I am Dilliprasad, using Aircel service from last 4 years . Today Rs 39, was debited from my account .
I was not activated any rate cutters .
Due to this issue, I was called to customer care services (Aircel ), name kuggan ( tamil person ).
He told that re -fund of money is not possible, if need stop the Aircel service.
Some times automatically money was debiting from my account.
For this issue, my money ( Rs 39) is not refund, am going to change the network.
Please take nesscary action.
