O 13th Nov 2016, when I checked my mobile balance, It was reached to 0.00, though 12th Nov I saw before going to sleep it was around 12.00 rupees. When I called to their customer care, they're repeatedly saying that there was no update to their system, call us after 24 hours. Now if I call them after 24 hour, they will say "24 hours have been passed, so no. Refund is possible". This way they cheat with many people. This thing happened with me before also, but now I am writing this complaint. Tell me what should be my next step???

Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Prosenjit_mitra,
As per system, your balance got deducted Rs.1.90(not Rs.12.00) for making outgoing call to this (sample number:-90073#####, 73847#####, 95632#####) from[protected] at 12:19 to[protected] at 12:26, before balance Rs.10.02 and after balance Rs.8.12. So charging found correct & you are not eligible for waiver.
