I have been receiving zero aircel signal on my phone since last 2 hours at Boduppal, Hyderabad . I tried restarting my HTC desire 826 device and tried inserting the sim again. But nothing seems to work. Please address the issue as soon as possible. I am missing several important calls and if this continues then I might have to stop using aircel forever....

I have recharged with 149 rupees on my number at 6 dec 2016. But the benefit which is in my best offers that unlimited voice call (Local/std) and 2 gb internet pact was not given to me yet. I have get 2 gb internet pack but voice call charge is still unaffected. I have called many time to customer care to solve my problem but they did not give me valid answer. I request that please give me my total benefit of my 149 that is i want unlimited...

I am manoj from coimbatore using aircel postpaid number [protected]. Now due to my personal issues I want to convert my post paid number to prepaid, regarding it I asked customer care by dialing 198, they diverted me to go to neared aircel store for this migration.

I went to nearest store and they diverted me to aircel head office coimbatore, there after waiting for about 30 minutes I got response that this migration will be...

I have an aircel prepaid sim [protected] .I am in Jammu city.I activated the pocket internet pack of RS 9 which gave unlimited 3g data for 1 day.
But then it used to cut my automatically everyday .I used to take loan then but whenever I recharged 9rs were deducted every time. So please help me and deactivate it permanently.I have tried a lot since around 4-5 months
A lot of money is being wasted by recharging it every time....

For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under NDAIRPI2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found I'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by AIRCEL. just stop this. My no [protected]...

Not working local std pack of 197

My Aircel number is - [protected]

I have recharge with 197 rupees pack of 30000 local/std sec and 10000 local Aircel to Aircel pack on 4th december but from 8th december my balance is deducting and now my balance is 0. I have still 323 local std min and 146 min A2A validity 31 december but When I called any number it ends....

I have changed my sim the no of sim is[protected] and bought new duplicate sim from mobile shopkeeper which was purchased on dated[protected] but still not working & cusmer care number is not responding.please resolve my problem auterwise i have to go consumer court.

You just activate a vas service by calling from-[protected] & active astrological service also dedicated MY BALANCE -30.00/-.
And this no. ([protected]) continuously call my mobile.
so you chk the service & stop, and start dnd service in my mobile no.

SO i give you 24 hours for refund my balance, otherwise i complain in consumer forum.

Sir, a false balance deduction made today around 2pm, date[protected] on my no. [protected]. They deducted Rs47. I called the customer care of aircel and they clearly denied to return my balance by giving the reason that I activated a service but I didn't dialed any number from my number. This is clearly against law as they did this before also. Please kindly take action against this nonsense by the company and return my balance back...

I have recharged online on 18/11/2016 of exclusive friday offer with rs130.in it showed that it will give talk time of rs 140 but instead i got rs 110. I was not given what it was there on the website. Then i called customer care on 198. There also i were left disappointed. Then i called on no [protected] in which they said they can't resolve the issue coz the server is down. I'm really disappointed with the service....

Im using siegel postpaid for last few months.. They deducted 35rs for fun tv activation.. But i didn't activate any vas.. I have never ever subscribe the above said service but why did the company deduct a sum of rs.35 without my knowledge.. I have already told them to deactivate.. I had called to the customer care on 30th Nov 2016, regarding deactivation of 122 Pi 3G service.
My reference number is 1-[protected]. You may check. He assured me that he is deactivating from HIS end and the pack will deactivate after 2 hours on its own. Now, as the pack was auto renewal, Rs. 122 has been deducted from my account. I don't want that service, I want my money...
