Iam sorry to say from April 2016, Iam facing the problem with Aircel.

They are charging extra amount without usage. Also they have still not updated my new address even after submitting the same in Aircel showroom.

When asked for clarification they told me that by mistake it was charged.

Now again in July 2016 month, amount was charged for Rs.912/-. Without usage how they can charge Rs.912/-. When asked for clarification, customer care people informed me that bill was generated wrongly, and pay Rs.400/- which i paid online.

Again this month, same amount generated, and asked for clarification, this month also they have asked me to pay rs.400/-.
I paid online.
But my dismay, they have disconnected my line.

I had sent a mail to Appellate, on 3rd Aug 2016. But no response from their end.
U can check my account and let me know how they can charge so much amount without usage.

Aircel is cheating people. NObody is there to resolve customer issue.
By disconnecting my line, i have faced lot of problems.

Request the official to check my account and resolve the issue immediately.

      I hve been charged Rs.75 for glamour zone renewal today, There was no intimation about activation and why such service gets activated without the subscriber approval, i am well educated to understand whether I have clicked for activation or not. This is just fooling and earing money, This is not the first time I am goint thru this issue, and no answer from aricel team.

          Hi,
          Aircel has taken 90 rupees from my account within last 4 days saying that i have activated some service but i did not activate anything. The customer care don't have any idea on what service i have activated. From the way they talk i am very sure that they are not trained to be customer care executives. This kind of fraud activity by aircel is happening for quite some time.

          Whats wrong with Aircel, even on 14-Aug you took Rs.99 for activating Youthnama and again Rs.99 for WWESUBS.
          Its totally frustrating and I am already on the process to switch to some good network. Please hire call center executives and supervisors with some good manners.

                Hi team,

                I am sorry to say that it was really a worst experience to have a relationship with "aircel network". The worst ever customer service i ever had.

                I really doubt on certain cases,

                è do you actually record complaint calls? If so you should have fired the respective customer care employees (Not even one, many, whoever approaches me or i approach).
                è customer care resources are worst in speaking. They don’t even know the basic call etiquette. First teach them with the necessary soft skills.

                Coming to my actual problem,

                I was a customer of aircel network (Never wish to continue), [protected] who was using the postpaid connection for data for more than 6 months and i never wish to use after the month of april. Who will stay with your network if you offer poor packages and offers.

                Due to some misunderstanding in paying bill on date for the month of april before the due date, one of the customer care employee of aircel spoke very harsh and rugged. I told that i will pay the amount but close the connection. Why the hell you will not close the connection even after the customer says to close.

                This happened almost 2 to 3 times in the month of april both before and after the due date. Aircel customer care resources not even treat the customers as human beings. I didnot use the datacard after that, assuming that the connection is removed. And i don’t care if you don’t close the connection, because that’s your mistake. I cannot pay bills for the connection which i have never tried to use.

                I trust this is not the way that awful company (You think so!!) wishes to conduct business with valued customer.

                Coming to legal demand notice aircel mobile: [protected] acct no: 1-[protected] o\s-rs.1165 /- :

                Don’t ever think that i will pay this amount. I can pay only a month’s bill (Rs.400) of mine, which i missed to pay (Fate of choosing aircel!!) due to your irresponsible and always inactive customer service.

                I will obviously not suggest preferring aircel to my peers.
                I look forward to hear from you soon positively.

                        I'm a customer of aircel using prepaid connection.

                        I'm receiving messages for certain vas products even without me subscribing for the same and i'm being charged. Last month i have been detected rs.30 for dialler tunes and today again for nyassa astrology rs.30.

                        I have not subscribed or sent any confirmation sms from my end for the above said services.

                        When i called aircel customer cell there was no proper response.

                        Would appreciate if you would look into this issue and resolve my problem at the earliest.

                                      from few months a regular call every month from Aircel telecom company are calling and they activating VAS without any my consent, activate such as internet pack for a month at 198.00 rupees, they called on my number [protected] and asked please don't disconnect I am calling from Aircel I want to tell offer on your no and after finishing call I received a sms from company that thank you for subscribe internet for 30 days at 198.00 rupees, and the amount deducted from my balance, and after this when I call to customer care no they are telling that you choose that option for internet pack and they are cheating me, I didn't choose any type of confirmation regarding activate internet pack, they did again like before on this Friday 6th Aug 2016 at 13.23, firstly few calls i didn't answered but they are continue calling and calling finally I answered call ( she told me about internet pack plan and disconnected and I received once again sms regarding activation of internet pack and I call to customer again and talked to Mr. Raghav Rastogi (Supervisor ) Aircel tele company at 13.28 and he answered me that without your confirmation it's impossible to activate internet pack, I know that when they calling to any customer they informing that this call is recording to improve services and quality, when I requested to supervisor to play the recording of conversation which can prove that I choose any internet pack he was unable and answered that there are no any record of conversation, just because they unable to prove that I am choosing any internet pack, finally it's too much and i decided to complain this to consumer forum, i believe in Govt of India and Judicial system of India, hope we will resolve this matter very soon .This company is cheating and mentally harassing me and many other innocent customer, I want to resolve this dispute thought your supporting team and compensation . thanks, Mrs .                                         Just few hours ago after I recharged of rs 55 I got a message from DT-AIRCEL that is " Thank you for choosing Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 35.0. You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223" so I want to know why they deducted my account balance without any reason, and I want my account balance back and I don't even know how it get subscribed.
