It was started from 29th Feb at 9.51 Pm. Then after on 14th March at 10.27 Pm and 15th March at 3.35 Pm.
How can you start such a ridiculous service without bothering me.
Please check and deactivate it ASAP and refund my money.

We have refunded Rs 129/- which was deducted on 15th March and 22nd March'16 and deactivated the services as well to avoid further deduction.

I have received deducted amount rs. 129 yesterday and that bad service has been disabled. But i calculated total deducted amount from the start and it comes around 180 and you just have only refunded 129 rs. How can you do such foolish calculation. Check your records and refund rest of the 50 rs.

Since we have already refunded the deducted amount as per complaint, there after we did not found any other wrong deduction. please note that earlier deduction was Rs 129/- only not 150/- which we refunded on 23rd march 16.

    My number: [protected], On 14.03.2016 my balance amount 63 rupees was deducted without any reason.
    Unnecessary money is deducted from my balance. I did not subscribe any of your service.

    This is not a first time you deducted like this... Last Nov 15 the You have looted 73 rupees from my account, after 100+ complaints you people refunded my amount.

    Now I guess, you people deducted (looted) money unnecessarily without customer knowledge and investing into SHARE MARKET. If any customer make a complaint you refund money after getting some revenue from share market.

    Refund my money and resolve my problem.

    I got my money. 63 rupees.
    Thanks for refunded the amount.

    But continues money looting from my number is not fair.

    This happened two time from last six months. Nov 15th 2015 and March 14th 2016.

      Date 15 mar 2016 at 02.53 my office colleague call from [protected] to 121 your one executive received call and he not replying properly when she asked him to transfer call to your senior he didn't transfer and when she asked his name he disconnect the line this not first time that aircel executive behaving like this this happened with me many time. Actually i called because my number is disconnected before 3-4 days ago i want to reactivate my number [protected]. Vodafone and aritel executive is much better and smarter than aircels rubbish executives. Give training to your whole customer support how to talk with customers and how to response them.

      All SIM Cards company gives discontinued number back within some number of days but Aircel disconnected my name from my number ([protected]) and sent in Market. But how could this happened in 1 day you people sending someones number in market. All my Personal details are attached with this number please give it back.

          An internet pack of Rs 2 has been activated. 10 rupees has been deducted so far. A few minutes ago, I had called on 198 . The customer representative refused to brief me on the process on call. Instead he sent a message with details of the pack . There was an USSD code *121*201#. The code did not function. I dialled on 198 again. This time the representative informed that the pack cannot be deactivated by them. The customer has to follow a certain procedure to active and deactivate the pack. I asked him to register a complaint . He said the server was down. I asked him to transfer the call to the seniors. He said they were busy. I am helpless now. There is no other way to deactivate the pack . Another 2 rupees would be deducted in 2 hrs. I'd have to pay another 2rupees for an internet pack that I don't need and that was activated by the system ( pun intended) . Ok. This is how you people deal with customers. Ok. 10 rupees has been deducted so far . Refund the entire amount. And the pack gets activated for another day, take that amount into account as well. 12 rupees has to be refunded. I made it easier by calculating the amount myself. Your job has also been said. Thank you.

My relative call C.care for deduction of balance.. one man receive Her(my relative) call and ask her name and problem.. then they told her that call me after 2 hour.. then after few minutes Aircel C.care man Called her with his personal no. And Called her With her name and told him Can u be my friend.. what nonsense ! This is ur Privacy policy ?? After this i called c.care with two other Aircel no. Then they gave me no response.. put me on hold 3 time . I[censored] doesn't solve it i surly go ahed...
              .really very disappointed with ur Privacy service ..

                  Hi, I attend interview in one company then asked my proof for verification and I gave my proof to them after 3 months later aircel customer care called to my number and asking for bill payment and I told to them I left that company before 3 months itself and I worked there for only 15 days and also they have generated two sim in my name . how can a person buy two sim with one individual proof. I gave the address of that company and also there phone number but they are asking me and one lady her name is gomathi she is using bad words . so don't even know how to behave with an unknown person or else customer. please kindly take necessary steps because she is calling me and also coming to my home but whatever I know I gave to them but she is calling me and disturbing me often . kindly take necessary action.

                    On march 8th I recharged 101 for 3G data pack for which I recieved a msg stating 1GB 3G data 28 days validity. I have deleted the message once I recharged. But by 9th i was getting the data pack validity as 9th march 2016. I called the customer care and they stated that I ahve the validity till Apr 4th 2016. But on 10th I was deducted around 33 rupees when I switched on data services in my mobile. So I called customer care and went to data service section and I queried for the same data pack validity issue. They conveyed me like I have the validity till Apr 4th and asked me to call to balance deduction issue section. I called to balance deduction section and I was getting the information like my data pack validity was completed and so I was charged. I said that I have the validity till 4th Apr an why I was charged. and my call was transferred to supervisor Priya and she stated that I was not having the validity and it expired as of 9th March.and my balance will not be refunded. I complaint like then Why I was stated that till 4th Apr 2016. she responded like she will check with voice recording and arrange for callback for the next day.I didnt get any calls on 11th March.So I called again and spoke to the supervisor Shanthi(I am not clear with name).She said that I was deducted correctly and I asked she said will check the voice recording and arrange for call back was said by Priya. She responded Priya is not there currently and asked me to call after 24 hours. I called today 3 to 5 times but I was not connected to customer care. Please help me with this.

                      Hello. On my number [protected], an internet pack of 2 rupees has been activated and it is being renewed everyday and I'm receiving several messages in a day notifying me about the activation. Firstly, I don't use the mobile network. How was it activated without my knowledge. And if the pack had been activated by mistake. How has the auto-renewal been continued? Aircel has deducted 10 rupees by now before I took notice of the miscreant . It started . This started on 11th March . Today is 14th March . Sp the total amount deducted is 10 rupees. Refund the entire amount. I have not activated the pack. Neither have I used it since the renewal started. I browse internet on wifi connection. There is no way it was activated by clicking on an ad. Refund the amount.

                                My balance deducted by aircel unnecessarily on Mar 10, 2016

                                Every now and then my balance gets deducted and aircel unnecessarily activates unnecessary services like video talkies, Aircel deals etc for which i never ever subscribed.
                                I am really fed up. Right now I see every week my balance is getting deducted by 30rs- 50rs.
                                I need an immediate refund and want aircel to stop and not to activate any services. Dont tell me that it got activated by customer induced method. I have heard that enough now.
                                Special note : I have been trying to call your customer service centre since 3 days all day all time it has facing heavy traffic.
                                So please resolve my issue at earliest.

                                  In my Aircel no. [protected] a VAS of 25 rupees has just been cut..as i did not subscribe to any "STORE 25". I tried to unsubscribe it but i failed..so i'm not happy for just charging me a VAS which i did'nt subscribe..Please will u put a end to this as everytime i recharge a 25 rupees has always been deducted as im soo furious and angry for this..

                                  Kindly dial 155223 or send sms as STOP to 155223 (toll free) for VAS status and to deactivate it or send sms as L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 deduction related to VAS from Aircel number.

                                    Hi, i contacted aircel customer care and their showrooms so many times, but there is no responce from them. customes care executive says that u need to contact the nearest aircel showroom. when i go to their showroom carying my documnets, they use to say we cant provide.

                                      Every now and then my balance gets deducted and aircel unnecessarily activates unnecessary services which no one on earth would subscribe. I am fed up. Right now I see everyday my balance is getting deducted by 5-10 rs. I need an immediate refund and want aircel to stop and not to activate any services. Dont tell me that it got activated by customer induced method. I have heard that enough now.

                                        Aircel - fraud - not changing my post paid to prepaid what more money . Scam company aircel . Why eating other money instead close the company

                                        I have given multiple request to stop the bill and to close the connection/ accept the porting with aircel.

                                        I told this many times to gentle man mr. Gowtham. Also asked him to submit the proof 2nd time to aircel .


                                        Why dont he done that ?!!!


                                        3rd time payed bill without any usage .


                                        I payed the money to aircel . Kindly do not send me any bills.

                                        We verified your number and found that UPC code only generated, we are not in receipt of MCH request from the recipient operator. Hence request you to generate the new UPC code and request to re-raise the MCH request from the recipient operator for further process .
