Dear support team,
from few months a regular call every month from Aircel telecom company are calling and they activating VAS without any my consent, activate such as internet pack for a month at 198.00 rupees, they called on my number [protected] and asked please don't disconnect I am calling from Aircel I want to tell offer on your no and after finishing call I received a sms from company that thank you for subscribe internet for 30 days at 198.00 rupees, and the amount deducted from my balance, and after this when I call to customer care no they are telling that you choose that option for internet pack and they are cheating me, I didn't choose any type of confirmation regarding activate internet pack, they did again like before on this Friday 6th Aug 2016 at 13.23, firstly few calls i didn't answered but they are continue calling and calling finally I answered call ( she told me about internet pack plan and disconnected and I received once again sms regarding activation of internet pack and I call to customer again and talked to Mr. Raghav Rastogi (Supervisor ) Aircel tele company at 13.28 and he answered me that without your confirmation it's impossible to activate internet pack, I know that when they calling to any customer they informing that this call is recording to improve services and quality, when I requested to supervisor to play the recording of conversation which can prove that I choose any internet pack he was unable and answered that there are no any record of conversation, just because they unable to prove that I am choosing any internet pack, finally it's too much and i decided to complain this to consumer forum, i believe in Govt of India and Judicial system of India, hope we will resolve this matter very soon .This company is cheating and mentally harassing me and many other innocent customer, I want to resolve this dispute thought your supporting team and compensation . thanks, Mrs .
