Subject: illegal balance deduction.
I am alok kumar singh, aircel consumer, my number is [protected].
I have a problem related to vas caller tune. I deactivated my caller tune service on dated 03/07/2016 to call a number 155223 at approx 2 pm. I also got a massage from same number, that request to deactivate dialer tune has been received.
But today (04/07/2016) at 1:15 am it has been renewed again for 30 days.
I also talk to customer care executive, but they refused me to help on this matter.
My concern is please take immediate action to resolve my problem, and also refund my deducted balance.
