    i have used aircel past 8years. 1year before i have changed from prepaid to postpaid after that the bill amount is hug i accept iam using then only the bill amount came. now i want to change my postpaid to prepaid. i already gave request 6month before. but still no one take action. when i contact aircel office in erode ( where i gave my request ) aircel cell city they not give proper respect and also they are treat me bad way please take action immediately. i[censored] cant change i can move from ur network to other network i hope you give solution for this.

      As per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 35/- towards value added services activated on 22nd Jan 2017. However, we have already deactivated the services even the amount of Rs 35/- has been credited as talk time balance to your Aircel number [protected] as a goodwill gesture (dated: - 23rd Jan 2017). Further, we would like to update you that there is no additional deduction found on your number from 1st Jan 2017 till date. Moreover, we wish to confirm you that post recharging your number for Rs 50/- on 21st Jan 2017 you have made 10 calls, and the last call duration was 1714 sec (28.56minutes) which charged you Rs 34.28/- as you have latched on to Reliance Network (in Mumbai circle places where we do not have our network in those areas we have tied up with Reliance due to which you are getting “R” signal). Additionally, we request you to recharge your Aircel account with talk time balance and select network manually to Aircel to enjoy uninterrupted services.

        With due respect I would like to state that I have bought a new sim of aircel 4 months back. I have used it for some time at that time and after that I havenot used it and now, after 4 months, when I recharged my delhi aircel no [protected], they have barred the incoming and outgoing and when I talked to the customer care, I requested them either to refund my money or repair it and they said that they have done it by mistake and will repair it in 2 days. But now 04 days have passed, but nothing has been done till now.
        Please do something in this regard.

            I have sent a mail regarding my name change on 12/08/2016. Finally i got a mail on 29/12/2016. That they have mentioned my name can be done on 22/12/2016. Again i have received bill with the same error. Then what They

                      This is to inform you that since last few days I was not getting any calls on my Aircel number ([protected]). Today I noticed this and to check I called my own number ([protected]) from my father's phone and heard that "the incoming call facility to this number is not available". This is really surprising and disgusting too. Can you please tell me what is the exact reason/s for this?

                      Without making any delays, I called the customer care and the customer care executive who received my call was not ready to share any information. On my repeated requests he suggested me to inquire at the Aircel Store.

                      I want this problem to be solved as early as possible, otherwise I would not have any other options but to surrender this number or to port to another service provider.
