    Dear aircel i have already complained before. This is not happening for my number alone for all my friends and family prepaid aircel numbers. We need immediate action. Taking away the money by subscribing yourself some value added pack and when we try reaching customer care it becomes very difficult and non sense response waiting for the advertisement recording playing. For my number rs. 99 was deducted and i have stopped the service. I need the amount back to be credited. Pathetic to see you people are cheating and taking our hard earned money and creating lot of mess and frustrated after putting top up to our mobile number. Despite complaining so many times. No action was taken. Put my deducted amount back. Already some persons started to change the network due to this big non sense activity from your network.

      I hv not request for any value addad service and co hv activated an extra service cost rs 9 per day by itself and charged for the same 2 times. when it comes to knw by me i request for refund. but mr noor from customer care talked rudely and cut my call without informing me. i want my money back because it was not my fault that co activat
      Ed activated any value added service which i donot knw about. and the important thing is that i hv not used even 1% of data which was activated by co without my knowledge.

          I stopped recharging my mobile because of auto renewal of sms pack by the company after trying all methods to deactivate it and to no avail. now i recharged it with rs 150 and i get a message that

          "your sms pack will be auto renewed in 3 days, to continue please maintain balance"

          What is this?? and to discontinue?? keep your balance drained??
          I tried calling consumer care of aircel but you see it is easier to clear upsc than to reach their customer care executive. and the machine generated message says that i have no vas activated in my account. what am i supposed to do now? please solve this issue asap.

              From last 20 days in 3/4 days frequency rupees:05 each time is deducting from my above given mobile number. suddenly a service message came indicating your last sms cost rs:05. i have no idea for why?
              I already complain aircel costumer care through their email id (care. [protected]@aircel.co.in), but they send me a message that you are sending isd sms so your balance is deducting. but again the same thing going on..
              Ir iam a student in delhi university and i am not a fool that i send isd sms and complaining why my balance is deducting.
              I am not alone some of my friends have also the same problem.
              Ir it is too much annoying i am so much stressed for this matter, my phone number is very old so i can't change it.
              Please sir i requesting you please give me justice, they are not listening to my problem. i think they must doing something by using my number and telling me that you are sending messages for what your balance is deducting.
              Ir i am student i have no isd contacts that i send sms. rs:5 may be very small for you but rs:5 in each time in every 3/4 days is too much for a poor student like me.
              They make me so stressed, i am a student i should concentrate my mind in my studies but these thing always stress me out. i can't concentrate...
              I always calling their costumer care, writing complains but what is the result, nothing. no result without any service they deducting my balance rs:5 each time in a 3/4 days frequency.
              I want you should take strong action against them, and please refund back the balance they forcefully taken from me..
              Ir i believe in you, i already tired complaining them, i want my money back and also some action against them.

                    Aircel my number is [protected] i have the same problem with 15 days and i talked to customer care around 50 times but they just wasted my time and i not want to loose this number otherwise i throw this sim. So i request you to take my concern seriously and solve asap. Exactly i don't know from when i unable to send message to any number but when i came in roaming on 7th july 2016 i tried to send sms to my friend the sms get saved in my outbox then i tried to send to 121 and call 198 complaint number but i can't get any output.

                        I activated night pack 37 yesterday but data is not provided and i called cc they said they will refund morning 7 am but later at 7:30 am they said i used the pack. The hell. Just bad people and nothing more. He even agreed that this is how aircel does. He said we are cheat on line it self and bad mouthed me and even my family. Are they even trained.

                        There's too many mute and he simple cut the line how the hell he can do it he just hung up.

                        There must be recording too i request trai to take immediat action against aircel.

                          Hi i bought aircel sim 3- 4 months ago (no [protected]). i checked that sim in my mobile it was not active thus i requested aircel team many time to activate my number although this mail id aircel team leader [protected]@gmail.com, he told me to activate my number. i checked my sim again after 7days ago yet this time it was not active however now (after 7month) they are saying that your 1000 rupees bill is pending. however i paid bill without even using the service.
                          My issue is
                          Why they havn't intimate me after number activation and if bill was generated then why i dont receive any soft or hardcopy of my bill. although you have my home address as well as my mail id.

                              Thanks for kind information but still now mnp offer activated, so local charges was dedicated wrongly.. i am one of your valued lifetime customer. but certain things (which i have written below) makes me to come out of your network.

                              I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after ever 2-3 mins automatically, recharge done but not applicable for hours, unnecessary advertising in between calls which delays important calls without any reason, network strength always weak and disturbances during calls...


                              Worst ever telecom company in india aircel bucz i've using this service last 2years old but they didn't any responsibility for valuable customer... many times ditched me... i got cheated 3 times by aircel.. from the last few months, aircel has been trying to attract promo offer more the users by providing cheapest call 📞 rates and date offers... now, they have come up with an unlimited 3g offer and india's largest no. 1 network now also on gsm service, how it's possible???😈😈😈😈😈

                              Hence, i request u to that actually i've complaint about regrading of my aircel gsm premium number [protected] and still that i'm not get any sms, please look into matter immediately and take action immediately also give my docket number against wrongly call charges and call 📞 🔙 my same number within 12pm and i said nothing more else other wise i will going to port out my my number which was you prefer???!!! 😟 😧 😔 😔

                              As per call detail record, amount of Rs.39.60 got deducted for making out going call ISD country, call charge 0.30p/sec to this(186020#####) number on 7/5/2016 at 10:18:51 AM, duration 1320 sec. Hence, charging found correct & no waiver is applicable in this regard.

                                  I bought a SIM card from aircel 2 days ago, mobile [protected]. The requisite 48 hours have passed but I am not able to use my phone. Please activate my SIM as soon as possible.

                                      Aircel just socks customers. I am currently abroad, from last 1.5 months and not using the aircel sim. But, yesterday accidentally I was happened to check my balance through aircel app, I was just shocked shocjednand shocked. It sas I have activated a VAS of rs. 56. Amazing, isn't it? It's not the first time, it has happened with me 3-4 times ago also, in last 6 months. When write a complaint, they just say, sr, u have activated a VAS. oh lord, who makes them understand, how and why will I do it, when I know I can't use aircel service right now.
