      I have activated KOLSMS3 service in my mobile no for one day. After that day, it is continued to recursively renewed day after day and there is nothing mentioned specifically how to stop that service. I cannot understand what kind of trick is that for continuous deduction in my balance. I also noted that there was nothing written about the service that is would be renewed on daily basis, once activated. I need to know the process to stop the service.

      The representative at the help desk told that i can only stop that service by requesting at the customer care help desk over phone call...is it true? If so, then u ahould hav mentioned it in the activation process dialogues..
      They have deactivated the plan after my request but i am still afraid to try any of your offers for those hidden conditions ..

        I am not satisfy with your service
        I thought to move to jio... Then i have started
        To send sms to 1900 for porting...
        But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
        By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -
        My complained docket no. Is 1-[protected] resolution suppose to be provided to me on 22nd february 2017 but no resolution is yet received.

        1. I have balance in my mobile so there is no reason of not having balance to send msg.
        2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
        3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

        Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...

          Dear sir, I have paid the payment due of Rs.1500 for my no.[protected] by 22.02.2017 through credit card payment and got a debit confirmation from bankers side and when am asking yesterday your phone banking officers reverted that payment not yet updated and only after that outgoing facility will available and am in urgent need of the no.to be activated for my official purpose, I have made again a payment of Rs.1700 via netbanking mode tgrough your epayment option by today morning and the same got debited and confirmed from the bankers side.But still a m facing the same issue, your store is not available near to my location and I have the option to pay through online only.I have made the payment through online mode for last 3years and the same got updated immidiately, am using this no.more than 10yrs.I need my outgii g toget cleared in priority basis.Hope you help me regarding this.Thanks.

              I have recharged 133 to my mobile number [protected] through aircel.com and i got the recharge successfull sms also, and immediately by following that i got one more sms like 133mb 3g/2g data credited to your account, then i used my data and they have deducted 17 rs from my balance. I called customer care and he told data back is not available to your number, then y they have sent that sms to me, i used my data after getting that sms only.

Just checked my balance and shocked that money was deducted for no reason. Then i sent sms to 155223 and found that pocket is activated. Tried calling 198 but it's of no use. Can you please revert the money deducted? Is it a trick by Aircel to generate revenue?

                                The 3G net speed is very slow and the connection also is very weak . Before hardly in August also the connection was good but now 3G is not up to the mark.pls help it is getting worse day by day in my 3G connection while doing internet it shows H+ for 1 min and then it get to 3G symbol and this causes a lot of problem to me the page loading takes about 1-2 min it doesn't give any speed at all

                                      My Name is Abdullah and my Prepaid Mobile Number is[protected]

                                      This is pertaining to the unknown charges of around INR 30/- has been charged with my number on 19th February 2017. Please explain why it has been charged to my number, when I am not in need any unwanted service from Aircel except telephone calls. This is an absolute cheating from Aircel and moreover every month I'm facing this problem with Aircel to charge my number unwantedly. Request you to refund my money immediately and do not send any sms or activate any unwanted services from Aircel without my knowledge.

                                      I guess Aircel customer care is the worst in the world and no one seems to respond properly. Wondering how a senior officer doesn't have any knowledge on how it has been charged and she replied saying "Go and complain wherever you want", since she doesn't know how it has been charged. Is this the way you taught to speak to your clients ?..

They themselves filed a complaint and sent a tect message with the docket number 1-[protected] and closed the docket without giving any solution or refunding the money back to my number.. I had been nicely cheated by your mobile network and the entire team. Absolutely wasting my time with you guys i guess..
