My no is [protected] I facing a problem of money deduction from my balance.
Your company purposely active any kind of value edit service on my cell no this is happening from last two weeks i am feed up of this problem your company deducted my 300 rs in last two weeks, and if I am trying to complaint on customer care no one is receiving phone and didn't find any solution but money is cutting is continues going on,
And when I want to call in emergency I see zero bal in my mobile ... I[censored] guys can't give proper services then plz don't do money zhool ...
And I want to tell u your c c service is worst then reliance .. I[censored] give this kind of service how the customer will satisfy??????
I'm going to submit my complaint pl provide proper services and reply on my complaint, , , , otherwise me and my 500 colleagues will band ur company service and go for other company, , ,
this is did before also with reliance because of company's worst CC service.
So satisfy your customer and CARE for them, CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE don't only give name you should care for them coz we are paying service tax on every recharge.

I'm complaining aircel about my aircel internet. they just give a msg to me with a date. after the date they msg me that my problem is solved. I'm complained too many times but they are actually do nothing. If they are not responding to customer, why they are opened customer care help?? I'm getting tired by complaining to them. Useless company.

        My no is [protected].I have been using this no since last 9years. Recently, I noticed that i couldn't send sms. I called customer service numerous times but it was of no avail. They just say that it will be solved in an hour and when I asked about the problem they simply say that my messaging was locked. I don't know what they are talking of and why they have blocked. On top of that when I call customer service I could not hear their voice as the background music like of a tv sounds loud and irritating. Please do try to solve the problem at the earliest.

        Thanks Indian Consumer complaints forum. It could not have been possible without your help. After registering complain with you they have contact me from no +91 7399099898. They have tried but could not solve the problem. So, after two days, again i have raised a complaint through you. Then they have contact me with the same no mentioned above followed by Technical assistant(as per Aircel) no +91 9804199968. Alas, after a whole day they have finally resolved the problem and i could send sms happily. Thanks again.

          I am having a cell number [protected] who's bill was pending from last three months.I admit that I have not paid the bill.But this is way Aircel people collect money bill from customer by abusing them . I got a call from your mount road branch from Sureh but cell number is [protected] but the number belongs to Mahesh 2. I have the entire call recordings when ever you want I can sent them .If the action against Mahesh not taken within 24hr I will file a case on consumer forum. I will definitely going to pay the bill but as I have the recordings it will enough to file case against AIRCEL and I mean it 24 hrs I need the action to be taken .

            I am one of your valued lifetime customer. But certain things (which i have written below) makes me to come out of your network.

            My corporate plan is 325, but i'm getting my outstanding amount is 577,
            due to value added services, but i didn't added that services, whenever i opened internet from my mobile, messages are coming like you added this service and that service ...I'm fed up this services.

            Sincerely I'm requesting to stop all services, and my last due date is[protected], but you guys are disconnected my outgoing call access.

You have been charged Rs.215/- & Rs.260/- in the two bills that have got generated. Now, no VAS service is activated on your number.               Dear Sir,

              I have Recharged the amount of Rs. 18/- on 26.06.16 . That recharge voucher said that all local and national calls at at rs. 25p/min for 28 days. after that you are charging rs. 1.6p/sec.
              then have given complain given twice but their is no availability of rate cutter .This is not only first time to me, it has repeated many times in various recharges in the rate cutters.


              Please some action against this . otherwise return the money which i was paid.

                Hello, I have been facing the problem with the signal coverage. And iam losing many of my calls daily. If I don't get any calls for about 30mins or else I don't use it, the coverage goes off and shows either emergency calls or no service. I have been facing this issue since 20 days. The only thing I could do is that either i should switch it into airplane mode and then to normal or restart my phone. But it doesn't resolve the issue. The signals will be available for about 10-20 secs and then the same thing happens. What do I do now?
                If I'll be facing this problem then I will be getting ported to another network.

                    with very disappointment, i am writing this complaint regarding my account balance.I recharged my Number ([protected]) with 80 Rs., after that i have taken a recharge of Rs.53 for AIRCEL GPRS for net recharge on the same day. and checked there is Rs.27.01 balance.After that i have not called to anyone and all my balance was showing NIl i.e.Rs.0. I am calling the customer care from morning (01/07/2016) but the line was always busy.I want my balance back and the details about the deduction done in it as i have not taken any extra services.

                      My sim card ([protected]) is activated but the initial balance is not recharged. The retailer told me that once my sim card get activated means 45 rupees will be recharged.. But till i did not get any amount. And further i recharged rupees 15 its also not get recharged. When i am trying to call someone it shows that your prepaid account has expired. Please take an necessary steps to resolve this issue.

                        Mailed regarding a text received of the plan change on 29th jun 2016, today 1st july got a call from mr. ajith, his response was the worst ever i have experienced. he called spoke in a harsh manner that (it is mandatory for everyone its not only for you) i used the word 'why the hell its changed without my concern' he raised his voice to his peak and said "mind your words" is that a professional talk of a customer support who trained him so, i got tensed up and started to say i will port the network, he said you can do and disconnected the call. so aircel doesnt wants its tenure customer and wants to loose them. note that along with me you'll loose several numbers along with a number i purchased before few months. today morning a saw airtel's hoardings wow great i appreciate them they made a wording that is "dont choose us join us" really awesome it is. note this aircel will port my network to airtel only. you have to process my port soon if you delay make a clear note that i will send a sue note for troubling me with faulty product.

You have been charged Rs 49 for 15 days" I don't know what's happening. Also deactivated the service today morning by myself. However not yet get back the amount.
                            So, Please arrange to get back the amount as early as possible in my main balance.

                              The company has fraudly charged me rs.35 for some bollywood blockbuster hence i want refund for the same, i got message that it has been activated at 7:08 a. m. on 01/06/2016. the same issue occurred 6-8 months ago and now they have repeated it again! hence i want my refund back for the fraudly charged amount. the plan was activated automatically without my knowledge and concern!

                                I have called to customer care thrice they told me that your complaint has been taken and your no will be blocked within 24 hrs. But after 72 hrs the same has not been blocked till date.
