My no is [protected].I have been using this no since last 9years. Recently, I noticed that i couldn't send sms. I called customer service numerous times but it was of no avail. They just say that it will be solved in an hour and when I asked about the problem they simply say that my messaging was locked. I don't know what they are talking of and why they have blocked. On top of that when I call customer service I could not hear their voice as the background music like of a tv sounds loud and irritating. Please do try to solve the problem at the earliest.

After registering complain with you they have contact me from no +91 7399099898. They have tried but could not solve the problem. So, after two days, again i have raised a complaint through you. Then they have contact me with the same no mentioned above followed by Technical assistant(as per Aircel) no +91 9804199968. Alas, after a whole day they have finally resolved the problem and i could send sms happily.
