Sir,
My no. is [protected], I have recharged with Rs. 279 which is supposed to give me the benefits of TT Rs. 149/-, 2 GB data and a few SMS for a month of validity. After the recharge, Aircel deducted Rs. 298/- from my TT balance which is the benefited amount from last recharge and this one as well. So I lodged the complaint for refund. The complaint reference number is 1-[protected], for which they closed the complaint saying I have used 29.8 MB of Data. "But my question is this, Does the TT and data balance are added at different times?" I demand an explanation and my money back. I will strongly recommend my friends to go for some other network but aircel. This is not the first time it has happened and I have proof for all the calls I have made to your customer support. I need this to be resolved and never happen ever.
