Sir,
I and my family is using aircel network total 6 sim..
One of my number is [protected].
In the same number there is a balance deduction issue.
For the same i called cust care, they did not raised my complain nor returned my money back.
Also i visited customer care office, there representative checked and confirmed me that all value added service had been deactivated.
But still i am facing the same, my problem is not resolved yet.
Please check and confirm.
