Hi,
This is Saurabh. Aircel UPEDECPI9 service was started on my number from 20th June till and has siphoned all my balance by deducting 9/- per day.
I need all my money back and do not want any service to be activated without my consent.
The 155223 number is also useless. It always ask to press an option without giving list of options.

    Myself deepak and my aircel number is [protected]. From last 10 days in every 2/3 days rs5/ is deducting from my mobile balance. Suddenly a service message came informing that your last sms costs rs5/, i have no idea what kind of service that is. I called the costumer care so many times no results. They told me to call 155223 any service will deactivate but it says you have no service activated.
    Please sir already 20 rupees deducted from my balance. I only want my money back any deactivate that service i have no idea. Please sir.

    We have checked and found that you had sent an ISD SMS on 23rd & 26th Jun’16 for which you have been charged Rs. 5-/ for each SMS. Hence, the charges are found correct and no waiver applicable for the same.

      Hello, this is priyanka kannauji and my no. Is [protected]. I am really very dissatisfied with the services of aircel. The company should either improve the service or shut down its network. Everytime i browse internet, some aircel service appears on the screen for subscription with option "yes" and "back". As i think i am an educated person, i close the link immediately without pressing the option "yes". Despite this, i received message reading

      Your request for subscription to aircel deals could not be completed. To complete your subscription please click on http://202.148.207.245:9093/api/ccg? Refid=[protected]

      And then i did not click on the link, still the second message came reading

      Dear subscriber. You have been subscribed to juiceup weekly. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service.

      Immediately i called the customer care executive at 16:00 on 25/06/2016

      And what she said "bina aapke kuch kiye service activate nahi hoti". And then i said this happens often after which she replied "to hum kya karein".
      I angrily said "main no. Surrender kar dungi" and then reply of that madam was "kar dijiye aur ab phone rakhiye". This has not happened for the first time. The male staff in the customer service uses abusive language.

      This is the kind of training aircel provides to its customer care executives. Look at the service of vodafone.

        Without any conformation sms or without any activation of plan aproxx 10 rupees has been deducted from mobile number [protected] and after this calling to customer care they told sms pack is active on your number but as i described earlier no sms recived that conforms the activation of plan and also i had not activated such type of plan. Now, they are not refunding my money.

          I Recharged my Number ([protected]) with The Fallowing Tarrifs(75+ 34) and i received the balance as promised and suddenly today noon it shown to 34 and the rest was deducted to a service which i dint asked for and i called the customer care and a lady picked up and juggled to 128 ans she told me people are busy and asked me to try to other number as i dont have balance i would like to know what happen to the balance which suppose to have 65 even if you didnt 34 has to be there and with out giving proper explanation she disconnected with out my concern and this type of behavior is not at all acceptable if i dont here back from you by Monday i will pus this to Consumer forum and file complaint with out diligence...

            Sir,
            i want to refund money without any reason, MY aircel number is [protected]. And my complaint is that every time i recharge to start deducted my balance 5 rs, 2rs 8rs, 1.5 rs etc but 20 june 2016 i.m talking costumer executive after 14-15 time try to call but he say our network not proper working, so can call back after 4 hr, after 6 hr executive not talking my call.and 21 june 2016 to receive my call after 8-10 time call and confm with executive not any unnecessary service at time in my number then small recharge with 10rs but also yesterday to deducted 5rs .
            so i.m totally dis-pointing and cheap service, worthless service, and access with my mind .if not refund my balance at last destroy all sim card me and our family member also suggested our friend buycott aircel.

                I am using aircel postpaid number, and due to their bad service and poor customer support team. I applied for migration from postpaid to prepaid. Therefore I visited the aircel store and submitted my documents and paid the dues amount on 22nd june 2016. They told me that your sevice will done in next 7 working days.Then on 23rd june 2016, I got a call from aircel team regarding my service. The aircel representative was continuously speaking in tamil and I don't know tamil so I request her to please speak in english or hindi. But she don't know anything and she disconnected my call after 45sec. Then on same day in night I got got a message that your service request has been resolved.So I enquired with 198 team and they told me that sir still you are in postpaid and your request has been closed because their team unable to contact me.And he told me to visit the store again and do the same process.The whole team of aircel contain fake guys who don't know anything except making their customers fool. I am not going to visit that store again because I am not your servant. I paid all my dues so its your job to migrate me from postpaid to prepaid.Just because of your services you are legging far behind in the competetion.

                  Sir/Madam,

                  With reference to the subject cited above, I have been using the prepaid Aircel No. [protected] for many months. But from the last 2-3 days my net balance has been deducting abruptly without any reason. I have not downloaded any heavy file. I have also tried to reach the customer care for this issue but there is no response from their end regarding the reason for deduction. This type of service provided by Aircel is really not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter and requesting you to refund my net balance amount and do the needful as the earliest.

                    Herewith I Dr. Satheesh Naik S J would like to lodge a complaint against Aircel up east for deduction of money by activating UPEDECPI9 without my consent. I been with Aircel since from last one year literally am Fed up with their service. From my experience of last one year I see Aircel is number one in hopeless list. It deducts account balance without any information and doesn't provide any service for deduction. Since from last 6 days I have lost 54 rupees due to their useless activation o[censored]PEDECPI9 service.. I can say in other term it is a big crime on believermm/ customer. my Aircel number is [protected]. Finally I have no way other than requesting them in spite they do all sorts of nonsense... so Kindly help me out to get back my money in my recharge account...

                      My name is lokkesh I am using Aircel past three years and also I am travelling to Banglore in year 30 times. When I am travelling outside automatically the network will be changed to another network till now. I will receive bill nearly 2000 to 2500. Now I had stayed in Banglore 7 days they charged 30000 bill payment to be paid I asked in customer care why like huge bill came to me they are telling u had used data so only we charged. Their response not happy to me. Pls help in this matter to clear this I need this number to continue my business.now they had cut outcall also no one responding to hear my problem I never used their network I had used Airtel 4G only in banglore

                      We've checked and found that the number has been latched on to non Aircel network i.e. TATA Karnataka, India; VODAFONE Andhra Pradesh, India & VODAFONE Karnataka, India and consumed 2.35 GB data. Hence. amount of Rs. 26844/- with tax has been charged as per the base rate of 10P/10KB. Hence, the charges found are correct and we won't be able to post any adjustment in this regard.

                        I recharged my aircel prepaid ([protected]) account on 23 June @ 8.52 PM. My transaction no is : CHR[protected] and my new balance will be Rs.40.48. After a while @ 9.36 PM on 23rd june I recieved a text message that : " Thank you for choosing Glamour Zone 75 at Rs 35.0. You have been charged Rs 35.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 "

                        I also did sent the text message STOP to 155223. In return I got this : " You are not subscribed to any vas service. "

                        I have been charger Rs.35..now I am having Rs.5 in my account..I did not activated any of these things. Kindly please refund my money. Thank you

                        But still the deactivation service said that None of the pack is activated for your account..what does it means ?? If I activated that by clicking the links then that deactivation service portal should have known this and My aircel website too doesn't know anything about this..

                          From the last few months aircel company activated vas service on my aircel prepaid mobile number ([protected]). I have got huge sms on my mobile and a huge balance is deducted from my mobile number ([protected]). But when i ask for any vas service on the vas deactivation number (155223) it did not respond anything. Since last 3 days i have been trying to contact with customer complaint number (198) but they always treated me wrong or provide me false information. Their service is too much bad, and they did not cooperate with my complaint. They harassing me by their negligence.

                          As per system Validation, it was found that amount of INR 15 deducted for CONTCRIC service on[protected] to[protected].
                          You are eligible for waiver of INR 15 for CONTCRIC service hence INR 15 have been posted in your account on[protected]….Raju das & As per system Validation, it was found that amount of INR 65 deducted for CONTCRIC service on[protected] to[protected].you are not eligible for a waiver of INR 65 for CONTCRIC service due to your complain about waiver beyond 96 hrs of deduction.

                            i am brijesh Kumawat my Mobile no [protected] aircel company
                            My balance deducted for caller tune charge which not active on my no. And already complaint against this issue
                            Recent today i call customer care before Recharge
                            That " sir please tell me any service action or not active on my no. I want Recharge my no. And i am not take any loss or deduction any of vas & other deduction/charge. So please tell me can I recharge my Mobile no. And if any of deduction than liable aircel company than aircel costumeer executive says that i can Recharge not any of charge deduct from my account
                            And when i am sure that not deduct any balance than my account Recharge from value 150 full tacktime.
                            But just now balance have 114 rs deducted balance 36 rs
                            Please generate a complaint and refund my balance i am not liable for this
                            I have attachment of recording of talking for supportand understand my problem and please refund my balance.
                            I am in trouble and problem
                            Please help me against this issue urgently

                                I recharged my number [protected] with 122 for 500 mb 3g data on 19th june.. But after couple of day my 3g services stopped working. I am unable to connect to aircel 3g network.. I tried everything starting from swiching my phone off and on, network setting only wcdma and searched to select aircel3g or reliance but it says "unable to connect please try later". The as always aircel pathetic customer care is keep on disconnecting the call and not taking my complaint. This is my 2nd complaint within 1 month time. The previous one still not resolved. Let me see what formality aircel social care team does this time. Thinking to port.

                                  Description of incident:
                                  This is the third time I am facing the same incident. I have complained the customer care for three times now reporting that Rs.26 SMS pack is automatically renewing itself please stop it or tell me the way to stop it. But, they told their is a way to stop it just send SMS "STOP" to some number then the pack will stop auto renewal. But it didn't work. Again I called them and they told there in no value added services on this number. But, still this thing is happening.

                                  Next thing is the rude behaviour of customer executive. They need to train them properly how to behave with customers. I think Aircel is robbing their customers and all are included in this plan.

                                  Now I want my Rs. 26 in return to my aircel number as soon as possible. I am unemployed and every penny worth like millions to me. I will kindly request the authorities to track down the cause and return or refund my money as soon as possible. Thanking You

                                    Why there is no 3g connection in the most technically advanced region in hyderabad. I work for wipro, gachibowli, hyderabad. But when i come to office. I find no network here. Or if by any chance it is there then 3g connection wont be available. Please lok into this matter seriously. Its creating a lot of problem. Otherwise i will have to look into porting my number into airtel.

                                      While surfing internet i was charged rs 35. I called the customer care and told him to refund my balance against the unnecessary deduction.                                         I am having a aircel number more than 7 years. I have already activated dnd service. 13 june 2016 without my knowledge the company activated fun tv an later renewed the subscription. Since i never like this bluddy things and the aircel pupil have taken money from my account for the second time. Immediately deactivate fun tv subscription and return the money to my account. My cell number is [protected]. The money which aircel taken is rs.70 and also activate dnd.
