I have been continuously trying to change my plan from Post paid to Pre paid. Every time it is just an eye wash process and you continue with sending monthly bills with all taxes.
On 13th Sep, 2016, I submitted my Proof of Id and address proof and photograph and completed the forms, paid my final bill also paid 100 rupees extra to cover the charge in case if i make some extra calls during the waiting period. The customer executive in Chinnamalai showroom, Chennai confirmed that after 5 working days i need to call some number and give few details. But when i called, agent asked again to come to showroom and it is not been converted.
Again and again alll my time, effort and money has been wasted and you have again sent bill of 150 rupees for a number which is not active since i submitted the forms cleared the bill. This is not the first time i have faced this issue, i have been trying to to do this process since two years but very unhappy and diasspointed when everytime it is not happening and i am fooled by your crap process.
I want you to either change my number to Pre paid or please cancel your excellent service and connection for the Aircel number and surrendering it to you back to fool other customer like me.
Also now don't reply me to come to your show room with the documents again as i have better things to do.
sort this out immediately.
