I m subramanian ([protected]) from erode, tamilnadu. I m a aircel user since 1999. I have applied for aircel postpaid to prepaid migration many times for last two years. No response has been obtained. I m a user for more than 17 years and these types of processes fed me up. These activites of aircel will make me to deactivate the number.

Aircel is intersted in saving tigers but not the customers.

    They don't fulfill his service and promises.
    some time internet speed good as 700kps to 1mbps but sometimes its 10 to 20 kbps.

    I am using the Air-cel SIM [protected].

    I am using after a long back. So i have recharged. The recharge is done.

    But, I could not make a out going call. But i will receive the Incoming calls.

    If i called, I receive the Voice command " U are not allowed to call this number "

      Some NDAIRPI2 is automatically getting renewed everyday and till now 54 rs has been deducted due to this.
      I have checked and there is no VAS service required.
      i have already messaged STOP to 155332 and it shows no service enabled.
      Everyday there is a msg telling me that the service is renewed.

        A call came from aircel company, 1 day back a person was taking to me he told something and without taking my opinion he activated ndairpi2 service, this service is deducting 2 rupees everyday i want this service to get deactivated and my money back too. I want this problem to get solved as soon as possible and aircel to take action regarding this.

            This is the 3rd time I am complaining. These Aircel people suck. Actually, I tried to contact them like 20 TIMES now, from various media but they don't respond, this works best. I am tired of complaining now and shall proceed to the nearest store henceforth and create a scene which I truly don't care about. Service of 6 months free calling AIRCEL-AIRCEL provided only for a month. Then deactivated. Balance was cut while making calls AIRCEL-AIRCEL. Nonsense. PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE I HAVE PAID FOR, ON BOTH MY NUMBERS [protected] & [protected] !!!

              I have not subscribed for any vas subscription services but i received a message from aircel that "your beauty world at rs.35.0 is renewed for 7 days..." since i did not do that i immediately contacted customer care, they said that they will stop the service immediately & i asked whether they will add this amount in my bill, they said they will not add it & also they said if the amount is added to your bill you can register a complaint so i again registered a complaint by calling customer care. But the amount was still added on my bill so i contacted the customer care through chat. They haven't resolved the issue instead they are blaming me that i have activated the service. I am disappointed with aircel service & now i'm filing this complaint so that i can pay only what i consumed.

                  The number[protected] is calling repeatedly even during late nights.
                  The person doesn't speak anything when called back but keeps sending text messages in a bad language. The number is disturbing for more than 2 days even after blocking the number the calls keep coming.

                    I paid the bill before due date...outgoing facility s barred.. I called to customer service 100 times all r telling it's in active.. And suggested to restart the phone.. Til now it's not working.. Kindly check n solve my issue.
                    After some time they are telling tat we received an disconnection request..

                    But u disconnected my current account.. Before disconnecting won't u even call and confirm..
                    1. Is it right to disconnect the number which I gave to contact me..

                          I have been continuously trying to change my plan from Post paid to Pre paid. Every time it is just an eye wash process and you continue with sending monthly bills with all taxes.

                          On 13th Sep, 2016, I submitted my Proof of Id and address proof and photograph and completed the forms, paid my final bill also paid 100 rupees extra to cover the charge in case if i make some extra calls during the waiting period. The customer executive in Chinnamalai showroom, Chennai confirmed that after 5 working days i need to call some number and give few details. But when i called, agent asked again to come to showroom and it is not been converted.

                          Again and again alll my time, effort and money has been wasted and you have again sent bill of 150 rupees for a number which is not active since i submitted the forms cleared the bill. This is not the first time i have faced this issue, i have been trying to to do this process since two years but very unhappy and diasspointed when everytime it is not happening and i am fooled by your crap process.

                          I want you to either change my number to Pre paid or please cancel your excellent service and connection for the Aircel number and surrendering it to you back to fool other customer like me.

                          Also now don't reply me to come to your show room with the documents again as i have better things to do.

                          sort this out immediately.

                            Despite of my being one of the oldest customer ie from RPG times no consideration show for service complaints. I have suffering from call drop problem and no net work problem for last 18 months are even more. I have registered several complaints with Aircel till now nothing has been done about it. They do not have any consideration for any customer suffering weather senior, CUG or any one, they are prompt and strict only with regard to collecting their dues.

                                    We would like to inform that as per CDR, balance got deducted Rs.1.80 (Before balance Rs.1.94 and After balance Rs.0.14) for using GPRS in 3G connectivity (usage 2.7627 MB & default browsing charges 10kb/15p) from 10/4/2016 at 10:42:43 PM to 10/5/2016 at 12:04:15 AM. Surfing started on your umber on 10/4/2016 at 10:42:43 PM and continued internet surfing post 23:59:59 and 1.5GB 2G data validity for 7 nights offer expired on[protected], that's why balance got deducted from main account as per 15p/10kb. So charging found correct & not eligible for waiver.

                                      On my constantly persuing them, all they do is buy a little more time.

                                      Matter brought in concern to 198. On being unresolved i approached the appelate.
