I am using aircel sim at ghatkesar mandal kondapur village hyderabad...i used this by roaming symbol from many days it is for hyderabad but it has roaming. I dont mind about this. Now it has emergency calls only. This problem is not only for me, my friend also. We are staying together. Little far from us network is getting only ours areas is not get. Please do something for us. We are facing many problem due to this....

Please reactivate my number.
Iam currently in USA and my aircel sim was deactivated.
It is prepaid and please reactivate the same.

Following deductions are still not refunded:
26-aug-2016 to 12-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
13-dec-2016 to 13-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
15-dec-2016 — rs.30/month

The above deductions mentioned are made by activating vas without my permission. When tried to contact customer care, it gets disconnected when asked to contact senior customer executive.
They are just try to delay the refunds and...

My Aircel Prepaid mobile number is [protected]. My sim is stop working and someone is receiving my calls. Please block my. AIRCEL sim card as soon as possible..

How can some one use my number on other person phone?
How can I get my number back to me?
Whom should I contact?
If other person does any misuse who is responsible.

I have lost my phone no [protected] on 13 th january and immidiately i call customer care to lock my phone no for some days. then i replaced at nearby aircel centre and i have got a new sim, it is started on 2 nd january and also network is avaialable.but, no incoming or outgoing call happens via that new sim.i can not call 198 .what can i do?

I recharged sms pack for rupees 19 After recharge sms pack, they deducting amount again for every sms when I send, then what is the use of recharging such a service and you providing that service for money and again deducting rupees one for every sms after recharged on 04/01/2017, in that offer you have mentioned like 500 L/N SMS. No first SMS charging then why do you charging for every sms, it is looking like cheat the people....

I have received a fake phone call in my aircel number on January 3, 2017 at around 10:30 pm.
The call was probably computerized, it had a recorded dialogue of an abusive conversations between two people.
When i disconnected the call, it charged me Rs. 21 for about 5-7 seconds of call and the number got deleted from my phone by itself as soon i ended the call, it was probably a 8-9 digit number.

In my Bill information since i used less call but the amount is too high.No one giving clear response.Plz verify.My plan detail magic combo 299.The billing period 26/11/2016 to 25/12/2016.credit limit 1400 calls.I cannot bear the this high amount .please verify and tell.I used call charge 506+72+104.This is the first time i am having this large amount of 1207.This much amount is very high .Plz verify ....

How can the trai can barred my no. Outgoing calls and incoming calls.. When i further contact 121 they told to contact to nearby aircel xpress when i went there they told that the trai banned my number under marketing issue this is foolish please let it activated... When i went to aircel xpress they told to send an email to trai regarding to this problem... I have done as they told but i can't get reply from trai... Please activate it......

Today i recharged my number [protected] with 50rs. I got the balanced but after some time it only showing me only 7rs balance. I try to called customer service but as always they are not picking phones. So checked with the vas checking number for aircel 155223. I find out they activated vas service named
"voice blog monthly". And this kind of things always happens with aircel please solve this....

Its been a few days since my mother's phone is unable to receive any incoming calls. Whenever someone tries to call her, they get the response 'the number you are trying to reach is busy'.
She has been using this number since more than a decade. Kindly resolve.
The bumber belongs to Aircel North-East circle. Please provide an email id where I can send her mobile no for resolution.

I have activated oridecpi9 an auto renewal pocket internet of rs. 9 on this number [protected]. Now, for deactivating it i had tried many ussd codes and also called customer care. They had told me that they deactivated it but every night at 12:30-12:50 my amount is deducted. I had tried *121*902# also but no result. Please help me to deactivate it as soon as possible....

My mobile number is [protected] is a west- engal kolkata circle sim. On December 2016 i recharged with rs 409 recharge which gives 10 gb data balance for 28 days. now i am in kerala and i cannot connect to net though tata docomo, idea and vodafone is showing 3g network available but i cannot connect to net. After 1 day, I got call from aircel asking me problems, I told them Network unavailability, so slow speed of data that I can barely use 30 mb from alotted 500mb in postpaid of 225. Now I have notice that every odd dates one one new service will automatically activate and deduct the amount.
