Greetings from Mani kandan !!!

I have been using 2 Aircel sim for long time, Not as before now they are taking all my balance as for the value adding packages, but i have not yet subscribed any value added package,

Regarding this sim they had took Rs 99 last week, then again yesterday i had recharged Rs 70 & Rs 71 at yesterday afternoon.as as soon they had look all the balance for P-PLAY, & Games and my balance was Nill.

01/01/ 2017 i had recharged for RS 150 in 10 minities they had deducted Rs 99 for valued added pack. i had enquired the custom care then they had deducted Rs 99 for valued added pack.i had enquired the custom care then they had debited Rs 99 then again they had took Rs 45 & Rs 15 ect...as daily valued added pack and my balance was again nill.
but i have not yet subscribed any of these packages.

i was really unsatisfied with your customer care service.there is no proper response for my query. till now this problem continuous. no matter how much i recharge but even single penny is not left.

i cannot even call for emergency, before recharging there is no notification on the subscription of any value added packages.but after recharge every balance was taken off.

you have to shortlist all my problems and have to credit all my deducted balance,

you have to give me compensation for creating worries. i really fed ub with your services. if you did not correct this problem then i have change your service,

kindly requested to you, pls shutout this issue.

Dear sir,
i am disappoint to your service, because last 2 weeks we are facing so much of problem regarding this issue, totally you will deducted RS 150(approx) in my main balance & Loan Amount.but returned RS 73 only.
you have to give me compensation for creating worries. i really fed ub with your services.
if you did not correct this problem then i have change your service,

      Aircel provider do always this thing. It subscribe something from their side and deduct money from my balance. They are looting doing such thing, because they thing people will not take small things. When I talked to customer care person, He was saying that you have subscribed. When I told him, If I would have subscribed why I would have called you. I never subscribe those thing.
      Please take action against them.

Voice alert service got renewed in the account on 2nd Jan’17 and the same service got activated through an outbound call for which Rs.25 got debited. We would like to inform you that service was already deactivated on 6th Jan’17 and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver as the same got activated based on your consent.

          I am using aircel sim at ghatkesar mandal kondapur village hyderabad...i used this by roaming symbol from many days it is for hyderabad but it has roaming. I dont mind about this. Now it has emergency calls only. This problem is not only for me, my friend also. We are staying together. Little far from us network is getting only ours areas is not get. Please do something for us. We are facing many problem due to this.

              Following deductions are still not refunded:
              26-aug-2016 to 12-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
              13-dec-2016 to 13-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
              15-dec-2016 — rs.30/month

              The above deductions mentioned are made by activating vas without my permission. When tried to contact customer care, it gets disconnected when asked to contact senior customer executive.
              They are just try to delay the refunds and are making excuses of not proper details on it.
              Don't worry kids, I can give you all the #### proofs.
              Grow up kids. Try to deduct like men and talk like men (Not like #####).

                    I have lost my phone no [protected] on 13 th january and immidiately i call customer care to lock my phone no for some days. then i replaced at nearby aircel centre and i have got a new sim, it is started on 2 nd january and also network is avaialable.but, no incoming or outgoing call happens via that new sim.i can not call 198 .what can i do?
                    when i am calling the customer care no 198 from other aircel no, and if i tell them about my problem, then they are telling that you go to your nearest aircel centre and if i am going to my nearest aircel centre they are telling me that they can not do anything because i have told the customer care that my no has lost.
                    so, both of them are try to ignore me.
                    i can not call the 59059 no.if i call this no, they are telling that please check the number.
                    i can call only to 121.
                    so, please tell me that what will my next step to get the incoming and outgoing call?

                      I recharged sms pack for rupees 19 After recharge sms pack, they deducting amount again for every sms when I send, then what is the use of recharging such a service and you providing that service for money and again deducting rupees one for every sms after recharged on 04/01/2017, in that offer you have mentioned like 500 L/N SMS. No first SMS charging then why do you charging for every sms, it is looking like cheat the people.

                          I have received a fake phone call in my aircel number on January 3, 2017 at around 10:30 pm.
                          The call was probably computerized, it had a recorded dialogue of an abusive conversations between two people.
                          When i disconnected the call, it charged me Rs. 21 for about 5-7 seconds of call and the number got deleted from my phone by itself as soon i ended the call, it was probably a 8-9 digit number.

                          This is not the first time it happened, i've got an international call as well few months back which also costed me high amounts.Besides service calls from customer care keeps annoying sometimes in spite of starting 'DND'.Aircel in my opinion has the worst security service of all.Hope they look forwards to fix their issue asAp.

When i further contact 121 they told to contact to nearby aircel xpress when i went there they told that the trai banned my number under marketing issue this is foolish please let it activated... When i went to aircel xpress they told to send an email to trai regarding to this problem... I have done as they told but i can't get reply from trai... Please activate it...
