When i purchase aircel simcard rs 110 at the time salesman told me u get it rs 55 get talk time out rs110 but after sim registration i didn't receive my talk time still what happend kindly give me response as soon as possible

    I had recharged with rs. 99 on 16th july, 2016 for unlimited aircel to aircel std calls for 10 days. But it gave me 1gb 3g data balance for 3 days which i dont want.. I have called to 198 for refund of the amount but they said the can't do anything and suggested me to talk to the shop keeper where i have recharged. And he told me that he can't refund it. I want the refund of rs.99 because i dont want to use aircel internet.

        In our gangadeswarar avenue, purasawalkam, chennai - 84, aircel company installing tower at door no.20, belong to mr. suresh surana. our avenue is fully residencial.

        We are here protest the cell phone tower installing in your terrace; due to the tower radiation will affect the health of our avenue residence and also your house members.

        This type of cell phone towers are mostly installed in the commercial areas only, were people will not stay longer hours in & around the tower installed building. but in
        Our avenue more children’s and elders are living; the radiation will affect the health of our residence. so we all together strongly protest the tower installation.

        Stop the tower installation work immediately; otherwise our association will take legal action against this act. we hope that you will stop the work, for the sake of our avenue neighbours health & environment.

          As per the system check, no balance deduction found on your number only data pack activation charges have been found which is activated through your end only by USSD and this amount is not refundable also.

          We activated DND on your number by which in future your balance will not deduct without the concern. We would request you to avoid clicking on pop-up ads while browsing.

            This is nagarethinam m. i have changed my number from prepaid to postpaid. i asked aircel club 299 plan. but they have given retail 199 plan. when i asked again they have changed another plan, that is also wrong. 3 times they changed my plans. finally they said now u r in club 299 only. i got a bill rs. 620 for my new connection which is not used properly.. my question is y should i pay for ur mistake.. kindly deactivate my number as soon as possible & convert to prepaid.
            Don't cheat the customer like this.

                  Without my approval aircel has activated one vas service cost 75rs then later in 2hours i have called them and requested them to deactivate and refund back the money. they accepted my request and told me that they will deactivate within 24 hours and refund my money.
                  Nothing happened, i followed back again the next day after two hours the other executive assured me that the refund will happen in another 24 hours,
                  Again nothing happened, then the third day i have followed back again another executive raised an appellate request, in 2hours they resolved the appellate request. then the 4th day i called them up i. e., today they are telling appellate request is closed and refund will not happen because request is raised after 48 hours. but logically i have called them up in the same day and requested. don't know what to do, worst customer service experience, thinking to switch over to some other service provider. this vas service is not at all a useful one to anyone, the content they deliver is available for free in internet.

Further, if you had recharged through online and if the amount has been debited from your account then the amount will be credited into your bank account in 7 working days from the day of recharge.                       They were deducted balance many times without my permission. And when talk to their customer care executive they didn't talk clearly and always telling that you subscribe then only it was deducted.Also they were not telling the information clearly and not refunded money any time.

                          On 30 june 2016 rs 79 was deducted from my account for call rate cutter pack which was not activated by me. Since then i am trying to reach out to customer care people but they only say that the balance is non refundable.
                          Now, my question is if i would have activated that pack then i would have called a lot from taht no. Plesae check my last calls. There won't be more than 6-7 calls in last 15 days.
                          I would request you to please provide my balance of rs.79 which is wrongly deducted as i never go for any packs. I don't know how it has been activated but it is not activated by me.

                              My very old post paid mobile no. [protected] is barred by company and deleted my all contact no. and messages from server from last 3 month while making payment two times but they are not resuming my no. services and i call to their customer care so many times but they said your outstanding bill 1735 rs is still pending you have to pay the bill then we activate your no. i already paid my bill as according to attached record_1 image by confirming customer care agent voice
                              They mail me your total outstandinng bill is only 430 rs i paid the bill as according. still my no not activated and next two day i received sms your bill 1420 rs and again next two day i received sms that your pending bill is 1535 rs i call to customer care they said your pending bill is 1935. i told them your are wrongly charging please correct my as i already paid it but they denied after few days i received call from aircel department agent he told me your bill be waiver off if you pay 400 rs i made payment of 400 rs as attached record_2 image and my no. is still barred i call and mail them so many times but they never reply

                                How on earth aircel always deducted their customers balance without any reason? Please stop treating your customers this way... Its not fair... Every day 5 rupees have been deducted for the so called "pocket store fortnightly" without my knowledge.... When i tried calling 155223 deactivation portal i received a message that you have no service subscribe to aircel... Then how come i lost more than 70 rupees from the so called aircel service? Please kindly fix the bug as well as re credit my balance without fail

                                  My name is Bhavith from Hyderabad and Aircel has been activating unwanted services like playboy and modal shop service without my notice and has deducted 100rs from my Mobile no. [protected]
                                  Whenever I have tried to call to the customer care they haven't been responding properly at all
                                  Please try to refund my balance
                                  And aircel has been cheating their customers and it is the worst Mobile service
                                  Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have recharge the mobile on Rs 41where as payment deducted but recharged is not processed, please refund my balanced in my account immediately

                                    I am using my aircel number for over an year but from last few weeks i am suffering from unlawful deduction of data from my data balance everytime when i use to put on my data in my phone for a few seconds i was charged with mbs of data like 10-15 mb which seems to be ridiculous how can a 2g plan consume this much data in such a short time i mean to say if it goes at this rate then a 100 mb pack would only last for few minutes.
                                    And the worst part is whenever i use to call 198 i waste minutes listening to the computer but didn't get a chance or option from where i could connect to the customer care executive and tell the exact issue.
                                    Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      My aircel number is [protected]. from past few days, there is a new trend in your service; 5 or 6 rupees are charged almost everyday from my account due to some nonsense vas, which i did'not even activate myself. i never complained about it as i don't intend to bargain with your disgusting representatives.
                                      But on 13th july at 4:30 pm your company have charged me 40 rupees at once. i called your customer care, that representative of yours was very much reluctant to acknowledge mistake. whatever he refunded my money for then. but again after an hour i was charged 23 rupees and this time it was after midnight! so that i can't even call your customer care.
                                      I'm using aircel for long time but never faced this type of situation. is this what i deserve for preferring your service above all? is this the service your company is obliged to provide us?
                                      What i demand is, please refund my 23 rupees immediately and stop this type of nonsense behaviors. otherwise i will change my sim card with another company and take this issue up to the consumer affairs department

                                      We have checked and found that Rs 23 (PI - 23) benefit:- (Get 100 MB 3G/2G data balance, validity for 3 days) deducted on[protected] at 00:04 am. from your main account. As a good will gesture service (KOLPI23) deactivated and INR23 posted to your account on 16th July 2016.

                                        I had registered a complaint regarding deduction of balance on 4th july and 7th july respectively. for which i got several replies from aircel social media team saying that my balance will be refunded, the same thing was also said by the customer care executives nisha assured that my balance will be refunded today. but still my balance hasn't been refunded. my aircel number is [protected]. the complaint numbers are 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. now when i called 198 the customer care number they are saying that they couldn't process the refund. firstly these guys are assuring for the refund then the same people are saying that we couldn't process it, what's this going on by the aircel team. its really very annoying. i want my deducted amount of ₹ 12 as soon as possible...
