I recently activated the above pack in my phone for a temporary period, i have been trying to deactivate it but am unable to do so, and i can't find any deactivation code on the internet. Please help me out, as continuous renewal of this pack will exhaust my balance.

And please make necessary changes so that this problem doesn't arise again.

        With out giving any prior intimation / information to me during / on festival like holi about the special charges on calls and other allied activities of mobile usage .The main balance of my mobile got cut on date 12.03.2017 . In addition to that my number was kept in a black list mode (I couldn't even call to customer care ) . This is worst experience I ever had . Customer care support or response is not upto the mark .

        Kindly solve the issue ASAP.

        We would like to inform you that you have been charged as per the base rate of 1.8p/sec for STD calls on 13th Mar’17 as it was a blackout day on the occasion of Holi. And also like to inform you that we have communicated to you about the same prior to 2 days. Please note that none of the rate cutters would work on the blackout day and you would be charged at the base rate of local and STD mobile calls at 1.8p/sec, local and STD landline calls at 4p/sec, local SMS at Re.1/SMS and national SMS at RS.1.5/SMS. We would like to inform you that you have been charged correctly as per the Blackout day tariff, hence not eligible for any waiver for the amount being charged at the base rate for the calls.

          I am Hardesh Kumar and my Aircel mobile number is [protected]. Sir, on 15.03.2017(today) i have checked offer from my aircel mobile number and it showed 1 GB 3G internet for 28 days in ₹44 recharge (image attached). I done it through my mobile wallet. Immediately i received a msg that you have received 1 GB 3G internet for 2 days(image attached). Thereafter, i called Customer Care from my other Aircel number because my above number is blocked and executive replied that "I can't do anything, you will receive only 2 days validity when you Recharge online. The offer was applicable only from retailer" then i replied that you do not write with the offer that offer will be applicable only from retailer recharge. After my question, the customer care executive immediately cut my call.

          One more case of Aircel happened with me since last week ( on 07.03.2017). At that time i checked offer and recharged with ₹69 for ₹69 balance with 500 mb 3g data for 21 days. But after recharging through digital payment, I got ₹69 with 69 mb 3g for 7 days only. Then i called Customer Care and she replied very rudely and do not extend my recharge validity and also put my number in block list. Since that time my call on 198 not going and a message listened that "our all representative are busy" and call automatically cut.

          Kindly help me out and give me my extra validity.

            I Rahul yadav using aircel postpaid [protected] connection since 2012 and i paid bill on time in 2016 i purchase new postpaid connection [protected] for free calling to each number i said to the customer representative for CUG. They generate bill for both numbers and i have already complaint for this in cunsumer court and today a call comes from Adv Ashwin he said you will be presented in court for this metter but for this company responsible company closed my both numbers...
            and company not activated CUG for these numbers please do need full

                  I am trying to send message to 1900 for porting the number. But i am able to send messages to other numbers and not to 1900.

                  Is it blocked by Aircel, as my relative ported the other number to new provider which was successful, but not the aircel number.

                  I tried calling 198 and 121 but there was no option for talk to customer care. Here I am continuously trying to send the message to 1900 but continuously failed.

                          Hi,

                          This is bharath kumar and i am using aircel network for past 10 years.

                          I have applied for portability change from aircel to jio network. But the network have not changed even after a week. When i checked with jio folks, they communicated the request to aircel and aircel is rejected the request. Even i spoke with aircel complaint office head quarters in chennai spencers over a telephonic conversation. The spoke person (Prakash) is not properly responding to me.
                          Today, i also went to porur aircel store office in person. Even there also not responding properly. Finally they are asking me to roam here and there without proper communication.

                          My request is simple, close my network with aircel. Even for this small things also they are troubling the customers to run behind them.
                          I felt very bad now to being the aircel customer for this so long period.
                          If any action is not taken even after this complaint, then there is no use of keeping my aircel sim.

                            I bought a kerla aircel sim and now i am in tamil nadu i have to stay here for 1½ months i have recharged my kerla sim in tamilnadu and all my rate cutters were working here but now on march 13 2017 evng 7o clc i have received a msg from aircel that u have an offer for rs 152 unlimited taketime . then i have recharges for 152rs thn after recharging i have not available the offer so when i called the aircel customer care center they take very lethargically and they hanged up the call they tell me a reason that their offer is not valid in roaming i got this non sence reason from them they should have intimated us before the message but they need our money cheating froads.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have three Aircel Connections. I am very much disappointed with the irresponsibility of Aircel Customer Care [protected] Head office Delhi. I am not getting signals at my home that is in the mid of city, Akbar Bagh Sayeedabad, Hyderabad. I moved here 11 day ago and from day one I am getting signal problem due to which I missed lots of important calls. I logged a complaint but my problem was not resolved yet. Initially when I complaint he asked me the House No. but I don’t know the number. I said him about exact near location and also given my number. Unfortunately after waiting for another few days I called Aircel Customer Care Head office [protected], the person whom I spoke he recognized me and told me that until and unless you provide the House Number we can’t proceed, if this is the criteria he could tell me earlier so that I could go home and provide the number, moreover my problem hasn’t solved yet.

                                      I request the Aircel, Ministry of Telecommunication and Consumer forum Organization/ Department to kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Yesterday your tech- Engineer called me and he told me he would come tomorrow, today I called him he told me that there is network problem in the area and there are already complaints about it. he said a Antina should be increased.
