Hello,

My prepaid Aircel mobile number outgoing and incoming calls have been suddenly barred. I have tried the phone and call settings, but nothing are helpful. Phone Number [protected].

Though it has a sufficient balance it keeps saying "Your telephone charge is overdue" when tried to make calls.

When contacted aircel customer care, they keep saying 24 to 48 hours, but its been 5 weeks now. No response yet.

        I called up aircel customer care to know why the data balance number was working.All i wanted to know was that it has been four month since the number was working and when it would work. The customer care executive repeatedly asked me not to argue.i had then requested him to transfer the call to any senior person. As soon the senior prtson picked up the call he disconnected the call.If this is yhe way customers are treated dont even expect customers to stay with aircel

                  My self shabbir kantawala a retailer in South mumbai had recharged a customer for 249 unlimited plan which gives unlimited data and call for 28 days now when customer received d confirmation msg he got validity of 15 days he started argument with me that I gave him wrong information so I called retailer helpline number 299 for d query but no positive reply I got ..if aircel cannot care for customers then they should better stop there services ..I m a small retailer but I don't cheat customers .helpline people really don't care.

We applied port for those above numbers by messaging in January.they called from customer care and we justified our reason for porting. But no response after that. After the validity expires again by February we ported again by messaging.again called by customer care but nothing takes place till date for porting our numbers to other mobile network. We are frustrated with Aircel service. It's been two months waiting for porting from aircel to other services. What will be the procedure to change? Local office people doesn't know anything about this. Whom to contact? How long will it take ? Need reply and action immediately.if not we have to go legal in consumer act

                          On checking, after dealing*125#, my mobile no-[protected] showed Main Balance Rs508.20 at today morning. At presnt balanc shows Rs 342.64 (I.e 4=30PM). In between this time I talked to Ph. No.[protected] at 1=07 PM for 2Min Max & Ph No.-[protected] at 2=42 PM for Max 1Min. Then how this much deduction is possible. I shall appreciate to get back the extra amount deducted by default. I am a Retired Senior Citizen Person of 72 yrs old and can not afford to bear this much amount. of

                              I have recharge with 199 rs( plan o[censored]nlimited call for 28 days + 10 GB of Data) on 16 of August 2017 but today 05 september 2017, I suddenly not able to call after 3.30 pm . I tried to call at 121 and 198 approx 50 times but there is no response from the aircel. This is my worst experience from the customer service of the Aircel.

                                Data recharge of 12 rup renewal everyday. Even i tried many time to deactivate it. I tried to contact customer care but not getting any positive response. I tried everything possible option as i can try.

                                    There's a service activated on my aircel no. [protected]. i've called customer care so many times but they haven't deactivated it yet.
                                    the service is of 75 mb 3g data in rs. 12 everyday they charge me rs. 12, although i've told them to deactivate it. please resolve it otherwise i will go to the consumer court and it will make the matter more problematic.
