Dear sir,

I have recharged data pack of rs. 98 for 1 gb data - 28 days on 13 july 2016 but this data over on 4 days.
Again i have recharge for rs. 98 for same pack & again it is over in 5 days without any usage.

I have tries so many times to customer care but unable to connect.

Kindly resolve this issue urgently on top priority.

      I had 150 rupees in my main balance 2 and i made some where around 5-6 calls of maximum duration of 5 mins and all of asudden i have noticed my main balance2 is reduced to 68 rupees then i contacted the customer care there i asked the executive abuot the deduction he told me bare on the the line so that he can transfer the call to his seniour but he disconnected the call from his side and now i am not getting connected to the customer care number if i will not get the details of my balance deduction i am going to switch to another company because i will never want to be a part of a company who is doing fraud with their genuine customers

        I have Rs.210 in prepaid and I was changed prepaid to postpaid but the amount is not reflected in postpaid bill hence i have raised a complaint in aircel but the issue is not resolved more than 25 days, I have called daily customer-care and explain this issue but there is no proper response to get resolved the issue. There is no major issue in prepaid but after converted to postpaid i am having headache. I am not sure what need to be done on this fix the issue.

          Sir i use hyderabad aircel sim in hyderabad. But network strengh is very low. So i cannot found the real aircel network but i got aircel roaming network sometimes. It can use. No roaming charge taken for use this sim in this time. But i cannot use internet when it has roaming. When i turn on data then it has again in emergency call only. Again i turn off the network and i will get roaming network again. Actually i buy aircel sim for internet. All are occuring in this state. I dont know what to do now. How can i use the internet when it has roaming network. Please help me.

          Sir i have one aircel sim. I can use that sim in roaming network also. Sometimes i got roaming network and sometimes i got real network. But now i dont get both network. It has always emergency calls only. So i cant use the sim. And one more problem is when it got roaming network it cannot use net. Its also a big problem but it can call. I tried many times to get network but i cannot. So please help me. I am very worry about this. If you help me i will very happy.

            I have a aircel sim. Its balnace is deducted every time. I has lost around rs 1000. Balance cutting was starting from 3 month ago around. I dont know how to solved this problem. When i am keeping the around one day, it is sure to cut the balance. I dont want to use this because of deduction the balance but it is used in banks and many others things. So plese help me to overcome thos problem if you solved the problem i will very thankful to you.

              I and my family is using aircel network total 6 sim..

              In the same number there is a balance deduction issue.
              For the same i called cust care, they did not raised my complain nor returned my money back.

              Also i visited customer care office, there representative checked and confirmed me that all value added service had been deactivated.

              But still i am facing the same, my problem is not resolved yet.

                  My aircel no is [protected]. I exchange normal sin to micro sim from gariahat store on 23-jul-2016 at 3.30 pm, they tell me that service will be activate after 2 hours but after inserting new sim at 6 pm on my moto g phone they are showing no service.

                  After that, call aircel customer care from my dad aircel no they tell that this no - [protected] already activate.

                      I have made a recharge of 98rupees for data which showed a validity of 28 days on 20july. My mobile no is [protected]. It comes under andhra pradesh circle. I made the recharge only because it showed validity of 28 days. Post recharge the data was given validity of 3 days. I got back to aircel care, they assured me the validity extends in 48 hours. But it didn't happen. So, i called back customer care on july23, this time they told that it cannot be done because you may or may not get the validity and when i questioned about assurance given the representative just disconnected the call. The validity of plan ends today.

                          Sir/mam I have recharge Rs 51 full talktime and Rs 27 rate cutter on 18/07/2016 in my aircel number but I have been waiting for three days the recharge was not successful .I have called on customer care but they told that in 24 hrs recharge was succssful but morethan 72 he's gone .
                          If this service aircel provided to customer s than stop this silly service because everyone complaining you .please sir solve my problem quickly.otherwise I am block my aircel no and complaining against you.

                                My name is umesh sharma my mob no. is [protected]
                                I had changed my aircel no. from prepaid to postpaid on 19 june 2016, because they offered me a better plan of rs. 225.
                                But when they make my no. postpaid.
                                They automatically start the plan of rs. 349.
                                After that i call service center and they had completely changed that they are not gonna give such a plan in 225 and then i ask them for change my no. to prepaid. they said its not been changed before 3 months.
                                Then i ask them to please subscribe me to cheapest plan.
                                Then they activate plan of rs. 99.
                                Then i say ok.
                                But now the company sends me the bill of rs. 673.
                                I just got shocked that what does it mean.
                                Then now i call customer care they are saying that u have to pay this.
                                Ir even if i subscribed to 349 then also i have not got that amount.
                                They are just freaking.
                                Complete fraud
                                Aircel bad postpaid.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am prepaid mobile user of aircel, bihar circle.
                                  My aircel mobile number is: [protected]
                                  The company every now and then activates any vas (pack) to my number and cut balance from my account.
                                  When i contact the customer care, they shamelessly say pack is deactivated but balance wont be refunded.
                                  In past i have lost too much balance but i ignored every time.
                                  But this time i am bringing this to your knowledge.
                                  On[protected] at around 11.45 a. m 1, i received sms from aircel that aircel bhlcp 25 pack has been activated in my number and rs 25 was deducted from my balance.
                                  I had not asked for activation of any pack. also dnd was activated in my number.
                                  I did not need this pack and contacted customer care to deactivate the pack and refund the amount. but they said pack is already deactivated but money wont be refunded.
                                  Please look into the matter. there are many customers like me who are harassed by such fraud operators.

                                  The Aircel Social Media Team replied to my comment. They forwarded my Complaint to concerned Department. After 6 days, i finally got my refund back.

                                    Iam a regular customer of aircel. Bt from last 2weeks I'm complaining about network service, but no action has been taken. I have recharged for Rs. 74, but from that Im not getting 3g service. I have to contact the Director of Aircel or please do contact me.. I want a solution at the earliest. I have also registered a complaint in this site, but no action has been taken..

                                      Aircel company is bacome fraud... They automatically deductedrs - 5 for "unlimited games" and next day they again renew this vas and deducted rs 35 and when i called the customer care pick up my phone a first and said there is slow so please call after 2 hr... So after that iam calling them from 1 weeks and i always listen a recorded voice saying"we are experiencing heavy traffic at our center please try latr and call disconnected every time... I hv uploaded the recording of this please check it sir... Then again they deducted 35rs for renewation... Total rs 75... I want all the money back...

No. [protected] h mera balance 17/07/16 ko RS 35 detect kr liya Maine customer care me coll 10pm me to bola gya Ki apka balance waps ho jayega but waps nhi huwa . Uske bad mera no. Block kr diya gya mai customer care me coll nhi kr sakta maine dusre no SE coll Ki usme bola gya Ki apka balance waps ho jayega but waps nhi huwa.
                                        Uske bad per day mera rs9 detect ho rha h aur customer care wale koyi response nhi de rhe .
                                        Maine aj dusre dost ke no. SE call Ki 1:30 PR aur Maine Puri problem share Ki but bina mery problem ko solve kiye coll cut kr di gyi aur us no ko bhi block kr diya gya .
                                        Sir plz help me . sir get my problem solved and refund my balance ..
