I sent my mobile for repair after taking the aircraft sim out. After 2 days i re-inserted the sim into the mobile and getting error message "invalid sim". Changed slot, handset but of no avail. Please do the needful.

    I had been using the Aircel SIM for 4 years. As I did not had identity as of residence in hyderabad before I recently registered my details at the Aircel office 3 times because of the repititive notifications.

    From last few months I am experiencing call drop, no network when it is urgent to make a call and sometimes notifications about my number not got registered where in I myself have submitted the documentations thrice. I have talked to the customer care but its of no use. What is the reason to have a number and recharge when there is emergency and no network is available.

    On the other hand I have one Airtel SIM I have been using from last 5 years properly registered with my name but the 2G data dont work properly. If I opt for 3G data plan, it wont last for even a week. When I need the internet its just too much slow. Why should one recharge huge amounts on these telecom services when the service is not provided properly.

      My mobile number is [protected]. The network is very poor in my location (i.e. swarn path, mansarovar, jaipur, rajasthan 302020) as i am unable to make call and receive call. It always show network failed. If call is connected then also it disconnected into 30 sec and no voice is being heard to the person whom i called and even i dont receive the voice. From past 1 month i am having problem. Either you solve problem or i have to take strict action against you.

        सर मेरा मोबाइल में 3087mb था 12, 8, 2016 को जो लास्ट डेट हे उस दिन मेरा नेट काम नही कर रहा था।
        मैने 198 में कई बार कॉल क्या, 3 से 4 बार उनसे बात हुई, पहले उन्होने कहा आपको मैन अकॉउंट में 1 रूपए कम से कम होना होगा तभी नेट काम करेगा। मैने 10 रुपए का रिचार्ज क्या और नेट चालू करते ही मेरा पैसा नेट खा गया और बैलेंस ख़तम होते ही नेट काम करना बंद कर दिया । मैने कई बार 198 में कॉल कीय और वो लाइन होल्ड करने के लिये कहते हे और कुछ देर बाद लाइन काट देते है। मैं लोकल aircel आफिस kamla store में जा कर कंपलेन लिखाई है उन्की डायरी में जो उन्होंने मेरा मोबाईल चैक करने के बाद लिखा है। जिसकी फोटो मैरे पास हे। इन सब में मेरा तक़रीबन पूरा दिन ख़तम हो गया।
        लेकिन मुझे न तो मेरा नेट का mb मिला न मेरा पैसा जो मुझे वापस चाहिये हरजाने के साथ।
        Aircel ने मुझे ऐक तरह से ठगा हे।

            I have never activated such type of services on my mobile, how could u deduct balance from my balance without prior notice or without out informing me. If your company is activating any kind of services then you should send me a message regarding that which i never have received. and you can not say that this was as per my request as I don't know what these mean and this services are for what purpose.             Today again I have been charged by your company for Dialer tune at 2:49 pm instantly I called your customer care and i discussed about this but the representative girl was saying that there is no update over there regarding this, so that they cannot lodge a complaint regarding this. You guys charged me 35 rupees for this which is not subscribed by me. Even after that I don't know what u guys have problem with me again i have charged by 15 rupees for DT song at 5:22 pm. i am feed up with your service and from now onward I'm not going to recharge my mobile, and if you guys are not going to solve my problem i will lodge a complaint to TRAI. and the same thing I will inform to every one. I don't think you guys care about the air ell customers. I i dint want to hear your old rotted dialogues that you cant refund my amount.

                        I am from West Bengal. My Mob. no is [protected][Prepaid] Last month I received offer for recharging Rs7/-.& benefit call rate will be 10 p/min A-A in all local A-A calls-I received this offer 3 times in 12 days never got the facility. Lastly yesterday I received offer 0f Rs.13.00 and all the call rate will be 1.2p/2sec validity 30 days but after recharging when I tried to call I found that for 12 sec. they charged 50 paisa. What is this. A carnival of thieves.

                        We would like to inform that as per MINSAT you have recharged RC-7 on[protected] at 21:08(benefit:-10p/min Local A2A, 30p/min Local A2O+STD + 1st call @50p/day for 56 days validity) and also you recharged with RC-13 on[protected] at 22:28(benefit:-All local calls @ 1.2p/2sec for 7 days validity). As per CDR your balance got deducted 1st call Rs.0.50 for making outgoing call to this (sample number:-77979#####) on 8/13/2016 at 10:17:06 AM, call duration 12 sec(call charged as per RC-7), before balance Rs.64.68 and after balance Rs.64.18, due to RC-7 priority is higher than RC-13, benefits of RC-13 will work after expiry of RC-7. So, charging found correct & no waiver is applicable in this regard.

                          Aircel charged extra amount Rs. 1321/- stating that i used data in roaming and it was latched with idea network.
                          When i asked my Aircel number latched with idea & other network while roaming - Then GPRS should not work with the same Aircel Access Point Name (aircelgprs).
                          Aircel team are unable to justify my concern, they are not giving refund.

                                    I bought aircel data card for 3 GB @399 Rs. when I try to connect internet in my home(pincode 602025) it is showing as 2G and speed is very less. I want some to help, i already sent many mails to Aircel Customer care but no proper response. if it is not working as 3g then I will not pay for the service which I am getting.
