I have bought a new aircel prepaid connect on saturday from buxar, bihar on the name of tej narayan singh (T n singh),

Iccid no.[protected]
Msisdn no. [protected]
But, it still not get activated. While calling on 59059, it response "you have been bar, since you have no credit" so, please help me.
