Dear Aircel team,
This is a very very noncense call rates on Valentine's days. How it possible Rs. 1.50/minutes? When I called customer care they said it's because of Valentine's day! This is the first time I got calls rate in all the Telecom industry. I can say without any doubt it's very very bad service provider in the Telecom industry.

    I have activated cricket alert service on aircel no [protected]. But at time of deactivating it is saying to dial 155223 to deactivate. But this says no service activated in this no. i have also tried calling to 198. still i am facing the same problem .It is getting activated automatically on daily basis.
    tell me how to deactivate it bcz it is very irritating.

      I had recharges Rs.249 for Free STD/Local call.But after recharged I made a call STD but balance deducted from my main a/c. After that I talked with Aircel Customer Care. He said the plan has been changed i.e Rs.299 in place of Rs.249. I requested by email & over phone to change the plan from Rs.249 to Rs.299 & additional amount deduct from my main a/c. But they denied.

      It is very poor service suddenly you changed the plan & we are suffering.

          elase they deduct heavy charge and switch off my no. and block.
          kindly refer my account and reverse the amount, and why they block
          and switch off my phone? kindly do the needful.
          Today I dialed 198 . but they also switch of my cell. Every time its happen. i am prepaid account holder and old customer. if its continue i withdraw the aircell

                    Initially approached aircel velachery store for changing from postpaid to prepaid. I was told that my number was not completed 90days time hence asked me to contact after 90 days. I have again contacted them after 94 days and they said, request has been taken and come after 4 days for document submission. Again I approached them after 4 days i.e. on 24.1.2017 for document submission. They have taken my document and asked me to pay Rs260/- as advance rental for 15days, since I have cleared all dues. They said after 15th day all outgoing and incoming will be stopped for 24 hrs after that call 59059 for verification and activation. Now 20 days over, nothing happened and received a SMS that unbilled amount Rs318.93 till date. I surprised and called customer care and they said goto store and check. Today I am writing this to get reply from the company as why they have charged advance rental and taking so many days to change from postpaid to prepaid. My number [protected]
                    I feel it is happening for every customer. Careful with Aircel.

                                I am not able to call from my Aircel number [protected] and even my sms services are also not working from yesterday. I talked to the customer care executive on this issue and they said my sim have been blocked. After that I have requested them to activate the sim again. They gave the assurence that all services would be started in 4 hours. But the services are still not started.

                                  After [protected] was migrated to pre paid and activated, I did an online recharge on on Feb 02, 2017 from aircel.com website for Rs.133 by debit to my bank account. While my bank account was debited, I got an sms from aircel, saying zero balance but valid upto 2019. Again on 05 Feb, 2017, I tried a recharg for another number [protected] for Rs. 133 from aircel.com website. My bank account was debited promptly. But the mobile number did not get the recharged amount.
                                  I had emailed about this issue to [protected]@aircel.co.in. They asked for all the details of the recharge, which I emailed them. I got a reply from them saying "your concern regarding the number [protected] & [protected] has been forwarded to our concern team for further clarification and the same will be updated once the feedback is received". This reply was received on 8 Feb 2017. After that I have not received any response from them.
                                  Kindly intervene to set right this pathetic attitude.

                                    I lost my phone today at redfort, i made a call to aircel customer care to block my number but they said server is down, so they cannot block my number therefore i request you to block my number [protected] to prevent its misuse.

                                      Hello, I am unable to send any message from my number, not even to 121.
                                      My aircel number is [protected], It's purchased in bihar and I am now in Bangalore. I know that its not my phones issue, as my family has 2 aircel sim in different brand's phone and bot are having the same problem.

                                      I am using an lenovo yp1m phone and signal bar here are good as call and data are working fine.

                                      My balance is Rs. 10 + .. All the customer care representative ask this balance question as if I don't know that I need balance to send sms.

                                        I have a aircel sim bearing phone no. is [protected]. For one day around 20 msg has coming from company. I cannot block this msg. Everytime this msg disturb me. When msg has coming i got angry. Because of angry all msg also delete. This company is started by DD.
                                        So please do something for me. I got angry for this. If this problem has gone i will very thankful to you all.
