My aircel number is [protected], I sent request to port out and got PORT Code. I submitted it to vodafone. After 1 day, I got call from aircel asking me problems, I told them Network unavailability, so slow speed of data that I can barely use 30 mb from alotted 500mb in postpaid of 225. After call they sent me message of " Docket number 1-[protected] of mnp has been raised".
After that I called aircel, they told me that no operator has contacted them regarding my port code.
When I asked vodafone they told me that my request has not been accepted even after 3 days of document submission.
Please help. I want port out.

        Dear sir/madam,
        Myself Ranjit and my mobile no [protected]. Yesterday 29/12/16 early morning I received a msg like that " Thank youfor choosing weekly video store Rs35. You have been charged for Rs 35/ for 7 days. I don't know really what happening.

        Now I have notice that every odd dates one one new service will automatically activate and deduct the amount.

        Now I request to you pls deactive the weekly video store immediately and return the deducted amount as soon as possible.

        And 27/12/16 again I got a msg " Thank you for choosing khelo India jetho India Rs35. you have been charged Rs35 for 7 days.

        I request to u pls deactivate khelo India jetho India service immediately and return the deducted amount as soon as possible.

        Finally on 25/12/16 again activated pocket store fortnightly and deducted Rs49/ from my main balance. After a put a complaint then the working day u deactivated the service but you did not return the deducted amount Rs49.

        Now I request once again pls return the deducted amount Rs49/ as soon as possible.
        I am waiting for your valuable feedbacks.

When ever I tried to reach the customer support / Complaint support care center by dialing 198, he misbehaves with me named mustaq n use abuse. He disappointed me so they are helpless with my question. I will never use Aircel in future.

                  I'm Rajesh from Hyderabad, There is some balance deduction in my main balance in between date (12/22/2016 to 12/25/2016) and I have no idea about the deduction why it happened. When ever I tried to reach the customer support / Complaint support care center by dialing 198, I'll be redirected to some technical department so they are helpless with my question.
                  As a platform I want answers for below two questions.
                  1. What is the reason for decucting balance.
                  2. Why I'm not connecting to respective team when I call to 198 and I even choose the correct department in IVRS.

                    When opted for MNP, due to the poor network coverage, the Customer care keeps rejecting the MNP request from the new service provider. They made us pay for the full month, and only by the end of the month they released it to the Donor operator.

                    when closing the network, there is no link in the website to pay for inactive mobile numbers. There was a pending amount of 600 rs, Initially the customer care said, there will be waive off in the bill of 600..and pay only 500. After we paid 500, the blocked the service saying please pay remaining 100..

                    Poor service and worst customer care, Worst mobile app..irritated with them for the past 6 months.

                      Any calls from a jio number to an aircel number is taking an absurdly long amount of time
                      Advertisements are shown in two languages which continue for about a minute.
                      In case of emergency, such a long wating period may result in a life or death situation.
                      This policy is not there in any other service provider.
                      Short advertising may be acceptable, but not minute long ones.
                      If my own number was the problem, i would have changed it.
                      But i cannot ask somebody else to change their service provider.
                      I would thus ask the consumer complaints forum to look into this, and take strict action against aircel for this kind of disruptive marketing policies.

                          Hi dear sir/madam,
                          My self ranjit sutradhar and my mobile no [protected]. Just now i switch on my mobile and i got a msg like that"thank you for choosing khelo india jeeto india at rs35. You have been charged rs35 for 7 days". This is the good morning message for me today. Whether it is a jock for me or what rubish i dont know. Be honest i am not satisfy aircel service. Shall i continue with aircel or what? I am using aircel last 7/8 years.
                          Now i have notice that after one or two days one one new new vas will automatically active in my number and early morning when i switch on my mobile i got the good morning message like that" thanks for choosing something... And you have been charged... Please tell me what is this? In a week 4 times different different vas will automatically activated in this no at mid night and they deduct the amount from main balance.
                          I don't know what happening exactly and it is more horrible... Even i already sent a mail to customer care and specially request please don't activate any vas service in my no but still new new vas it automatically activate.. Please tell me what to do next?? I think customer satisfaction is more important but here... Tell me if daily one one new vas will activate and without informing you they will deduct the amount and specially early morning after switch on in your mobile you got a msg like that which customer will be satisfy.

                          Now i request please deactive all the vas which has been activated with in 7/8 days and return all the deducted amount in my main balance as soon as possible. I am waiting for your valuable reply..

                            Eventhough my number [protected] have main account balance i am not allowed to call or text others including your customer care. But i receive calls n text. Already i have complained and reply was the complain will be solved within 2 days. But nothing happens. Incase of not resolving this problem i have no option. Definitely im going to change to some other network.

                              I am using this [protected] more than 12 years.

                              Still you have blocked my out going calls, Is this the way you treat us so far from october month.

                              We are highly disappointed with service provided by aircel.

                              Raising a service 1-[protected] and (ERN[protected]HMMCBZ) not following up a simple process is this the objectives that you following up in ur correspodning department.

                              As clearly mentioned below

                              This is Shahul hameed regarding my aircel # [protected] migration from Postpaid to Prepaid.

                              I have already visited veperry Aircel branch and paid all my dues, outstanding including 10 days extra charges around 730/- rupees on 13/10/2016 to migrate from postpaid to prepaid but last month
                              i received bill to pay so again on 26/11/2016 i re-visited veperry brach and complained.

                              On 28/11/2016 i received call from Mr.Tamil from retention team in spencers brach chennai.

                              As discussed with him on phone call [protected] (call recorded)

                              Mr Tamil promised that he will reverse(waive off) all the charges and proceed to change [protected] from
                              postpaid to prepaid within 72 working hrs.

                              02/12/2016 My outgoing call barred.

                              As discussed can you reverse all the charges and immediately change my [protected] from postpaid
                              to prepaid.

                              STILL I AM GETTING CALLS FROM AIRCEL TO PAY MY BILLS,

                              MORE THAN 5 TIMES I TOLD AIRCEL EXEXUTIVE TO CHECK MY HISTORY AND CALL ME.
                              BUT NONT OF THE EMPLOYEE LISTENS ME AND TELLING ME THEY WILL CALL ME IN NEXT FIVE MINUTES AFTER GONE THROUGH MY HISTORY. SO FAR NO CALL BACK FROM AIRCEL EXECUTIVES AFTER THEIR FIVE MINUTES BUFFER TIME TO CHECK MY HISTORY.

                              I FEEL ASAHAME OF BEING A AIRCEL CUSTOMER MORE THAN 12 YEARS.

                              I have also recorded aircel customer care calls, i am maintaining my decency.
                              Cannot your company just keep up your word ???

                                Hi, this is mithun from chennai..my mobile number is [protected] .I have ported aircel to airtel before 3 months paying all the dues and consulting the customer care. Now they are telling I have rs 108 due from my side and telling they will issue legal notice against me . I hav paid all the dues but still they are calling daily and threatening me. I don't know what to do with legal notice. Please look into this matter and solve this.

                                  Dear member.

                                  I called & complaint for not getting unique code for port service. 2nd call I made for complaint about not getting complaint register no.during the call the executive said we have sent SMS but nothing I received. But I when I send SMS from network they deduct INR.1/sms. For this executive said that I'm lying and one of the other guy spoke bad word called "mairu". And asked to break the mobile. Excellent service by Aircel.

                                  I don't have any register no. For the complaint only by oral on call they said.

                                  I wanna complaint on the executive for speaking in such way.

                                  Incident happened on 25 Dec 2016 around 10 to 11pm

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    Sub:masti pack got activated automatically.

                                    I did not activate masti pack from my no. [protected]. But my balance rs.35/- was deducted on 25.12.2016. Kindly refund the amount to my number [protected]. Also often this problem is occurring and i've informed about this to your customer service. Even if i use the adblock or popups block browser this keeps on arising. If this continues i'm really sorry to say that i have to deactivate my number.

Can you please tell me what happening exactly and how it is possible without doing anything.
                                      I am very upset about that because this is the third time in a week they activated three different VAS service. I don't like to fill the consumer form each and every time.
