I have complained several times that a service gets renew again and again, due to which my main balance gets deducted .I have complained many times but the customer care officials always says that this is due to a technical error .

    I had sent message 4 times to aircel telecom company by mail and phone (proof available) as below:

    First mail on 21/04/16- dear sir/madam
    This is to inform you that i am not able to active internet data on mobile through *121#.
    I tried twice daily but message showing as internet pack not active due low balance. but i have sufficient amount for the same. despite regularly contacted with your costumer care no. but till now the said issue is still not resolved.
    You are requested to look into matter so that i am able to get internet pack.

    Second mail on 25/04/2016
    With referee to your below mail, my mentioned mobile no. is not icr location, i belong to begusarai district bihar.
    So you are requested to look into matter as urgent basis.
    As per *121# option, available recharge for my location is rs 28, rs 175 etc for 3g service activation.

    Third mail on 25/04/16- dear sir/madam
    My issue is still not resolved.

              I recharged my number [protected] with 122 for 500 mb 3g data on 19th july.. But i am unable to connect to aircel 3g network.. I tried everything starting from swiching my phone off and on, network setting only wcdma and searched to select aircel3g or reliance but it says "unable to connect please try later". The as always aircel pathetic customer care is keep on disconnecting the call and not taking my complaint. Every month this is happening on a regular basis.

                  Sir, while i was surfing online i got a message for thanking me to activate dazzling queens and deduct 20 rupees and says it's auto renew after 4days. I don't know what it is and how it get activate. This is not my first complaint against aircel, last time it was about funtv but it get resolve. I thing it's very risky now a days to surf online.                     My self Imran .R, I have been using many years and few year back I started to use postpaid connections with the number [protected].
                    Everything seems to be going smooth and occasionally they charge more amount with the name of VAS consumptions charges even though we have not use it.
                    But last two month the charging amount seems to be so high than my plan or usual payment of 400.
                    The month of June they have billed with the amount of 608 rupees and when I ask for the clarification there is no proper response for the customer care agents.
                    And few of them are little harsh when handling, and few of them are not to ready to listen properly, and when I ask to transfer the call to the next level they keep me hold for more than 30 minutes to make me to drop the call.
                    This sort of behavior's are not acceptable from the customer care peoples, since it is there jobs to serve for us and to provide a good service when we pay for it.
                    And many knowledge less peoples also exist, and one of them without informing properly or giving wrong information he has changes my base plan and from that incident only all these problem started to begin.
                    And whenever I make a call I had to explain every time to whoever pick the call in whether 121 or 198, but finally with out giving proper solution they end up the call with Software problem unable to look or we cannot help you in this situation.
                    I am not sure where is the problem whether it is with the Aircel or third part call center's.
                    If Aircel want me to continue the service had to resolve this issues or else I am ready to change the network.
                    Note: I have 2 postpaid and 6 prepaid connections in aircel. Everything will be disconnected.

                    We've checked and found that you've been charged Rs. 50/- towards two VAS packs and the charges are featuring in the bills dated 15/6 & 15/7. A VAS pack BOBL35 has been activated through WAP and with consent id on 28/5/2016 and deactivated on 3/6/2016. An amount of Rs.35/- is featuring towards VAS charges in the bill dated 15/6. Another VAS pack DALADEAL15 has been activated through WAP and with consent id on 18/6/2016. The pack has been deactivated on 2/7/2016. An amount of Rs.15/- is featuring in the bill dated 15/7. Further, refund of Rs.50/- will feature in the forthcoming bill.

                      Sir, my cell number is[protected] and [protected], to this number i am receiving number of advertising calls starting 140 and from unkinown numbers which gives untolerable disturbances to me while travelling and attending office work.In this i have contacted your officials in many occasions to controll such ads to the above numbers, but ended in vain. Finally i write this copmplaint to restrict such above ads to the above cell numbers, if not materialised or reply to me i shall be constrained to surrender not only the above cell numbers along with our family aircel network 14 connections (Post paid) immediately after 7 days from this day.

                            Within a hour my amount should be credited... Need my money back within a hour... Please refund the same immediately or will port the sim.

                                I am very harresed from your aircel service, this problem is continued from starting, I taken a new aircel no. and I complained more than 3 times to customer care but he was not solved my issue, he continually told the same thing you press some keys or code and you use internet this will automatically activated from internet operation time,
                                But I don't do this type of activities,
                                So I again told please solve my issue quickly and refund my money all total..

                                  My mother got a duplicate sim as she lost her mobile in 2009 approx. Now the sim is damaged, and when i requested to change the sim, they say that the sim is not in her name.

                                  She got a duplicate sim by giving a written letter and her proof at spencer plaza, chennai. You guys should have misplaced the proof and updated someone's proof with my mother's. Your customer service is the worst i have ever seen. Planning to move out of your network (All 4 o[censored]s).

                                  They didn't help me out at all. They sent a person for verification of my Mom. Verification was positive. But they are asking to transfer all the amount to another number for which I was charged Rs.10. Then they are saying that my mom's sim will be deactivated and I need to purchase a new sim from a nearby Aircel showroom and request the same number, for which again I need to pay (for the sim as well as for the first and second recharge). And my mom's number will be inactive for 1 whole day. She is an advocate and how can you guys expect her to be without her mobile number?

                                  The mistake is your's not ours. I need your mistake to be rectified without us being charged. You should provide a new sim and bear all the charges.

                                  If this is not going to be rectified, I'll go the next level.

                                    During last month, i did roaming recharges, 1gb internet recharge, main balance recharges and on.. But nothing has worked out. I got confirmation massages of internet activation but i lost my 150 rupees using gps for 30 minutes. I got confirmation about roaming recharges but still i lost main balance, more over i recharged 222 yesterday and i had balance of rupees 212 before 10 minutes and now it's zero.

                                    Tried enough to make complaints but waste of time and energy..

                                    I need complete information about my last 10 recharges.

Later when i complaint about this to the customer care representative he said he has insufficient information about online recharge system.                                         On 13th july 2016 i had recharged (transaction id:[protected] on my aircel sim (roaming pack of rs. 73/-), but i did not get that service facility. i had call to the service center many times but they always said that their server is down, my question is that if they can not provide the service at the right moment or in right time then why they cheated on me? i have paid the whole money for that service and they did not help me on my problem, poor call center service with lack of eligible persons. i am requesting the authority to solve my problem, i am long away from my home and this uncooperative service makes my situation worst.
