Hello,
I am using aircel number since years but last two time when i recharged my balacne had been dedecuted without my knowledge. I recharged for rs.20 each time and i just made 1 call for rs 1.35 first time and for the second time i made a call 2 times for rs 1.35 each but my whole amount is deducted.why?i called up on complaint helpline but no use, no one is there to receive call.Everytime the call is being disconnected automatically.i want my money back in my no. I should get minimum rs 25.its my request to you, kindly get me out of this situation.i do not expect this from aircel. My no.is ([protected])

    I am unable to check my data balance. I have used quite a few USSD codes, including the ones the Aircel Social Media team emailed me. But as of now, not even a single code works. My phone number is ([protected], West Bengal Circle). This is really frustrating. Kindly help me out.

    These are the codes that I tried
    *122*011# - Gives me the error "This code is valid for Unlimited Data packs only."
    *143*0# - Gives me the error "Connection problem or invalid MMI code."
    *121*911# - Didn't work. (Tried all 5 options)
    *121*0021# - Gives me the error "You are already Deactivated for requested Service."

    I can't check my data balance from the Aircel Android App as well.

                    I am automatically subscribed to WBDECPI9 pack and everyday Rs.9 is deducted from my account without my consent.I dont remember ever opting for this pack.I have tried deactivating it but to no avail.I have searched for all sorts of options but nothing seems to work.Deactivate this pack right now.My mobile number is [protected].I want this pack deactivated right now and please refund my money back or I will seriously consider switching to other networks.

                        Hi, My Name is Sabari. I am using Aircel Prepaid network in Tamil Nadu. I didnt know how long its been happening, but last 2 months i checked on the balance and it was reduced from 115 rupees to 21 rupees, though i was using the pack for 348INR (Unlimited Local & STD Calls, Unlimited 2G data & 500MB data for 28days).. I was not able to call the customer care, since they have deactivated that facility. I mailed to the customer care email ID with the details of mobile number and everything required, but still no reply or call from them.. My complaint mail got a reply from the automated system with complaint registered under "ERN[protected]CNRQPH"... I request you to have this issue and get it resolved at the earliest and refund the amount you have been deducting.

                        There are no messages regarding deduction... There was no services activated during this time period also... Since i was using Unlimited calls, i didnt mind about the message popping up after a call... The deduction happened when i was over call from 11PM to 12:30AM twice...

                        No one called on any regards from Aircel Customer service, no refund was made on this issue, but a message came from Aircel Customer care as resolved... Please check on it... There is a system in place, in which you can track the charges laid on a particular number, and get to identify what went wrong and get to the solution easily... Including both deductions, the amount came down to 21 now from 115...

                        If a VAS like that was subscribed, why i havent got any message for confirmation or any information to that VAS subscription? Send the details of the subscription. Also how it is happening for 2 months without any confirmation messgae from the user?
                        The same issue happened twice to me 6 months ago based on some VAS auto activation, which was never activated from user end, but there was a confirmation message of some activation, which is how i found something happened, called the customer care and they said something happened and some reason and refunded the amount.
                        So here this time, the same thing is happening, with the difference of not sending message regarding any activation or confirmation of VAS, not allowing me to call and connect to the customer care (giving the information as unavailable service), and while entering the 10 digit mobile number, the message says "Not an authentic Aircel Number", message facilities are deactivated.
                        Send the details of subscription to the VAS and a reason why the above said issues are happening. Being in Aircel network for long time, the privilege i am getting is outstanding.

                        Adding to the Above complaint, i got some VAS service activated automatically without anyone using the mobile during the time frame provided for activation... It was a service for 5 days @INR20/-, but this time i received a msg on the activation. So i called the Customer care and was able to get the refund for INR20/-. Please refer to below images for your reference.

                        Yes, The VAS service got deactivated as i said in the comment i posted on Feb 20th. This happened because i received a message on the activated service.
                        I said the first complaint because, i didnt receive any message on the MYDALA service, you said i have activated for the deduction of my balance from 115 to 21 including both the deductions that happened.
                        If i would have got a message or any confirmation message for the MYDALA service, i would have cancelled it.
                        My point is, For a Rs.20/- service i am getting a message, but how come i didnt get any message or any notification for a service that costed Rs.94/-??
                        Also, i asked a question to the customer care before 6 months, "How the VAS services are getting activated automatically just by keeping data "Switch On" 24/7??", for which they said, they will look into it. But now the same issue is happening again.

                              I am having Aircel Mobile no.-[protected] of last 4-5 years. But I am sorry to comment that Aircet is not functioning as a reputed Co.I have the following serous complains(with other complains) which I request them to look into seriously- (1) Everyday I have been debited Rs 2/- from my balance amt after confirming through following msg.recd. at 3Am to4PM that"NDAIRPI2 has been renewed on your Aircel Mobile" (2) Every month get a Msg confirming"You have been renewed for Music Connect at Rs 30/- for 30 Days. Last Msg. recd.on[protected] at 12:23PM (3) Similarly got a last msg.on[protected] at 12:13PM confirming "You have been renewed for Music Connect at Rs 18/- for 18 Days. Last Msg. recd.on[protected]at 12:13PM. I have never opted for or given clearance to you for above services and also not interested to avail these services in future.You have charged me about Rs 472/- for the above services which I never opted from OCT'16 to JAN'17.Hence it is requested to immediate stop these services and refund my money immediately otherwise I shall be forced Port to some other operator and may register a FIR against Aircel for this cheating. Pl. note I am a retired Sr.Citizen and cannot affored also this type deductions.

                                  for your kind information i want to concrn that the number [protected] recieves a sms of data pack offer of rs.44 having benefits 1GB 2G/3G data vaild for 28 days. but we are unable to recieve benefits from ur aircel team.as aircel teams gives only 2days validity. as when i was going to port in my number i recieved a call from aircel team. they assure me that i will get my benefits within a day. but i diddnt recieve . what the hell is that. wht the aircel wants .i[censored] give the offer then why didnt u give proper benefits. it seems that aircel is going to be as robbery. that how to rob peoples. shame on u .u all are frauds and u robbing the peoples. may god curses all o[censored] and put u all in hell. i als called aircel customer care about 10to 12 times . but nothing in hand and misbehaved . they dont know how to talk with their customer. as ur kind information we activated almost 30 to 40 aircel numbers .we helped a lot in growing in aircel but u never think about it.
                                  at the end i only want to state that give me the proper benefits of recharge of rs.44. benefits. 1GB 2G/3G data with 28 days validity. otherwise i will pornt in all the numbers into airtel. i ll port in all the aircel numbers which i have activated.

                                      My father has been used aircel for long days. First time they deducted money but refunded again they deducted 158 they r not supposed to refund. But now they deducted nearly 748 last month. While asked ng about this they are not ready to respond. His mobile number : [protected].                                         I have already discussed briefly last time (approx. 2 days before) so I want to track my complaint how much processed against my telecom company which is Aircel.
                                        And in short,
                                        I had rechrged on 26/01/2017 after checking offer of 45 TT on 40 and 500 mb data on 24.
                                        But I got Rs. 31 TT and only 100 mb data.
                                        When I complaint to them they talk very rudely and tells me that it is given that this msg is on *150 by retailer. I had rechrged my balance many times these type of recharges and no need to explain *150 recharge or something special.
                                        I mean to say when they provide a offer to a group of person then it is their duty to updates their retailer, or contacted person, etc.
                                        It is their internal affair or internal management problem then why should I pay for this.
                                        So please take some quick action in regards to refund my balance and data that they forfeited.
                                        they called me at office time so I m unable to attend their call. And because of office time and rudely talk last time, I will not pick their call after that

Further, the best offer extra benefit from *121# is only applicable at AGB recharge the AGB recharge mode (Offer retailer dwara*150#recharge pe manya) already mentioned with recharge benefit description. And your recharges were not done through AGB mode. Hence, default benefits have already been credited in your account on 26 Jan 2017.

                                        I m not a new customer, I recharge that type of recharge before also with the same retailer.
                                        I also did not conclude anything before about special recharge.
                                        But this time I did not get any benefits from two recharge.
                                        Ok finally if you did not refund my claim then I did not want to be a customer of theft company.
                                        I soon leave this Aircel telecommunication and can join other but never come again to this company in which internal management not properly works or in which management don't know about companies policies and plans.
