I recharge my phone with 104rs for local amd national calling .they send recharge success messege to retailer but not to me .when i went to customer centre they are very odd to speak THEY DONT HAVE SENCE HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER. they also kept my number at busy.when i call them they always said only one thing that our all executive are busy with other. they are just ****

      I recharged with Rs.222 seeing on the website which said it will give me a talk time of Rs.245. However, the balance is now showing in promo balance not main balance. I spoke to customer care, they were not helpful at all. There straight away said they cannot do anything.

      I called them as soon as I saw that the balance was recharged and asked for a refund which they say is not an option at all.

      Why would they give incomplete information on the website? I would like it to be escalated, given a refund or transfer the promo to main balance. There are so many complaints here regarding the same issue but seems like they have done nothing to do about it.

            Sir.
            i am a bonafide customer of your copany leaving smart, bsnl connection i prefered to aircel for its undisrupted service. i am working in a premier daily papar of odishs the samaja in editorial deptt in a senior post. i always need call, std call and internet in my mobile rather then computor.
            last month i had recharged rs. 249 and got all the facility for unlimited all call plus net for 28 days. today i have recharged for 249 but as advised by my recharger outlet at cuttack but std calls are barred to put me into difficulty. i cannot spend 299 for second time for the same period. kindly advise, i am ready to pay the differential money of rs 50 to activate 299 plan.and eek your kind help in this regard. kindly make necessary to upgrade my recharge and i shall pay in form of recharge the differential payment of rs, 50 this evening when i shall leave my office. being a regular customer of your service i think i would get my problem resolved by you for which i shall remain ever grateful to you.
            further complaint of a customer should always be regarded as important. the limitation or length of complaint should not be criteria to meet or disregard. hope to be favoured sir.

                                    My Aircel number is [protected]. Last recharge successfully done was on 6th Jan 2017. Since past few days I have been trying to get the SIM recharged. While trying through my PAYTM WALLET, I get a feedback that Aircel has not accepted my order. When I try to do online recharge through official website of Aircel, I am getting a feedback that the number entered is not a valid 10 digit Aircel number. Today I have sent a mail to their customer care to which I have received an acknowledgement stating that they would look into the matter. My e-mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com and an alternate AirTel number is [protected].

                                    Thanks for responding.I also got a reply from Aircel's customer care on my e-mail. Both were not of much use.I finally realised that my number has been migrated to Reliance.I could get my recharge done finally through Reliance web site.

                                      Hi,

                                      I want to port my number from Aircel to Airtel in chennai. I submitted my documents on 25th of this month. On 27th afternoon my friend got verification call and my friend told like i am his friend and they accepted, finally they said to port the number we called u, shortly the number will be ported to airtel.

                                      But on the same day night i got message from airtel that validation of your documents for porting number could not be completed.

                                      And on 28th feb i received message from Aircel that Your docket number xxxxx of mnp related has been raised. resolution expected by 08th march 2017.

                                      I want to move from aircel to airtel, but i donot know what these people are doing in the middle.

                                      So pls take my complaint on this. and do needful ASAP.
