i have to inform you that from last 3 month I’m facing problem with AIRCEL without any services my Balance deduction (40rs) even from last 5days I’m giving complaint this is my Complaint number ( [protected]) i think you complaint number is just for name about my problem no one is there to Resolved my problem even I’m calling customer care they are talking very rude for you reference I’m attach some voice clip because I don’t like your service any more kindly let me know how to do portability my number.
Even now I’m going to post this voice clips on facebook or all kind of social networking sites

    I activated night pack of 9 rs (500mb3g 1-6am) using *121*090# on[protected] and on 25-3-16 . but only 50 MB is credited both times
    The first time it happened I called customer care they were not helpful and blocked me for 4-5 days after which they say validity is over we can't help.. I was desperate and recharged again using same code *121" 090# and clearly taken screenshot saying 500 MB 3g but got only 50 MB credited .. It's definitely an error or fault from your side ... If money not refunded (18 rs or 1gb 3g data) I should move to other network ..I called customer care 3 times and got blocked..fraudulent service they tell me they are forwarding my call but instead disconnected it...

      I m Abhishek from Lucknow. I want to complaint here of my Aircel service provider my Aircel up east prepaid no. is [protected]. I have became fed up by Aircel as it start services on it's own without any consent and deducts Balance. early morning Aircel started UPEDECPI9 on it's own without any consent. I don't know what hell was this as neither I was credited any voice balance nor net balance and I didn't received any benefit of this service that too when I had not given any consent for activation of any service nor have I received any call regarding activation of such service. Please help me return my balance and give a notice to Aircel to stop doing such nuisance again and again to me.

        I have used aircel postpaid still now.I wish to change from postpaid to prepaid but aircel distributors cant do to it.I am struggling to them(A r communication, perundurai) for last 4 months but they are respond it.So i am decided porting to another network but it cant changed . Lot of distressed happened to me.Please rectify those problems as soon as possible.

          I am Dilliprasad, using Aircel service from last 4 years . Today Rs 39, was debited from my account .
          I was not activated any rate cutters .
          Due to this issue, I was called to customer care services (Aircel ), name kuggan ( tamil person ).
          He told that re -fund of money is not possible, if need stop the Aircel service.
          Some times automatically money was debiting from my account.
          For this issue, my money ( Rs 39) is not refund, am going to change the network.
          Please take nesscary action.

              Dear Sir I am really annoyed by my service provider Aircel for activating unwanted services without any authorisation from me .Today I had 84rs in my account. All of a sudden a message saying Thanks for subscribing to xyz service received to by me and an amont of 50 rs had been deducted .I called customer service of aircel and they say that when you use internet such services gets activated.there should be proper authorisation from user to get such services activated and deduct the amount, it has happened a several times and I want the issue to be resolved and I want my money to be reimbursed back thank you.

                Sir my complaint id is1248509 which was created on 17 mar regarding my aircel no [protected].after recipient receiveing the complaint they I got message from aircel that they have solve the problem but what they decided they didn't say. I tried many times to contact customer care they didn't receive the call. Another thing whenever I top up my aircel no they deduct the full balance . I checked if any vas is activated but no any service is activated although they are deducting money from account. Recently I recharged on 21st march and the whole balance gone where I didn't understand. When I try to call customer service they didn't receive.pl help and take necessary action.

                  So yeah, I'm getting real tired of listening to Aircel promotional ads everytime I make a call (literally everytime). Called to the customer care number and the lady shouted at me saying that can't be fixed. I know people who use Aircel and they're annoyed as well. What I don't get is, why should Aircel advertise to its own consumers about its services? We already know everything about it. Anyway, if it isn't fixed soon, Aircel will lose many of its customers. If anybody from Aircel reads this, do something fast. You don't have much time before we port to a different network. We don't mind paying more.

                      Why you people have become robbers?
                      My money is getting deducted everytime. Your customer care never ever has the data and says to call back later. You people are totally fools. 0 customer service.
                      My mobile number is [protected]. 4 days ago my 10rs got deducted. Its like pehle chor chota haath marta hai then bada hath. First 3-5rs used to get deducted then one day 10rs got deducted. And later on small amount. You customer care no is unreachable. You people just make keep us on hold and disconnect the call.
                      I will spead the word of you air(chor) company so that people stay away from this company. I will port out soon if my balance isn't refunded. Also i'll make sure you lose customers. I'll spread it on social sites.

                      As per your email, we would like to inform you that there is no such balance deduction found of Rs.10 for any VAS service on the above mentioned number in last 45 days. Last recharge done was on 23rd Mar’16 of Rs.110 and current main balance is of Rs.47.96 hence total Rs.62.04 amount was deducted for making outgoing calls.

                      Hence the normal balance is getting deducted for making outgoing calls which is correct and accurate as per the usage done. Further we apologize it would not be possible to provide any credit towards the same.

                      Tried calling on the above mentioned number but no one was responding.

                          Aircel — two times Automatic balance deducted
                          First on Mar 21, 2016 ;
                          Rs. 99 and second on March 24;2016 Rs. 60 deducted wrongly from my a/c.
                          First deduction compaint no is 1-[protected] Dated March 22; After complaining no response.right now they blocked my calls, If this not resolve I don't want to continue Aircel. I will wait for your valuable feedback.

                          On 21 March I received one SMS from company " Thanks for using Aircel Service" it deducted Rs 99 then I called to Customer care .they told me we shall revert you in 48 hrs .but till now didn't got.
                          It happend Ones again on 24 March with around Rs 60 .and when i called them they are not responding till now.
                          Yesterday also they deduct my remaining balance "Thank you for choosing Masti Club at 5.0. You have been charged INR 5.0 for 1 days. To STOP SMS STOP to 155223" and now I'm frusted with this policy, I didn't applied for any services. Now I shall not start any service before revert all my talktime .

                            I tried *121*01# to deactivate but that is not deactivate. Now l tried *121*0001# to deactivate, it is worked. I successfully deactivated. But check whether it is deactivated, if it is not then please deactivate. Thank You.

                                    I have an aircel number [protected] which i bought when i was in my previous company 3 years ago. I was in a cug plan then. After i moved, i have asked them to stop charging me for cug quite a few times. They haven't done it yet.. So for the past 3 years i have been giving them cug charges which is rs.28.65 including all taxes. My older plan supported unlimited 2g. I switched my plan recently which supports 500mb of 3g data after which it falls back to unlimited 2g. Honestly i never use their bandwidth as it is terribly slow and the number is with my mom (She doesn't know how to even make calls properly). This time interestingly they have added additional charges of rs.77 just for 2g - for whatever reason. I know you will keep fining me for the dirty you guys do if i protest by delaying my payment. I want everyone to know how big of you guys are for cheating a customer for 3 years with your cug charges and now increasing the same rip off...

                                    [protected] is my number that i actively use... Don't call the other aircel number, give me a call and i will deal with you the way you're supposed to be dealt with...

                                      I am facing with money refunding...so, i am trying to talk to customer care since 3 days, but i am not able to connect .it saying that heavy traffic unable to connect.

                                        I did recharge of net pack yesterday. I got 25 mb less data. I got this continuous from 3 times but I ignored this. This time I call the customer care, they said I will get this 25 mb data within 4 hours but I didn't get. Then I call the customer care aftr 20 hours but they said they r transferring my call to higher authority, I am waiting and waiting and waiting but they didn't transferred my call. I cut the call and again dial but this time my call has been rejected again rejected. I was so frustrated. Aftr some time I call the Customer care again but different number. This time they said . wait for 24 hours, you will get the whole data . Aftr 26 hours I am writing this.

                                        Very cheap customer service. sale pagal bnate h. Ab use nhi krna Aircel. bhut baar to ese hi amount detect ho jata h pta hi nhi chalta. salon ko free ka amount katne ki aadat padi hui h.
