    i rechage rs. 60.00 and 32.00 dated 15.3. 16 and rs. 50.00 dated 16.3.16
    now is balance 1.00. i several times talk to aircel dept 198 number in this
    regard but always reply pl call after four hours because server upgrade continue .my balance nil no replyfrom aircel customer care.. today i also ring to aiecel customer care 198 and 121 sent a recording message all are busy customer care personal. please note my complain and shortly solve my problem .

Please ignore those website or web link which are chargeable to stop this type of charging.

        I have made a online recharge of amount rs.204 on 4th of march.The transaction got failed but as usual the amount got debited from bank account.I have been following with the aircel customer care for more than 10 days still didn't get any proper response.The worst part is the customer care line even is not reachable from yesterday.
        Noone in customer care department is responding in proper manner and not taking any consecutive steps.When i try to log a complaint whenever i call they say application is down and we can't raise a complaint now.After repeated calls i was able to register a copmpalint at midnight 12 am on 16th march.The expected closing date of complaint is 19th march but without any proper intimation or resolving they have closed the complaint on 17th march evening that too without my consent.This is the worst part they played in their entire drama.If they are unable to resolve a complaint and close as they wish what is the necessity in registering a formal compalint.
        I dont understand the problem in refunding the amount debited when the transaction got failed.

        Being a Aircel customer of more than 8 years didnt expect a this much poor and worst response from Aircel.
        I never knew a brand merchant can be this much greedy and cheater just for Rs.204

            Dear Aircel
            I was charged for rs1, rs 5 and rs 21 respectively within 24 for music and movies month service which i didnt subscribe at all...aircel finds a way to deduct an amount whenever possible from yr talktime with popups in browsers and redirects.Its like a nightmare if you recharge aircel with talktime and browsing internet in the same time.Aircel will find a way to deduct alklyour remaining balance.I have been cheated 4 times within 3 days and countless times by aircel because few members of my family use aircel network in my family and for time to time they tried to complain but Aircel's superb customer care executives never recieved those calls .I wonder if Aircel even has a customer cate support.Aircel is looting in massive amounts in India and is a hoax .I feel sorry for the the people who dont know how to resist and keep draining theirr hard earned money to Aircel.Aircel should be charged by the court for cheating and looting the people of India.

                Few days back aircel deducted balance of rs 19 and then again they deducted some amount i remember around 22 from my mobile no [protected].. i dint made any request for any type of packs or whatsoever.. so i dnt understand why you people deduct balance everytime i recharge my no.. its final either solve my issue or else me porting it to some better company.. and will take the matter to higher authorities too.

                  Balance deducted by autorenewal of any recharge and not get the balance refunded even after complaint made by me and taken follow up more than 2 or 3 times. This balance deduction and money not refunded after even call happened with me 2 to 3 times till today. I am thinking to change the operator by portability due to poor service.

                          I have recharge of Rs. 67 on dated 16th march for 2G net data.
                          According to offer the data should be 1. 17 GB for 28 days. But still I got only 450 MB data for 10 days. I had already faced the same problem before.
                          I had call at customer care many time but they didn't satisfy me.I called customer care they avoid the calls and they barred the No. to call center.when I tried with another No. they did the same.they are cheating and making fools to customers.pl help. I m feeling very unconventional. Please short out my problem. I'll be very thankful of you.

                            Sir i was receiving messages from aircel that after recharging with Rs 67 you will get 1GB 2G/3G data for 28 days. The benefit data will be credited in 8hours. I recharged my no on 11 mar but till now i didn't get the benefit. I called customer care they avoid the calls and they barred the no to call centre.when i tried with another no they did the same.they are cheating and making fools to customers.pl help.

                                I recharged Rs.7 promo which offered me A2A 10p/min and A2O 25p/min..But the promo is not working at all..After calling the c.care every time they told me to call them after 2 hours.They also offered me 20=20 talktime..It was also fake, after recharge I got 15.something Rs. only..Few days ago when ever I recharge 10 Rs. they deduct 5 Rs from that with no reason just sending a messege ."Thanks for choosing aircel service".My friends are also facing these problems..Please help us to return our valueable money..My aircel number is [protected] and my email address is soham.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      Thanks for stopping both the VAS.

                                      Well, all i can say is I've not initiated any such request and I guess have to be more careful if I see any ads of Aircel popping up while using apps in my phone. Perhaps, if this continues I'll have to maintain 0 balance so from avoiding getting charged. :)

                                      Its been a long follow up with you folks & I don't understand why the charges of Rs. 50 towards VTALKIES is not refunded while I had raised the complaint on the same day.

                                      Kindly go to the first thread regarding this complaint to see that I have raised the initial complaint on 16th March itself when I got charged and its only from your side the response was delayed towards my complaint.

                                      I would consider this issue as resolved only once I received my refund of Rs. 50.

                                      Please find the proof regarding my complaint raised on 16th March & I see that Aircel has been notifed & its a delay on your fault.

                                      I have not delayed to come to you with the unwanted subscription & don't see any reason why you can't refund my Rs.50.

                                      Dear Jayan Bhaskaran,

                                      We verified your number and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 16/3/2016 and 22/3/2016. The packs are VTALKIES and MOBCGK30. Hence amount of Rs.40 and Rs.3 deducted for the same. Amount of Rs.3 was credited since there is complaint raised within 24 hrs for the same.

                                      Hello Sir / Madam,

                                      I'm not a user who started using internet only since the last month. I've been a great fan of Aircel for atleast last 5-6 years and still sticking with you because most of your offers are attractive and suiting my requirements.

                                      However it's only during the last 6 months or so I've been going through weird experiences like getting automatically subscribed for some of your stuffs (which I'm not even aware of & don't want too be aware of) for which you deduct money from my talktime.

                                      Well, I'm extremely amused by your previous response especially the statement the credit would be made if the complaint is made within 24 hours. Are you guys, really looking into the attachments which I had shared as proof? Well, if you had missed to look, let me attach it again.

                                      I'm not going to stop following up until I receive the refund of Rs. 50 toward VTALKIES.

                                      We verified the your number and found that the download request has been initiated from your end through WAP mode on 29/3/2016. The pack is VTALKIES and amount of Rs.50 deducted for the same. The same had consent ID. Hence charged deducted are authentic

                                      Could you share the consent ID please?

                                      A question still prevails, if I had given my consent, why on earth should I come to you claiming refund? Are you telling I'm a fool?

                                      I'm not going to stop this thread unless I get the refund.
