I am manoj from coimbatore using aircel postpaid number [protected]. Now due to my personal issues I want to convert my post paid number to prepaid, regarding it I asked customer care by dialing 198, they diverted me to go to neared aircel store for this migration.
I went to nearest store and they diverted me to aircel head office coimbatore, there after waiting for about 30 minutes I got response that this migration will be taking 90 working days and I cannot convert immediately.
Then I called aircel customer care by dialing 198 they told with photo and proofs I can able to concert this migration immediately.
But even then in head office they not even ready to provide me with this service. Last week Monday(5.12.16) about 4 hours I waster for this.
Then I wrote mail to aircel and got no reply from aircel even after a week time.
Totally fedup with the service from aircel.
I immediately wanted to convert my postpaid to prepaid. Let me know with the procedure

Complaint marked as Resolved i have a issue in migration from my postpaid number to prepaid number,
regarding this issue i sent mail to applet and got no reply from then even after a week, but in after raising complaint in this web site, got same day reply from aircel.

I given a mail on 7th Dec 2016 and got reply on 13th Dec 2016, now my aircel postpaid number got disconnected on 13.12.2016 and still my prepaid sim have not got activated.
Very worst services I have ever faced in my life, totally unhappy with customer support.
It's my primary number and I want the number to be activated soon. When will my sim got activated??

Updated by Siva Parthipan And I also intimated that my prepaid no will be activated on the same sim, and I needed to do recharge of RS. 91 for this activation. I paid that too in aircel office for the activation. Still the no have not activated, do the need full to activate my number soon.

Updated by Siva Parthipan i my self solved this issue by going to aircel office and demanding for activation of my prepaid sim immediately, due to this poor and worst service i have applied for mobile number portability and switching from AIRCEL.
