I am trying to send message to 1900 for porting the number. But i am able to send messages to other numbers and not to 1900.

Is it blocked by Aircel, as my relative ported the other number to new provider which was successful, but not the aircel number.

I tried calling 198 and 121 but there was no option for talk to customer care. Here I am continuously trying to send the message to 1900 but continuously failed.

      Hi Team,

      My aircel number is [protected]. On 02/Mar/2017, i made a recharge of Rs. 83 for which following benefits should be credited to my account. For proof, attaching screenshot of aircel's app(Aircel_app.png) and website(Aircel_web.png).

      After recharge, i also got the Aircel message mentioning the below benefits. Attaching screenshot (Aircel_rechargeMessage.png).

      Rs90 DA Talk Time for 28 Days + Local/STD @1.3p/sec for home & roam and 5 free roaming incoming minutes per day, for 28days while roaming on Aircel and Vodafone network.

      But instead of getting above benefits, i got Rs.50 in Promo balance and what else i don't know.

      I have already raised the ticket(Request# - 1-[protected]) for the same. I received a call from Aircel representative. He listened my issue and told me that the plan has been changed and started telling the benefits that i received which i didn't understand. I told him that still the old benefits are appearing on app, web and the message i received. After keeping me on hold for some time, he told me that he can't help me anyhow and now I have to send an email and closed my complaint request.

      After that i am in regular conversation with them but not getting any acceptable solution.

                  that means 1they deduct bal when phone is on regular mode as unnessary subscriptions as regular pencil get sharp and
                  2they deduct bal when phone is off as backdoor activites as the pencil is sharped at backend all bal deduted at once.

                  For me option 2
                  below photos you can see the time and date 25 and 27 at midnight between 11 and 11:58 as on or before.

                  here is my question is:::::::::::not even leaving an single rupee full bal 549 was deducted when the phone is offline

                  battery power of thee phone is 5-6hrs only ===whole night its sleepy mode without charge.

                  To talk 198 i have recharge 70 on that 4th march 2017 afternoon.

                  this deductions occured to me 3 times earlier also.

                  If you didn't get UPC code through SMS. There is an alternate solution is available.


                  Call Aircel Customer Care number ==> [protected]
                  1. You can call from any Mobile network and choose 1 as Aircel User.
                  2. Enter your Aircel mobile number and Aircel Sim ICICID number 19 digit number in the backside of the sim.
                  3. If 19digits Number is not known simply download SIM Card Android App from playstore and get it.

                  4. Enter your aircel 10 digit mobile number and enter last 5 digits of icicid number.
                  5. They will generate and immediately tell your UPC CODE

                        Hi, I am Alok Das having Aircel No-[protected](Jamshedpur, Jharkhand) recharged On dated 18/2/2017(7.25 PM) INR 249 as per message by Aircel for all Local +STD free calling, But unfortunately message come all local calls free+500 MB DATA, its not working for STD.
                        Again regret to said that without any information Aircel cutting Daily Rs 5 from Main account Balance for subscribing to full Songs Download Pack.Kindly Immediately stop the Activated pack and return the exact amount cut by Aircel.

                        To resolve the problem i would appreciate your help.

                                This is to inform you that I activated Rs. 2 SMS pack on 3rd March, 2016.I didn't renew the pack nor kept it for auto renewal. Neither it was intimated to me that the sms pack will be auto renewed. But it renewed by itself yesterday as well as today. I deactivated the same yesterday after I received the message that the pack has been auto renewed. Still it was auto renewed today. Thus, I request to deactivate the pack and reverse my Debited balance asap.

                                t was resolved after i mailed my complaint to the concerned circle customer care which is [email protected]. The pack was deactivated and balance was refunded.

                                Hi,
                                I activated Rs. 2 SMS pack on 3rd March, 2016. My complaints is without my consent the sms pack has been renewed, neither they intimated me by sms that the pack will be auto renewed. The pack has been renewed on 4th March, 5th March 6th march and it will keep renewing till my balance becomes zero. I called the customer care service on 5th March at 8.57 P.M. and he said that the pack has been deactivated and the wrongly deducted balance will be credited. But, today again the pack has been renewed and balance has been deducted. I also tried to deactivate it myself, but I got the message that there is no service available against my number.

                                Thus, I request you to deactivate the pack and reverse my debited balance.

                                I request you look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                      My Aircel number is [protected]...I was not using this number for many days...I need this number it's an emergency...My alternative number is [protected]..I need solution as soon as possible..Also I need to know whether my Aircel number is alotted to any other person..If so..When I called this number it is not reachable..Pls suggest me I got this sim from Tamil Nadu circle..But NW I am staying in Kerala..Can I get the same sim number in Kerala..
