i am a bonafide customer of your copany leaving smart, bsnl connection i prefered to aircel for its undisrupted service. i am working in a premier daily papar of odishs the samaja in editorial deptt in a senior post. i always need call, std call and internet in my mobile rather then computor.
last month i had recharged rs. 249 and got all the facility for unlimited all call plus net for 28 days. today i have recharged for 249 but as advised by my recharger outlet at cuttack but std calls are barred to put me into difficulty. i cannot spend 299 for second time for the same period. kindly advise, i am ready to pay the differential money of rs 50 to activate 299 plan.and eek your kind help in this regard. kindly make necessary to upgrade my recharge and i shall pay in form of recharge the differential payment of rs, 50 this evening when i shall leave my office. being a regular customer of your service i think i would get my problem resolved by you for which i shall remain ever grateful to you.
further complaint of a customer should always be regarded as important. the limitation or length of complaint should not be criteria to meet or disregard. hope to be favoured sir.

We regret to inform you that there is no such facility under which a particular plan (an inferior one) can be upgraded to a superior one by paying the differential amount. Hence, we won't be able to assist you in this regard.
