    I bought a aircel sim card ([protected]) in Hyderabad by giving 200 rupees.The retailer told me that initial balance of 45 rupees recharged.it get activated on 28 th June 2016.but when I tried to make a call it shows ur prepaid sim expired and 0 balance.i have tried to call aircel customer complaint number for more than 200 times.but they did not pick my call.it sees to busy busy busy.very bad consumer service of aircel.i an worrying for buying aircel sim.here after I never buy aircel sim.and I never allow my friends and family members to buy this aircel .Try to resolve this problem.

      My main account balance has been automatic deduct what is tha reason I don't know its very bad service I think I will change my Sim card i[censored] don't return my balance.I don't like this type of service.kindly refund my balance otherwise I will change my network.           I am a consumer of aircel and my no. Is [protected]. No. Of calls are being received frequently from aircel to subscribe so many paid services, not only this they are subscribing paid services without confirmation/permission and deduct the money from balance. Which is very disturbing and including financial loss too.

              I am very upset with aircel's customer service, they are never ready to help their customers rather blame them for unreasonable balance deductions, their network is very weak and calls cut after ever 2-3 mins automatically, recharge done but not applicable for hours, unnecessary advertising in between calls which delays important calls without any reason, network strength always weak and disturbances during calls.

              I would like to complaint about their bad service and sincerely request you to let their higher authorities reach this complaint. I would look forward to a major improvement in their network service.

                  On [protected], the Bill for Last Month is showing Rs 292 against Roaming which is quite high and disproportionate. If you do not have services in Haryana and bill due to other service vendors you use, it is important to see that customer is aware of the fact and it is flawless. Neither I was aware nor their was connection during that time and bill for few hours for trial for Google Map should not be such a high amount. Kindly reverse it and do the needful.

                    On 23 may after recharging my number [protected] with 123 rs. For 500 mb data pack aircel is deducting continuously from my main balance for data usage. Though i received the confirmation message stating that 3g services are activated on your number i am being charged. I filed a complaint after so many calls at customer care with complaint number 1-[protected] and i was told that it will be resolved within 24 hours along with waiver o[censored]nfair balance deduction. Now on 24 may i received message stating that my complaint is resolved but still i am being charged for data service from my main balance. Pathetic service. Even by aircel social team it was registered again with complaint no. 1-[protected] but not resolved yet. I want my data pack that i paid rs. 123 for 500 mb, along with my balance which was deducted. I dont remember the exact amount which was deducted as it was deducted in various slots but the total amount deducted was around 100 rs. I have not yet received my data of 500 mb and if i switch on internet connection i am being charged. Now they said they changed the plan.. That too got changed on 26 may and i recharged on 23 may. How come i did not get the old benefit..In fact nothing.. Its been more than 20 days for this complaint and they neither gave me any waiver.. Nor a solution.. Worst service even by social care team

                            I am muthukumar from ambattur, chennai. I changed my mobile network in april from vodafone to aircel. Submited my documents in ambattur aircel showroom while doing the mnp.

                            My mobile number is [protected], connection in the name of muthukumar, using prepaid connection.

                            Mobile number was verified by aircel verification team and we got the aircel network by using the aircel sim.

                            The problem is while i tried to do online recharge to the above mentioned mobile number, it say please enter a 10 digit valid aircel number and in another online recharge screen it displays 'below selected circle is not configured in web recharge" i tried selecting chennai and tamilnadu circles.

                            On my first visit to ambattur showroom for this issue they said that profile is not updated in crm and they have emailed a computer screen shot to the backend team to change the profile, this happened in first week of june and the customer support person asked to check in the web if not happened after a week come and meet her without taking a tokern but on my second visit after a week ambattur showroom the same female bluffed saying she never told any one to come and contact her directly without taking token (I have waited there on the second visit to let her finish the pervious customer issue who is in the desk), customer support team is not supporting in solving this issue and very rude to me. I twice recharged this number for rs.55/- on counter recharge/easy recharge o aircel network.

                            When i reach customer care to find out a solution they said this is not a aircel numebr. I tried reaching chennai appellate number [protected] but no one answered the call. I tried another appellate number [protected] they ask me to call the chennai appellate number.

                            Kindly help me to solve this network issue and recharging issue.

                                I am using aircel postpaid in past 1Year.
                                I have submit the proof on 6Months Before reason of Prepaid migration. they are taken my proof. But they are not raise prepaid request yet.when i am contact The aircel store they are speak badly. I thing they are misbehave my proof. Please help me to change postpaid to Prepaid Connection

                                    I used aircel postpaid connection for while.. On january i'm supposed to leave tamilnadu, on that time i enquired aircel customer care about roaming but they replied like "we are having aircel in cochin also so no charges applicable for roaming you can use there like that...". Then i carry forward my sim card to there and use it but i didn't get proper coverage so i used my alternate number. Finally i got a bill with 8807 rupees and i was shocked. Iwas unable to pay that and the customer care people called my contacts (Mom, brother, colleague) and threatened to pay the bill.. They scared and informed me. They not even tried to call my alternate number or no one contacted me in my address. After that i called to that particular number, they offered and gave a waviour concession on bill. They informed to pay rs.5000 and i immediately paid that also (On 8th june).
                                    Now they again called, i mean after one month now they again called and shouting like anything to pay the remaining amount. They are using unparlimentary words and improper slang. Im in huge mental torcher and mental trauma. Those ladies names are meena and ramya as they said. What is my point why they are giving wrong info about roaming, then how they are supposed to access my contacts, then why they offered me the waviour, now they are saying like it is not sanctioned. Is this is my fault. They are reapetedly calling my contacts and scolding them. After my payment of that amount. Please save me from this issue. That mobile numbers which i received are ([protected], [protected]). How can they access my personal contact and how they gave the info about roaming and offering waviour.
                                    Please step forward to this. I'll try to forward this to trai.

                                    Im getting calls now again and again also they are saying like ..."I'm going to call to your would be and family" .Now they are calling to my contacts.Its intolerable.please carry over this .They are speaking so badly.For those behaviour and talks i can rise a legal notice on those person.I'm going mad on this issue. Pls help over on this.I shared my numbers to your mail id .my aircel number is [protected].Those numbers are [protected], [protected]

                                      Hii its arpit here. And i m here for complaining against the aircel service. The company use to make unauthorized charges and also it adds a vas pack and deduct the amount which remains in the phone. Since last 1 month they have deducted approx. 60 rupees of mine making unathourised charges. And now today again they have added a vas likes - masti mall pack music download pack etc. Without my subscription and the customer cares are also not recieving the calls...!!

                                        I have choose one day rate cutter by dialing ussd mode for a single day but after that its auto renewal my services again and did not given any deactivation information. i want to know that how to cancel this and while i complaint to customer center he behaves like he sleepy.and after that my line has been closed and i am unable to contact them.please help otherwise i wind up my sim.
