            My incoming and out going getting barred very frequently saying that i have not paid for some other no which in fact i have paid and given letters to cancel the no and some body called me also for the confirmation of cancellation. But till date nothing happened.

            I have spoke to customer care no 198 and written mails to customer care, appelette, nodel officer, even to their social media id. But could not get any solution to the problem. I have been using their services for the more than 15 years but never a satisfied customer. I do have some other service providers no which i have not faced any problem but aircel i am living with full of problems only. NO ONE IS THERE TO GIVE SOLUTION FOR THE PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS ONLY FOR A SENTIMENTAL SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST NO NOT FOR THEIR SERVICE AT ALL.
            If some body can give me contact details of a person who can give solution in aircel please help me.

                    I have post paid connection, 4 days out going call provide for me, but after the days out going calls barred to me, we went to my nearest aircel store he told to verification was failed. after the second time requested on 12.03.16 filled.

But till not my problem clear what i am doing . please rectifies to me proplems. i am not a employee so i am employer please try to understand me.

                          I could not understand that the recharge of Rs 194 for unlimited aircel to aircel is for STD calls.It is difficult to find out in the internet about the recharge option details of Aircel. I mistook the Rs 194 recharge option for unlimited aircel-aircel local calls and recharged Rs. 194 to [protected]. I need to recharge for unlimited local calls to the same number and not for STD calls. Its my earnest request to you to please reimburse the money as otherwise my Rs 194 will be a total waste of money. Please do the needful.

                            Aircel is providing worlds most worst network. very poor services. During first call every day it respond noise instead of beep. and speed is worstest ever for internet, we can use only whatsapp on your network with fluctuated speed. In these days many calls are doped.you deduct money or mint. Customer care says, we are just customer support, so what we can do, we just register your request. Std pack showing 65/120 min but after recharge got only 115 min. You are just increasing cost of recharges and decreasing services, validites, amount after recharge. ... Do some thing for your poor network.

                                  from last few days, I am facing this problem. My calls and confidential informations are being diverted to some other number. On enquiring from the person I got to know that he has recently purchased the SIM. To my surprise both of our numbers are same.
                                  When I tried contacting customer care the person virendr, david and sandeep were very much rude and without addressing my problem my calls were disconnected thrice. Since then I am still trying to figure out, but all in vain non of them are receiving my call.

                                      Received a msg that 12rs deducted towards loan taken on 16 march 2016 on 17 march 2016. Although i don't know how and why? Having a balance more than 1120 still saying i took loan for balance. 2nd time on 19.03.2016 i have called for around 0.45 sec and checked my balance it's gone to minus 10 again. Last time i checked on 18.03.2016 and there was no calls. My number [protected] activated rate cutter 7 rupees. Which was recharged by retailer. Current balance 1106.84. Balance before last deduction 1116.29. I need the balance back. Else soon i will port to a better network. Already called twice to cust. Support.

                                        Due to your wrong information I bought a new sim from palakkad and it rendered useless while i'm in ernakulam. I can't connect to either network docomo or vodafone. The sim is now useless due to your false comment. Kindly check the consistency of information while replying.
