Dear Sir/Madam

I am using the mobile network service of aircel including my family since 4 years. I have the postpaid connection Mobile No. [protected] Registered With the name of Sunita Agarwal, Address B-18 Vivekanand Colony, Naya Khera Ambabai Jaipur- Rajasathan. The Bill for the month of july has been generated on 19/07/2017 Wide Bill No.[protected], the copy of the same has been attached herewith. I have changed the postpaid in the month of April 2016 By Rs. 179 excluding of service tax. At that time your customer service representative told me that i will get 200 mb of internet per month but i came to know that under this plan only 100 mb of internet data is provided to customer. The major problem i faced with this plan is that there is no updation process in related to amount of data pack customer used and the amount of data balance left. I dont get any kind of information for the same. I dont get any kind of sms or update for the same and due to this falsely i used internet slightly more above 100 Mb and for this you have charged 638.23 Rs. inclusive of service tax.You only tell me that how i came to know that how much amount of Data has been used by me and amount of balance left. There is no such facility in my cel so that i able to know the amount of data left. Even it is not the sms which i can count or the calls which i able to count. I got surprised when i got the bill generated by the company. Even i came to know that in other mobile network operator there is a facility for such updation and appropriate information is provided to customer

Sir as you know there is a plan of Rs. 98 for data pack under which i get unlimited internet so i am not mad that i use internet and pay such a huge amount for small data used by me. I felt that i got theft by this way. As i agree that i used net above limit but it happens due to wrong information provided by your representative(i have the recording for the same) and due to no facility of amount of data used and amount of internet data left.
As i am your old and loyal customer i request you to kindly consider my request and revise my bill and this charge is not appropriate.
Kindly consider otherwise this way i will not going to continue with Aircel in near future. Hoping for the satisfactory reply.

    I have bought duplicate sim on 2-8-2016. After purchasing sim they told like sim will be activated within 24 hrs. Already 2 days over still sim is not activated. If i call to customer care, they will tell like your sim will be activated within 4 hrs.There is no proper customer care from aircel. Even if i call to 198 or 121, all the channels are always busy.My number is [protected].

        I was first satisfied with aircel then it started charging unnecessaryly by visiting a site on internet with my data pack on I was charged ₹109 from my account with some disgusting services. I trusted Ur brand but now u have made me to hate Ur company. i[censored] all want to beg ask me money i will give u but plz don't charge it by giving useless offers...

          Mobile no: [protected], this one I got from Kumaran cell com tirupur (Aircel Agent), later requested to change for prepaid, even after 6 months time I'm not able to change it to prepaid. Now I'm requesting to cancel my phone, they are diverting me to toll free customer care number.When I try customer care number it says to press countless options. This Kumaran cellcom persons assured me to shift it to prepaid scheme after three bill payment. I need this number but in prepaid

            I have charged my mobile no [protected] with rs 61/- on[protected] at 14.29.40 hrs and at 14.33.50 hrs through on line vide transaction id no. Gcmp[protected] and gcmp[protected] recharge ref no. Ko80135684111465981111979 and ko80135684111465981358792 respectively first recharge failed but charge was deducted from card account against which i have complained on 15/06/2016 again on 04/07/2016 but till date i have not been returned back my money in my card account one person has called me from your office from mobile no.[protected] on 05/07/2016 at 12.22 hrs and assured me that money has been given back to me but sorry to inform you till date it has not been done how can now i trust you people same assurance was also given to me after my first complaint please do the needful urgently and sincerely

              I have recharged to my mobile number [protected] on 1st august 2016. Till now i did not get any benifits of recharge. This is not the first time many times they deducted balance with out any reason. Please take an action against them.
              Even customer care support also worst. They are not responsding for queries, even disconnecting the call in middle of talk.

              Please do me a favour. They are playing with customers patiency.

              Nearly i lost 500 through aircel

                Aircel company wale chor hai woh v world best chor jab v me rs100 se upar ka balance dalwata hun toh chor log turant chori krna suru kr dete hai...5, 6 maheene pehle rs230 choora liye ... costumer care call kiya toh 24ghante me rupay wapis ki boli lekin rupay wapis nhi aaye . Dubara call kiya toh 4 ghante me wapis aane ki boli fir bhi rupay nhi aaye uske mere no. Se costumer care lagna hee band ho gya . Aaj ki date tak 230rs me se kuch nhi aaya . Aur aaj jese hee mene apne 155rs ka recharge krwaya toh choro ne aaj 3rupay kaat liye

                  Hi,

                  I never imagined that Aircel will stoop to such limits for collecting outstanding limit. In spite of paying money via credit card the payment has not reached Aircel. For this reason your collection executives by name Ramya, Valarmathi and their team is calling and using very very abusive language. They are calling me from [protected]. In spite of answering they are calling my wife as well and abusing.

                  Is this how you treat ex-customers? This is very un cultured behaviour and I am lodging a police complaint if this repeats.

                    I just want to request please disconnect to all the services in my Aircel no. [protected], . I feel sad that i have to write a complain as the customer care do not have the solution about the deactivation of all the services which is cutting my main balance for 3 months already, evn though i hve talk to customer care 3 times in 3 months with 3 different people. This is really disgusting. If this dosen't help, i wont hve any choice other than deactivating my no. And go for another company

                    I don't understand why only Aircel gets service activate by itself and deducts the main balance. Customer care is worst. They dont have any solution even thought I have complained 3 times in 3 months. My services stills gets activates and leads to the deduction of my bal. Really need to go for another sim company now.

                    This is the third month my balance is being cut and I have called pune customer care 3 times, and 3 times I talked to 3 different people, (remember only 1 name, Santosh) to deactivate every service, which all goes in vain. M relly so disappointed with aircel and its services, il deactive my no.(Aircel) and use other company as soon as i can. Its really annoying.

                      I m very upset with your customer care as they don't have justified reason for overbill.

                        My number is [protected] and am customer of aircel dhanbad jharkhand i had recharged an unlimited on net call tarrif by my self on 30 th of july for 28 days unlimited call on local aircel to aircel and only 2 days have passed and i have been charged for calling on a local aircel number because my tarrif is not working and i want to know what rubbish has haapen to that bull tarrif which i had recharged two days before and if i will not get any proper resolution for the problem i have faced today i am going to move this this complain to the consumer forem and this time i have a msg also which the company had sent me at the time of rechage which says that i have a 28 days unlimited local aircel to aircel call tarrif

                        I had already launche a complaint against wrong balance deduction on 31 st july with number [protected] scince the last deduction i am not getting connected to the customer care support of the company and when i connected throght another aircel number the executive gave me wrong information saying that i had recharged unlimited tarrif on 2 nd july and my tarrif is valid till today and when i asked her to make a complain for my last balance dedudtion she refused to do so while i had recharged on 30 th of july and still she told me that i had not recharged on 30 th i want a company official who is genuine to talk to me and resolve my problem otherwise i will file a complain regarding this in the consumer court because i have call recording of the conversation that i had with the executive i will produce this recording infront of the court for providing wrong information and doing fraud with the customers and then i will switch to any other company who is atleast genuine to their customers

                            I asked to recharge RS.95 from the aircel store retailer and then i received the message "Your request to recharge 93 INR cannot be processed at this time. Transaction number is DLR[protected]". And i didn't receive the money yet.
                            I dont know why your processed at later. you should atleast processed later.

                              Hi sir,

                              I got some message saying my rental will be increased from 149 to 225 from next cycle. then i was trying to close my aircel postpaid connections ([protected]/[protected]), but getting different reason from different customer care people.

                              - when i checked with the person gave me the new connection, he told he cant close it, i need to call cus care and get the details.

                              - first i called aicel cus care, one person told to get the nearest store room detail from mobile and go there in person and close it. send a message to 121, got some address in perungalathuer, after searing one hr didnt find the showroom and when i call ed that no also that person said its not aircel show room.

                              - 2nd time i told above issues and in another cus care caller she gave me tambaram address. and she didnt mentioned anything about closure dates etc.

                              - i went to tambaram aircel office and asked them to close or change it to prepaid. but they told my billing cycle is on 5th only and i need to wait till then and pay for that amount + some 1week extra charges. and asked me to come on 8th aug. not sure that time also they will accept this cancellation.

                              Now unnecessarily i need to pay more amount also for next month..

                              When they can give the new connection immediately why these much process and problem creating for the customer for closing the connections.

                              This may happen for all the people trying to close the connections, please take it to concerned person and help the people like me.

                                Aircel is doing this with all the offers... They give the fake offers and they transfer the amount to the p. F account but there is no way to get this balance out... And the validity is very short and the money goes off... I recharged with 69 rs... And it was told that it will be transferred to main balance... But when i got the message it's in pf account... And there is no way to use this balance...
                                They are cheating costumers big time...

                                  This is in reference to the wrongly deduction of rs 50/- balance from no-[protected] on 29.07.2016 at 13:40 pm for automatic activation of vas services (masti club) from your end. i am writing this mail at 13:41 pm on 29.07.2016.

                                  I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful for my balance refund (rs 50/-). i don't understand why i have to face such inconveniences again and again with aircell only. i don't need and i don't want to have any of such vas services in my life. i have never activated such vas on my number and have never utilized any of such vas services from my end.

                                  This is very much disappointing to face such a bad experience with aircell again and agian. i faced such problem multiple times in past also. i request not to activate any vas services in future also. i have been requesting for the same problem for a long time. i think i have to go for porting with another operator.

                                    My phone balance on 28th July, 2016 around 9 pm was 49.17 INR however, on the morning of 20th July, 2016, after switching on my phone, I found my balance to be 0.17 INR only. I would like to know where all this balance has gone as I don't even use the internet service, so, please refund the said amount. Such kind of situation has happened to me before as well. I hope you take some counter measures to stop this.

                                        Have activated the 77 internet pack which was for 1 gb got 350 mb data. I have complained in 198 complaint no but they didn't listened and told me that their system not updated and told me they can't help. A excutive name makar dhwaja jena told me that but i don't know it's his real name or not.
                                        I have the request and complain that if you can't give the updated data then don't do this type of thing...
