Dear sir

My self "vaibhav sharma" and my number is "[protected]" from delhi circle.
I did not expect from your aircell organisation. that is my worst experience from your organisation.
In last month 13 oct 2016, i have seen your website (http://www.aircel.com/) and select 'rate cutter' for 'prepaid' number in 'delhi circle'. it was shown "72.0 inr" recharge valid for "90 days' with std call rate "40 paisa/minute". after that i have recharge from local shop/agent. actually i have used this plan from last 9-12 month.
So after receiving the confirmation message of "72 recharge", my plan is activated for 28 days std call rates for "25 paise/minute". but your website shown the 72.0 inr" recharge valid for "90 days' with std call rate "40 paisa/minute".
After that i have contact to your customer support on '121' in mid day of 13 oct. 2016. your executive transfer my call to her seniors. that person check website and says that 'sorry sir, our plan is change in 7 oct, but not change in the website"'. and they was forward the compliant/request to his seniors.
And provide me the compliant/request number: 1-[protected]

L rate "40 paisa/minute". after 2 days (15 oct 2016 at 4:33 pm ist). i have received a call from your office. a lady executive says that "sir, i am priya calling from aircell backoffice". and discuss the issue and check on the website when i have on the line. and says that, i will call back soon with discuss with the some seniors.
After this discussion, i have get one another call(+91-[protected]) on days almost 46 minutes later (15 oct 2016 at 5:14 pm ist). in this call your executive priya says "sir, sorry for inconvenience, your 25 paisa/minute scheme is upgrade for 180 days". after this i ask one more time to confirm about the days, and she says "180 days sir". and then call is disconnected.
I have both the call recordings of your executive.

After 28 days later, my plan is stop down last night. and today morning i talk to your support center and your senior executive mr. deepak says you are contact to our backoffice team.
So, i don't expect from your side. you are not lie about the issues, and completely fool to the customers.
You are not know the value of the your service and customer time.

So please contract/call me as soon as possible.

    I have been activated on apdecp19 auto renewal pack.I had tried many ways to deactivate the pack but it hasn't.I have also informed it to the customer care but there wasn't any response.I have been charged rs 10 every night between 12am-2am.Please deactive it asa fast as possible.My number [protected].I am very irritated of it.I loose rs10 of no use.So please deactivate the pack

      I have sent an sms 'PORT xxxxxxxxxx (my mobile no) to 1900' 3 times already on 6th november 2016, but havent got the UPC code yet. When i called to ur customer service, 1st they said they haven't got any sms at all, after re checking they told they recieved the porting request but not any confirmation from TRAI. And i have to wait till 7 days to get the code, if such is the case why am i seeing reports through online that clearly tells "UPC code will be instantly delivered after sending the port request".

      Aircel never delivered my monthly bill to my primisis I am unable to access my bill from email now aircel banned my outgoing calls I complain many times but nobody hear me. Executives also senior says "mat bharo bill me kya Kar sakta hu"my m no. [protected] Delhi.

        Taking time to convert from postpaid to prepaid. Unnecessarily they are making us to pay daily rental. No one provide proper support. When we reach our nearby showroom they are simply telling as server down. They are making me feel depressed. No proper response even from appellate desk. They are treating me like a dog. Someone please take action against this.

          Hi team,

          I had called 198 last week to cancel all the services that are subscribed to, also I sent an SMS at 59301 as request, I got a reply as no offer exists n services deactivated, but today 2 of the services got auto renewed without any notification and my balance of 33 was deducted.
          I need my balance back and the services deactivated forever.

            I have subscribed to aircel pi 9 pack some days back. As there are no options for deactivation and nothing shown like auto renewal, I did not notice that my main balance is deducting. As I noticed(nearly about 1 month after deducting nearly about Rs. 300), I called the customer care, but of no use. They are unable to help. As far s the company, they are cheating the people. Without my consent how the company can auto-renew my internet pack or anything else. This is very disgusting. I want my money back as soon as possible, and also the pack to stop auto-renewing. Or I will go to the furthest to solve it.

                My aircel sim is showing a message "sim registration failed" so please activate my number as early as possible...not only my aircel sim some of my friends are also facing same problem .. some time it shows that only emergency calls only . so please reslove the issue as possible as can because according to TRAI any sim can be blocked only after 90 days of its used...

                  Sir i have recharged with Rs. 110/- my aircel No. but it did not recharged. In this regard I made complaint on 04/11/2016 giving my alternate No. [protected]. A person calling me from Ph. No. [protected] on the same date telling for refunding amount of recharged amount of Rs. 110/- and asking for ATM Card No. I refused him to provide the ATM Card No. I was agree to provide bank a/c No. for refund. But he was refused. And from then no any response is given by the Aircel Company. It is harassment of consumer. So. please resolve the matter.

                    I am using aircel number [protected] i am not at all geting proper network daily bases new issues i am getting, Some times messages will not go. Some time unable to dial outgoing calls . many people says when ever they call me it say not reachable 60% network shows emergency call only we cant able to daily customer care only in IVR it will be saying all customers executive are busy any time if we call its says same . no proper service its relay waste o[censored]sing .. I request consumer court to take an action and close the Aircel company or Put and Fine according to market value. and also make sure that the aircel customers executive are placing the customer in Hold instead of mute or receiver in side . in case if we speak in hard manner then customers executive are calling us from their personal number and using slang languages . either government take action or leave on public will make that company to closed

                              Post system validation there is no balance deduction of Rs.75/- recorded in the system found against the number [protected]. The last deduction was Rs 2 for TECHTEXT service from techzone on 02-Nov-16 at 14:28 which is a one-time chargeable downloading content downloaded through WAP which does not require deactivation. No other VAS active found against the number. Hence refund not possible. Kindly dial 155223 or send SMS as STOP to 155223 (toll-free) for VAS deactivation.

                                      I had recharge my aircel number of rs 108 on 21 Oct 2016 from freecharge.in but my money was deducted from my bank but transaction was cancelled by the aircel because the recharge amount was not valid . As per freecharge my transaction was successful that's why did not receive my money if the network operator cancel the transaction from there end the money will be refunded with in 48 hours but now it's already being 15 days but I did not receive my money. Both the companies blaming each other.

                                        See the below trails. Its evident that either blinds work at Aircel or they are bluntly fooling customers. Basis my complaint they first asked me to share the SMS i received where it confirmed validity for 30 days. But when shared they started copy-paste their reply.
                                        Even surprisingly (??) their appalet authority never responds even if you ask reply from them separately. No contact details of their senior management is available in grievance link.
                                        Very Very poor level of customer service, not sure how they are still in business !!

                                        I want strict actions to be taken for this complaint.

                                        I trusted you guys... but you have forced me to write this mail again by breaching the
                                        trust... Let me put it pointwise for both of our ease:

                                        1) You argued through your last mails that post my recharge of INR 393/- for 3G pack; I
                                        was given 4.8 GB for 28 days and not as per the SMS which I claimed to have received

                                        consumption of only 3.09 GB data, my account balance was deducted on 23 Sep (seems 28th day);
                                        which actually meant that I have consumed the entire data before the last date. As a result
                                        INR 30-40 (approx) was deducted. And I was left without any balance/data and my phone useless.
                                        3) I didn’t have any other choice to again do a recharge to keep my phone active and
                                        continue with the calls, as my 2years son and wife were staying away from me for couple of
                                        days.

                                        I don’t know if you guys will have the WILL to understand that above mess you all have created
                                        !!! Really doubt how customer centric is your approach. At the juncture where all the
                                        telecom companies are struggling hard to stay in the market, i really felt that this feedback
                                        should go to your MD/CEO’s office.

                                        Now I want a quick resolution to the issues as mentioned below –

                                        a) I need my remaining (1.80 GB approx) 3G data to be credited asap. Validity should be
                                        increased obviously.
                                        b) Need the balance (INR 40/- talktime) which was deducted, even after I had sufficient
                                        data balance.
                                        c) I want an apology letter for the entire mess with the reason behind it.
                                        d) Given the above I deserve compensation for the harassment and mental stress. Leave it
                                        to you and HOPE it would be justified.

                                        We would like to inform you that based on system validation we have found that INR 35.46 has been deducted from your main account on[protected] for accessing GPRS in 3G network post expiry of INR 393 data pack on[protected] at 23.59.59 hours, you started surfing[protected] at 10:31:41 PM and continued internet surfing post 23:59:59, hence balance got deducted from main account.

                                        We would also like to inform you that the above mentioned amount has been deducted from your Aircel account for accessing GPRS in 3G network @15paisa/10kb and INR 393 data pack has already been expired on[protected] at 23:59:59. We regret to inform you that, we are unable to process reversal for the deducted amount as the charges levied to your account are found to be correct.
