the same should not be deducted.
                                    Well, rs. 3.25/- has already been deducted by you, as the previous balance of my cell was rs. 236.19/- and now it's showing rs. 232.94/- whereas my fault is nothing.
                                    What is wrong with aircel system, i don't know. Since the day i have started using this sim, facing some difficulties either for that one or for this one. Kindly look into the matter personally and do the needful because aircel customer cares never replies promptly and quickly and refund the deducted amount. I. E. Rs. 3.25 soon, even more than that.
                                    My enquiry is about why didn't aircel mention that particular details at *121# services?? Would aircel like to provide me the specification about the same? Where is my fault? Why is aircel jumping to any conclusion without knowing the facts? I have checked the plan details using aircel's *121# services properly before proceeding for my recharge pack.
                                    Well, i called to aircel customer care cell using 198 services and talked to aircel customer care executives two times. They were not able to provide me the details of the said things, even, now they have barred my number also so that i am not able to connect with aircel customer care number, i. E. 198.

                                    Details of the conversation with airel customer care are as follows:-

                                    1st call:
                                    Aircel executive informed me that the number, i. E. [protected] is not related to aircel and bihar & jharkhand circle. I told him why he is sitting over there if he is not aware of the status of present number? I told him to connect me with your sr. Executive but he disconnect my line intentionally. As, aircel is also aware and i am writing since very beginning day about mis-conduct of their executive but neither aircel nor its team is concerned about the same.
                                    2nd call:
                                    One of aircel executives picked up the call. I spoke "hello" almost around 50 times but no reply was there. Instead of replying me, they were fighting for some issues. It was looking a fish market.

                                    So, i am requesting you to do the needful regarding refund of rs. 249/- or enabling the services o[censored]/l std + local calls for the number, as stated earlier because mistakes were done from aircel side, not from my side.
                                    Sir, my request is pointed below:-
                                    1. Either aircel should refund my rs. 249/-, as my fault is nothing.
                                    2. Or aircel should enable plan o[censored]nlimited local + std call and 500 3g + unlimited 2g data pack for 28 days.

                                        I was using aircel postpaid sim for almost a year but due to their bad customer service I decided to disconnect it.

                                        I paid my bill for the month of October 2016 and paid 50 rs extra in near by gallery located at Bhayandar west.

                                        When I paid my bill aircel representative told me I'll receive my security deposit cheque at my registered address. According to their policy i should receive my security deposit cheque in 45 days.

                                        It's more than 4 months i have not received my cheque.
                                        When i enquired in aircel gallery located at Bhayandar west, aircel representative told me that my account is nil and there is no such security deposit.

                                        I paid security deposit of 300 rs and 50 rs extra on my bill amount. I paid this security deposit via cheque and I have proof of it.

                                        Adding to their poor customer service they don't even have basic ethics of returning their customers money
