I have recharged today 275 o[censored]nlimited data paln .BT when I connect to data at that time my all main balance has deducted. N I m not able to contact to costumer care.I don't know why? my number is [protected] n I m on roaming.how can I contact to costumer care.n I m not able to connect data please help me because it held two times with me. So how can I use internet in Vodafone land rent.

    Today again aircel deducted my balance of ₹5 by activating a va's service named ' masti club'. I don't know why this guys deduct the balance every time when i recharge my account. I got the message today i. E. On 7th july on 9:08 pm that i have been subscribed to masti club and my 5₹ balance has been deducted. I want my balance back of both the days dated 4th july and 7th july as soon as possible... And if this happens again i'll surely break the sim and throw it away...

    Today I received the message " Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 13/7/2016.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre."
    But still my deducted balance isn't yet refunded. My total balance deduction was 12₹ out of which 5₹ was deducted on 4th July, 5₹ was deducted on 7th July and 2₹ were deducted on 8th July. Thus I only received the message that my concern has been solved but its not true and I haven't received any refund yet.

    Every time you guys are giving the same reply but not refunding the balance... Since from 7th of July you guys are saying the same thing, forwarding the complaint but its of no use to me... I just want my deducted balance to be refunded back...

      Without my knowledge aircel activated service called "bollywood beauty".
      They charged me 35 rs for this. i did not call to aircel or i did not send any message to aircel to activate this service. as they activated this service with out my permission i am going to take this to telecom authority and consumer court so that huge penalty should be laid to aircel. so that they never do such illegal things in future.

          I have recharged amount of rs.155 full talk time and when i checked the balance after some day then balance was zero.
          I am trying to contact customer care around 50 times but they are not giving any response and disconnect the call.
          Really this is a ridiculous thing and embracing for customer.
          I also suggest to people don't take number of aircel or port in aircel.
          This is a very bad experience and i am going to port from aircel to another network.

                  Dear aircel i have already complained before. My number is [protected]. Balance was continuosly cut from my main balance. Despite complaining so many times. No action was taken. And now i m ver frustrated as i hv lost a lot of money. I just recharged 60 rs. N now my balance is zero. Im very disappointed. U hv not solved the problem yet. I will switch to other mobile services if this continues

                  Post system validation it was found that you had recharge with Rs 60 top up on 08/07/2016 at 14:07 and 49.17 was credited to your account where you had activated PI 22 (75 MB 2G/3G data, 3 days validity) at 14:08 and balance remain Rs 32.18. your browse internet on 08-Jul-2016 at 14:08:16 to 16:13:08 and Rs 32.16 has been deducted from main balance after consuming the data balance. Hence charged found correct. Please dial *129*125# (toll free) to check the data balance.

                    My mobile no is :[protected], today (06/07/2016) while checking my balance by 9.20 pm i found that balance as 0.00 but before that i had a balance around rs 250.00. i didn't get any notification or message from aircel, that for what reason they took amount, so immediately i called to 198 (customer service) but i didn't get any proper reply from them and they said that we can't refund your amount and it may deducted for using of gprs, but i have not used anything in gprs and i didn't even get any message during that time (like whats app, mail). i had a balance data as well.

                      I Purchased Aircel Sim in jun 2015 ([protected])Maharashtra.
                      One day in approx aug to nov 2015 I recieved call from Music connect services, I answered I am not interested.
                      Thereafter Aircel activate Music Connect on my number.
                      From last 8-9 month Aircel charge Rs. 30 per month.
                      I lossed my 290 Rs. for such stupied services.
                      I call customer care 5-6 times in last 7 month, he answered deactivated serice.
                      In next month again I received message for Rs. 30.

                      Now I frustrated and take decision to portable my number to other services.

                      Please reply If you have any value for customer.

                      Any message received upon deduction: yes renewed Music connect for one month

                      And Not found any activated services this is main issue, I listen this 7-8 times from your customer support and 9th time from you. But my amount Rs. 30 is deducted in every month regularly very smoothly.
                      You can find where is and why amount is deducted from account in each month.

                      If you not able to find in this month then I will switch this number to any other service provider, because it is your job to find solution for this issue.

                            I recharged rs 123. As informed every night i would get 500mb high speed data. But this survice stoped after a single night.
                            198 complain number doest.pickup calls from d particupar number.
                            My money is being wasted and that bothers me too much. please kindly look upon this matter.
                            i was informed that it has a validity of 14 days.But it worked only for a single day

                            Rs.9/- Balance is being deducted daily for PI9. even after sending stop sms, even after entering deactivating code, balance is being deducted.
                            Could not connect to Customer care as the phone is continuously not connecting even after waiting for more than 10minutes.

                              Hello sir..
                              Subject: illegal balance deduction.
                              I am alok kumar singh, aircel consumer, my number is [protected].
                              I have a problem related to vas caller tune. I deactivated my caller tune service on dated 03/07/2016 to call a number 155223 at approx 2 pm. I also got a massage from same number, that request to deactivate dialer tune has been received.
                              But today (04/07/2016) at 1:15 am it has been renewed again for 30 days.
                              I also talk to customer care executive, but they refused me to help on this matter.
                              My concern is please take immediate action to resolve my problem, and also refund my deducted balance.
                              I am waiting for your response. Thanks...

                                Hello Sir/Mam
                                This is to inform you today (04/07/2016) i received a text message regarding data pack recharge. The message was to get 1GB 2g data in only 58 rupees for 28 days. I made a recharge of 58 rupees. After half an hour i received a message from company's number that "Your recharge is successful, You have received US /[protected]@!p/sec for 24000sec, @3p/sec beyond24000 sec. val-30 days". I had word with their executive regarding this mistake, but they told me that the company is not responsible for this issue.
                                So please help me to resolve this issue. I want that company provide me this offer with same charges. Company will have to pay, because its all their faults. Screenshots of that text message and Etopup details are as follows.

                                No, I haven't received the correct benefits.1GB 2G data hasn't been activated yet. ISD tariff has been activated on my number which i already mentioned with screenshots. For your kind information I don't want ISD tariff. I want 1GB data which was mention in that text message which was sent by AIRCEL.
                                So request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible without wasting my time and don't make a fool to your customers in future.

                                Could you please explain me which offer has been activated on my number? I received a text message in which nothing is mentioned that which offer is activated, only "your concern as per reference number[protected] has been resolved" was written on that text message. I tried 5 times to connect with your customer care executive, but i couldn't.

                                  I have recharged rate cutter for Rs.61/- on[protected] vide recharge ref no.KO80135684111465981111979 and KO80135684111465981358792 and transaction no GCMP[protected] and GCMP[protected] respectively at 14.29.40 and 14.33.50 hrs respectively first transaction on computer does not showed me as CONFIRMED so i again recharged for second time but deducted amount through credit card after my second transaction then i lodged my complaint on same day and you sent me a sms on[protected] that my problem has been resolved but till date i have not received back my money or my expiry date has not been extended you can also send me reply through my e mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in my mobile no is [protected]

                                    I bough an aircel sim in hyderabad by 26 th june.I faced so many problems in activation and first recharge.Finally i would have been done on 3 rd july. But I recharged 15 rupees for my aircel sim([protected]) using aircel.com before my first recharge.But it was not get credited in my account.But my bank balance was deducted.Take a necessary step to resolve this issue.

                                      I am using Aircel from many years every time when I recharge the company deducts my balance without any reasons. This has happened many a times before almost at every recharge. Hence I haven't recharged my account since from many days. Just now I took talk time of ₹5 from another number through balance share and within a couple of seconds the balance (5₹) got deducted. My net pack was active from many days but still the net wasn't working from last 10 days. So to maintain the balance I took the balance of ₹5 which these people deducted immediately. I just want my deducted balance immediately. My net pack is still valid ( under validity period) and still the net is not working and the balance also got deducted...

                                      We've checked and found that Rs. 5/- has been deducted for Nazara pack & it was activated via WAP link internet mode.

                                      Now all service has been deactivated. If any deduction found please call 198 TF number for refund with 24 hrs.

                                      Today I received the message " Dear Customer, your concern as per reference number 1-[protected] has been resolved on 13/7/2016.In case you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may raise an appeal within 30 days through email/facsimile/post/call centre."
                                      But still my deducted balance isn't yet refunded. My total balance deduction was 12₹ out of which 5₹ was deducted on 4th July, 5₹ was deducted on 7th July and 2₹ were deducted on 8th July. Thus I only received the message that my concern has been solved but its not true and I haven't received any refund yet.

                                      Every time you guys are giving the same reply but not refunding the balance... Since from 4th of July you guys are saying the same thing, forwarding the complaint but its of no use to me... I just want my deducted balance to be refunded back...

                                        I got msg in morning where written I hav charged 20 rs. For smthng bull activation called club masti or smthing bt I haven't activated that service so I complaint via call 2 aircel Customer care he also same replied tht u hav activated tht service, i told them 2 deactivate it he done bt my bal. Hasn't cm and whn I told him to I hav 2 port my no. He told me to go gallery ..
                                        So I want to say pls don't activate such thing to make people fool This is worst service I got from u so I quit this no. I am very excuse if I hurt co. Repotation
