Despite being on rate cutter and not a frequent user of mobile data, i have lost my account balance completely and my internet services stand deactivated mysteriously, as on dec 15, 2016.
I demand a refund of the amount 74.86 inr that was deducted from my account and restore the remaining data for my aircel number [protected], which was recharged with 98 inr rate cutter for mobile internet on dec 4, 2016.
Kindly attend to my complaint with top priority, failing which i will be forced to opt for an alternate service provider. Restore my faith in aircel by working promptly.
