    I am using my number for calling purpose and never bother to read my messages. Today I saw those messages that Aircel activated some VAS charging Rs.9/day from 26-Aurg-2016 to[protected]. They decativated my service when I asked them for refund and disconnected the call everytime I asked to talk to their senior executive for the concern. The only information they got is "You misclicked on some call from company". I already has those company numbers in my blacklist and I know what I do with my phone, so its just an excuse.
    I want my refund as well as the penalty as soon as possible.
    Same issue arrived earlier where they activated some serivce from 17-Aug-2016 to 23-Aug-2016 and refused to pay the refund at the same time.

    I already did a complaint for the refund of around Rs.700 and they deactivated the service on[protected] and activated the some service again on[protected] and deducted the balance again without my concern.
    I want a strict penalty for them for deducting balance by activating plans on consumer numbers on their own and deducting balance.

      I have two sims. I live in vijayawada and my wife lives in nellore. We both use aircel. We are also facing same problem. No signal.. not even a single line. I think its due to cyclone. And aircel is tamilnadu network. (My guess)

          I have been receiving zero aircel signal on my phone since last 2 hours at Boduppal, Hyderabad . I tried restarting my HTC desire 826 device and tried inserting the sim again. But nothing seems to work. Please address the issue as soon as possible. I am missing several important calls and if this continues then I might have to stop using aircel forever.

But the benefit which is in my best offers that unlimited voice call (Local/std) and 2 gb internet pact was not given to me yet.               I am manoj from coimbatore using aircel postpaid number [protected]. Now due to my personal issues I want to convert my post paid number to prepaid, regarding it I asked customer care by dialing 198, they diverted me to go to neared aircel store for this migration.

              I went to nearest store and they diverted me to aircel head office coimbatore, there after waiting for about 30 minutes I got response that this migration will be taking 90 working days and I cannot convert immediately.

              Then I called aircel customer care by dialing 198 they told with photo and proofs I can able to concert this migration immediately.

              But even then in head office they not even ready to provide me with this service. Last week Monday(5.12.16) about 4 hours I waster for this.

              Then I wrote mail to aircel and got no reply from aircel even after a week time.

              Totally fedup with the service from aircel.

              I immediately wanted to convert my postpaid to prepaid. Let me know with the procedure

              I given a mail on 7th Dec 2016 and got reply on 13th Dec 2016, now my aircel postpaid number got disconnected on 13.12.2016 and still my prepaid sim have not got activated.

              Very worst services I have ever faced in my life, totally unhappy with customer support.

              It's my primary number and I want the number to be activated soon. When will my sim got activated??

              i my self solved this issue by going to aircel office and demanding for activation of my prepaid sim immediately, due to this poor and worst service i have applied for mobile number portability and switching from AIRCEL.

                I have an aircel prepaid sim [protected] .I am in Jammu city.I activated the pocket internet pack of RS 9 which gave unlimited 3g data for 1 day.
                But then it used to cut my automatically everyday .I used to take loan then but whenever I recharged 9rs were deducted every time. So please help me and deactivate it permanently.I have tried a lot since around 4-5 months
                A lot of money is being wasted by recharging it every time.

I don't get any response till date by mail or call. i hope you have planned to send bills. i have paid advance for unbilled amount as well. I called the customer care of aircel and they clearly denied to return my balance by giving the reason that I activated a service but I didn't dialed any number from my number.                                         I have recharged online on 18/11/2016 of exclusive friday offer with rs130.in it showed that it will give talk time of rs 140 but instead i got rs 110. I was not given what it was there on the website. Then i called customer care on 198. There also i were left disappointed. Then i called on no [protected] in which they said they can't resolve the issue coz the server is down. I'm really disappointed with the service.
