Hello,
My prepaid Aircel mobile number outgoing and incoming calls have been suddenly barred. I have tried the phone and call settings, but nothing are helpful. Phone Number [protected].
Though it has a sufficient balance it keeps saying "Your telephone charge is overdue" when tried to make calls.
When contacted aircel customer care, they keep saying 24 to 48 hours, but its been 5 weeks now. No response yet.
