I am even unable to customer care centre. While trying to contact to customer care i get connected to vodafone network

    From last couple of days rs. 2/- has been deducted from my prepaid account of the service which i never heard of or subscribed. I felt disgusted and cheated
    When i came to know that a number of customers have already been complaining of this ndairpi2 fraud by aircel from past couple of months on this website (Consumer complaints), and even after that, this malpractice is still prevalent by aircel. Now, what i want from aircel is to give my money back and stop fooling us. Also, i am looking forward to port from irritating aircel service to a better network.

      Im using siegel postpaid for last few months.. They deducted 35rs for fun tv activation.. But i didn't activate any vas.. I have never ever subscribe the above said service but why did the company deduct a sum of rs.35 without my knowledge.. I have already told them to deactivate..         I had called to the customer care on 30th Nov 2016, regarding deactivation of 122 Pi 3G service.
        My reference number is 1-[protected]. You may check. He assured me that he is deactivating from HIS end and the pack will deactivate after 2 hours on its own. Now, as the pack was auto renewal, Rs. 122 has been deducted from my account. I don't want that service, I want my money right away. Please do the needful.

          Hi,
          My name is Rakesh Sahu, and the mobile no is [protected]. i have a aircel network since 2014.

          most of times, when i recharge my mobile aircel deduct balance from recharge balance and activate the unusal services. i also requested DND service but aircel activate unusal services without my permission. when i go for customer care they didn't respond well.

          yesterday, i recharge my mobile no [protected] with 50 rs, aircel deduct 35.00 rs in the name of renew of dialor tone, and other 2rs deducted and 1rs also deducted in the name of other services .
          i call customer care two times but they didn't reply well, not register my complain .

          Please provide me following solution
          1. activate dnd on this number i don't want any call any other services on my aircel number in future
          2. refund my balance..

How to avoid these offers and get the ring tone directly. This frustrates me and also when there is medical urgency we feel extremely pressurized.                   This is naresh working in media side. Am from trichy and am using aircel sim [protected] for last five years. Due to worst response frm ur customer care dept in trichy i changed my aircel postpaid to prepaid. Now my sim registration has failed two weeks before. I went to aircel office located in trichy salai road and bought new sim and submitted my proof and photo. But yesterday morning my outgoing calls have been barred. I called to customer care and enquired they said my outgoing calls has been blocked by trichy aircel showroom. I went to showroom today morning which is 34 kilometrs away frm my residence. They simply said the appropriate person who can handle this prblm will come aftrnoon shift.
                  Is this a proper answer?
                  So you dont have sufficient skilled labour.
                  Do we knw ur employee will come in noon shift? And i asked for a communication number since i have to go 34 kmtrs away and should retrn back. A girl such a arrogant staff she just replied we dnt have any number. And she replied by seeing the monitor nt even answering to me. Does u guys knw wat is the meaning of customer relationship. Are they well trained for the position. Am going to compliant in any form where i need a proper answer. As a media reporter am facing this type of difficulty then what will be the response for a public who doesnt have knwledge abt sim and networks.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I'm currently using 199 aircel postpaid plan. I have been charged rs.434 for the november month usage (Bill cycle:-20th oct to 19th nov) which consumes unused surplus charges. I have inquired with the customer care personnel, as of 1st inquiry dated nov last week no remedy was processed despite of my concern. I again inquired and registered a complaint and got information as despite of my plan usage i have used an additional approximate rs 6 charges i. E., nearly 230 around (With tax) as bill charges in total. Aircel csr/personnel informed me as surplus amount was due to vas charges. I didn't use any such facility and happen to send a stop message to interrupt vas service in future to 155223 but i did receive a message as "you are not subscribed to any vas service.". For the third time when i inquired aircel csr/personnel i received a response as it's due to net usage. Meanwhile response for the complaint registered on 28th nov came at 30th nov with identical response having experienced no resolution. I happen to use basic handset and no such responses matching the surplus bill charges.

                    My next bill deadline is 6th dec, i request aircel csr/personnel to provide a proper ethical solution and re bill my nov month bill charges ethically (As of my usage rs. 230 around) to continue the service.

                      I recharged my aircel mobile no. With a rate cutter pack of rs.199 on 14/11/16 and got a confirmation sms after recharging from aircel providing me the detailed benefits of the rate cutter (2 lakh secs local aircel to aircel between 10 pm-5 pm, 10p/min call rate from 5 pm -10 pm for 28 days+199 mb 2g data for 5 days). But i didn't get some of the benefits in fact i was charged quite some money from my main account balance for data recharge and calling. On contacting the customer care they informed that the offer has changed on the same day and i got the benefits of the new offer but i was not informed that in any way. Now i must not be responsible for their fault that they couldn't send an updated sms containing information of the new benefits and i lost around rs.65 from my mobile account for no fault of mine. Aircel clearly declared they would not refund any charge. I need this event to be properly taken care of.

                        I am sorry to say i am very disappointed with the customer care help line service of aircel they are not providing any resolution and with out any resolution they disconected the call i am not satisfied with the service so lastely i disconected my number [protected] i have to no option to disconect the number . my complant was regarding vas services which i not activated but when i call to help line they told me you have one vas service activated i told the representative to transfer my call to senior but he disconected my call and also deactivated my vas service with out my consent then i repeatedly call to helpline about the deactivated vas with out my consent they always tell me we will first listen the call then we will refund your money but i am sorry to say they not give me any resolution and alsp they behave reduly with me

                              Good evening. 4 months back I lost my mobile with my prepaid aircel SIM card in it. When I reached aircel store to get the same number, they said only post paid SIM cards are available and they can provide me my same number only in post paid plan. (I know they are using my situation). They provided me my old number[protected] in post paid plan. The aircel store executive asked me to come back after 3 months so that she can migrate from post paid to prepaid. I waited patiently for 3 months and went to aircel store. My headache started from the day I submitted the request form for postpaid to prepaid migration. On 11/11/2016, I submitted the request form and aadhar card Xerox to aircel store senthil nagar near retteri Chennai. The aircel care executive said as it will take 15 days to convert from post paid to prepaid and we cannot tell exact date of migration. She also told me that within 15 days on one day your outgoing will be blocked and then your incoming will be blocked and then one night signal will be cut off in your mobile, then you can understand as you have been migrated from postpaid. her reply was vague and they were not able to tell the exact date. Now Iam waiting for the past 18 days and I am not able to get exact status about my request, when I call customer care 121, they are not able to tell the exact status. They are requesting to go directly to aircel store where I submitted the forms to know the status. It seems we cannot get the status in any other aircel store, they are advising to go only to the store where we submitted our forms. If we go to Aircel store senthil nagar, near retteri Chennai they are taking 30 to 45 mins for completing a customer request. They are very slow.

                              As of now Iam struggling to know the exact status. Iam not sure when they will migrate my plan from post paid to prepaid. when ever I go to aircel store, senthil nagar near retteri Chennai, I can see around 10 to 15 customers waiting in queue and mostly arguing with the aircel store executives for the pathetic service they are providing. They are very slow and not providing the correct updates for customers. I am planning to better close my Aircel sim card instead of requesting them to migrate from post paid to prepaid. There are many good service providers who value their customers. Aircel please wakeup, In this competitive world if you don't provide good service to your customers, your competitors will provide better service than you and take your valuable customers.

                                Hi this is Debojyoti and I am using an aircel number [protected] for last 6 years. Suddenly the number got suspended and after that I called customer care and they told me to reach out to aircel store near to me. The aircel story lady told me as the sim card is suspended so I only have to convert it to a postpaid sim card if I want to have this number. But I was happy with prepaid service of aircel and also I used to have this number as my permanent number. I am really feeling bad based on what my number got suspended without letting me know about it? This is really a worst experience from aircel. I want this issue to be resolved asap.

                                      I'm aircel postpaid customer for more than one year. But now i cant with your network. Because i face more problems with your network. Still there is no issue with your network. Problem is your service only.

                                      I face and complaint customer care more times but still i havent solution.

                                      Company standardisation makes plan change for me. Its not good for me.
                                      I spend lot of money for same plan usage.

                                      I never have service near show rooms.

                                      I bought sim in tirupur (Raksha enterprises)
                                      I vacate from tirupur to kumbakonam, but if i face any problems i cant resolve it from near branches. If i change my plan local store said you can change plans only your home branch.
                                      If i seperate from cug also goto tirupur. If i change to other network its also goto tirupur. Then what i do with your branch...??? Its only bill payments is possible at any branch... Service is not able to provide all branches???

                                      I totally disappoint with your poor service. Finally i goto tirupur for your silly irritative service... But i cant find you told that (Raksha enterprises) branch. This is no more available.

                                      What kind of service you provide.

                                      I face this problem more than three months.

                                      Finally i got their number and i provide proof and my photo also.

                                      Customer care persons take actions of my port request they promise to change prepaid request. But still not happen. I cannot pay anymore bills for this number. I never use this number for calls and msg internet anymore.

                                      I need give a docket number to change my number to prepaid or port to other network.

                                      If not i raise complaint for legally for my inconvenience.
                                      I raise my complaints with following issue...

                                      1. To join cug group without my knowledge (You people sale only tell them truth. Not cheat)
                                      2. You're hide your tariff and billing method. Its make huge cheat to my free usage.)
                                      3. Poor service for change to other network or prepaid is delay without any reason.
                                      4. Feel irritate to use your network for last three months.
                                      5. Mentally face more problems with use of other number to make calls.
                                      6. This is my personal number but i cant use because of your poor service.
                                      7. I need grievance and financial compensation for your service.

                                      I want my number is mine. With no more explanations regards this.

                                        When the sales person called, he offered different plans and when plan was actually activated it was different.
                                        Even after number of complaints, no action was taken.
                                        They even promised about 4g in aircel in my circle.

                                        There is no 4g service available.

                                        This is the worst and worst after sales service. They do not even pick up the call easily.
                                        What they promise is just fake promises.

                                        Connectivity is very very poor and calls drop in between daily number of times.
