I used aircel postpaid connection for while.. On january i'm supposed to leave tamilnadu, on that time i enquired aircel customer care about roaming but they replied like "we are having aircel in cochin also so no charges applicable for roaming you can use there like that...". Then i carry forward my sim card to there and use it but i didn't get proper coverage so i used my alternate number. Finally i got a bill with 8807 rupees and i was shocked. Iwas unable to pay that and the customer care people called my contacts (Mom, brother, colleague) and threatened to pay the bill.. They scared and informed me. They not even tried to call my alternate number or no one contacted me in my address. After that i called to that particular number, they offered and gave a waviour concession on bill. They informed to pay rs.5000 and i immediately paid that also (On 8th june).
Now they again called, i mean after one month now they again called and shouting like anything to pay the remaining amount. They are using unparlimentary words and improper slang. Im in huge mental torcher and mental trauma. Those ladies names are meena and ramya as they said. What is my point why they are giving wrong info about roaming, then how they are supposed to access my contacts, then why they offered me the waviour, now they are saying like it is not sanctioned. Is this is my fault. They are reapetedly calling my contacts and scolding them. After my payment of that amount. Please save me from this issue. That mobile numbers which i received are ([protected], [protected]). How can they access my personal contact and how they gave the info about roaming and offering waviour.

Updated by kiruba1724 Im getting calls now again and again also they are saying like ..."I'm going to call to your would be and family" .Now they are calling to my contacts.Its intolerable.please carry over this .They are speaking so badly.For those behaviour and talks i can rise a legal notice on those person.I'm going mad on this issue. Pls help over on this.I shared my numbers to your mail id .my aircel number is [protected].Those numbers are [protected], [protected]
