      Nearly two months ago i lost my aircel sim. I went to the aircel office at redhills, hyderabad, to take a new sim with same phone number. I filled in the form and paid rs.100 and got a new activated sim. I could receive calls after 15 minutes. But i could'nt make outgoind calls. When i do so, it says "telephone charge over due.". My number is prepaid so there is no chance of not paying bills. Even after that i made a rs.100 recharge but it was of no use. Please respond to my complaint asap.

            Im poornima, i have Called customer care from Nov 13th.I received offer msg i.e Rc16=Rs.16+Low localtariff. Recharge Now with Rs.16 & get TT Rs.16 & enjoy Aircel (Loc+STD) 25p/min, other mobiles(Loc+STD) 30p/min for 30 days. I Recharge @ 13th Nov, yet i didnt get My talktime. Customer care executives Not talking with respective manner. Really WORST service and bad response. My number [protected]. I need My talktime and should train customer care executives in proper guidance.

            I am having two Aircel prepaid number we i am getting continuous call from your recorded calls about songs, offers etc. Can you please stop those calls and all the service s enabled since if recharge for 30 rupees services gets automatically activated.it has become really a headache.

                I have a very bad experience with aircel, one day i received a call from aircel team for postpaid connection & they have offered me rs.225 plan...in that they told me that they will provide less call rate facility & 1gb 3g net fee..& they have taken rs.250 advance & told me they will adjust in coming bill.
                But after 7-8 days i have received a call from another aircel executive they told me that this is a welcome call & explained me the plan details which is totally different from the previous one.
                This is the way they are selling there postpaid connection to the people.

                  I did not activate any service on my number and i receive a message saying "thank you for activating the service". So i would request you to please look into it and restore my balance.
                  For the past, 2 rupees per day is getting deducted from my balance under ndairpi2. I didn't activate it and checked under 155223 and found i'm not subscribed to any pack. Not able to deactivate by sending stop to 155223. Not able to get in touch with any customer care executive. This is pathetic service and cheating by aircel. Just stop this. My no. [protected].

                        My aircel number [protected] has been locked as it has not been used for 3 months.
                        I was unable to use this aircel number in Mumbai as the network for aircel is not available in the locality. Hence the number got locked. But it is extremely important to me to retrieve it as the number is provided for all important communications with me.
                        I contacted the aircel xpress stores for the solution. But they are telling that I need to pay Rs 1500 to retrieve the number. I know that this should not be the case.

                        Kindly look into the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible as I am facing a lot of issues for the unavailability of the number.

When I called to their customer care, they're repeatedly saying that there was no update to their system, call us after 24 hours. Now if I call them after 24 hour, they will say "24 hours have been passed, so no. Refund is possible". This way they cheat with many people. This thing happened with me before also, but now I am writing this complaint. Tell me what should be my next step???

                          I recharged my aircel number [protected] with Rs 135 for which i was supposed to receive balance of Rs 150 but it was transfrd to some promo balance and not the main balance. Please correct this and transfer the amount to main balance i dont need any promo balance. If it cannot be transferred than it is pure cheating customer.

                                I had requested postpaid to prepaid migration on 21 Oct and I had visited Aircel showroom two time for creating a migration request, submitting the documents, and pay bill for 15 days and executive told that within 15 days, your postpaid connection migrated to prepaid but still that's not happened.
                                I did a call to 198 for inquiring about the status of migration request and I didn't get proper response and they told that I have to visit Aircel showroom again where I have submitted the request. Actually I don't want to spent one more day with Aircel showroom. Please help me to close the connection.

                                    They are subscribing my number to some offers by themselves, and deducting money from my account. I haven't subscribed any of those but still they are deducting money frequently in the name of new new subscriptions. Worst behavior by a Network .                                         Hello... a few days back, I received a message confirming that Dialer Tune service has been activated at 19 for 19 days and 5 rupees has been deducted as per the song choice.
                                        Firstly, I didn't send any request to activate any kind of service.
                                        Secondly, The song choice for which another 5 rupees have been deducted was not requested by me.
                                        Thirdly, I need no such service on my number.
                                        Due to the deduction I have no balance left on the main account.I am unable to make calls .
                                        On the facebook page for Aircel India, I had made a complaint. The post was not heeded. May be they could not decipher what I meant to say.
                                        [protected] is the number and the date of activation is November 7.
                                        Refund the entire amount i.e. 19+5=24 rupees.
