Aircel — Couldn't stop auto renewal
I subscribed for aircel 3G internet packs for a day (Rs.8) .Now it is getting auto renewed. I wanted 3G internet only for few days and hence i subscribed for it. Now if I try to deactivate autorenewal I couldn't do it. I tried calling 121 but the customer care executive does not speak. Now it had deducted all my 100 rupees balance and I couldn't recharge. The service to customers is worst.All nonsense and [censored] abt this company.No any good customer service.
Refund my bal orelse port to other network.

We have checked the account and found that you have activated pocket internet Rs.9 pack through the USSD mode on 3rd Dec’16 for which Rs.9 is being deducted daily which provides 30 MB 3G/2G limited data and post usage data will be charged at 10ps/10kb valid for one day. We would like to inform you that pack was already http://www.consumercomplaints.in/aircel-unable-to-deactivate-data-pack-c1449031#deactivated based on your consent on 18th Dec’16 and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to pass any waiver in this regard.

    This is amaresh i made a request post-prepaid migration num:[protected] on 14 nov 2016 at perungudi omr aircel show room sim successfully changed to prepaid on 3dec2016 same day visited perungudi aircel showroom and they collected 150rs and made a recharge my num after and they promised me to sim will be activate next 30 minutes i waited 2days and contacted 59059 also they telling details not update ask to visit showroom again i visited the cc representative telling we allready proceed we don't know when the dtls will update, again i visited 15th dec one more time they said due to server issue we can't help and they told to visit spencer plaza aircel relationship center ground flood i visited there also they told that next 24hours sim will active but as of now verification center ppl telling details updation not done they telling visit again aircel showroom, really i fedup with aircel service pls help me to activate my number i don't have alt number also pls reach my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
    And also i send a mail regarding this issue the req num;1-[protected] but still i didn't get response for resolution mail date 8th dec 2016

      Dear aircel team,

      I received an automated advertisement aircel music call from [protected] today (16.12.2016) which i received and then disconnected noticing that it was only an advertisement call without making any selections.

      Later i got a mesage today that dialler tune subscription was activated for rs 30 and dialler tune charges of rs 15 was deducted, so rs 45 in total was deducted.
      And all this without my consent or i requesting for it!!

      I raised an issue with customer care (1-[protected]). Now i received an sms mentioning that dialler tune has been deactivated.

      However balance has still not been refunded till now.
      I would request you to please look into this and also refund my balance of rs 45.

      Being a long time aircel customer, i hope that i am not cheated of my money and expect to continue with aircel in the future.

      Hence requesting you to look into the matter and provide refund of rs 45.

        Following deductions are still not refunded:
        26-aug-2016 to 12-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
        13-dec-2016 to 13-dec-2016 — rs.9/day
        15-dec-2016 — rs.30/month

        The above deductions mentioned are made by activating vas without my permission. When tried to contact customer care, it gets disconnected when asked to contact senior customer executive.
        Grow up kids. Try to deduct like men and talk like men (Not like b).

        Disconnected my call again when asked to contact his Senior.
        The excuse given by them is they don't have that old record. I can give them the record if thats the issue. I got all the messages from the company.

        I got only around Rs.80 out of the Rs.700-Rs.800.

          I have received calls from aircel number[protected] twice today ie on 16th december and when i received the call, he spoke some thing in local language (Kannada). The same person has called me thrice from other numbers[protected]Yesterday) and then[protected] in this one week. These are unsolicited calls. Appreciate an action on this.

          My phone number is on 'dnd' and that is the concern.

          Just to add, after posting this complaint i had got three more calls from the same number and when i did not respond, he called from different phone number [protected]. When i asked him the reasons for calling multiple times, he did not respond and kept the phone.

              Despite being on rate cutter and not a frequent user of mobile data, i have lost my account balance completely and my internet services stand deactivated mysteriously, as on dec 15, 2016.

              I demand a refund of the amount 74.86 inr that was deducted from my account and restore the remaining data for my aircel number [protected], which was recharged with 98 inr rate cutter for mobile internet on dec 4, 2016.

              Kindly attend to my complaint with top priority, failing which i will be forced to opt for an alternate service provider. Restore my faith in aircel by working promptly.

                This is not a first time all the time bill amount must be increased due to some extra functoin note this and chek my bill.

                  I received a fake call thrice till now. I tried to call back and in10 seconds 100 rupees were deducted in my account. I tried to reach customer care ten times till now and they are disconnecting my call and no proper service. Worst customer service very much disappointed.                             My father took a connection in Aircel around 2009. As Aircel was providing postpaid only to corporates, it was taken in the name of an travels company at that time.

                            But now the company doesn't exists. And i couldn't do any changes to my number like changing plan or changing billing address.

                            Kindly let me know how to proceed and change the billing address and change the connection from corporate to my individual name.

                            I have approached many of your outlets but no help was done. At least for an valuable customer of Aircel for more than 8 years..

                              I received an SMS from DT-AIRCEL, on 14/12/2016 at 02:15:17 pm, that my account was debited by Rs 29 due to subscription to Dialer tune facility, but
                              I have not made any such request, neither verbally over the line or through text. Is this a common practice of this company to deduct account balance like this. This is a serious incident of fraud, I want a resolution at the earliest.

                                Earlier only messaging was not happening and i talked to customer car service yesterday but now from yesterday outgoing call and incoming call are also not happening.
