I'm really disappointed with AIRCEL network. As I Don have signal in Airtel I planned to change to Aircel. They have taken more 15 days to activate my sim. They left me for a whole working day without signal. And the people who works there also irrespective. Im really got tension because of the worst service I ever had.

    Sir,
    My no. is [protected], I have recharged with Rs. 279 which is supposed to give me the benefits of TT Rs. 149/-, 2 GB data and a few SMS for a month of validity. After the recharge, Aircel deducted Rs. 298/- from my TT balance which is the benefited amount from last recharge and this one as well. So I lodged the complaint for refund. The complaint reference number is 1-[protected], for which they closed the complaint saying I have used 29.8 MB of Data. "But my question is this, Does the TT and data balance are added at different times?" I demand an explanation and my money back. I will strongly recommend my friends to go for some other network but aircel. This is not the first time it has happened and I have proof for all the calls I have made to your customer support. I need this to be resolved and never happen ever.

        I have DND service on my mobile number for fully blocked category and still Aircel activates various VAS without my consent. I spoke several times to customer care executives and written to appleatte authorities but they keep on activating VAS every time I recharge my number.
        I am UP East subscriber .

                  Without my subscription Aircel has deducted Rs 75 for Glamour Zone for 15 days, and saying if i don't wanna subscribe send STOP to 155223. why Aircel is doing like this. i need a reason for cutting Rs 75 without informing and deduction. And i want the money to refund it back to my number-[protected]

                  Post system validation it was found that there is no deduction of Rs 75 against the number [protected] recorded in the system for Glamour Zone. It was found that you were charged Rs 10 on 22/03/2016 at 16:11 for downloading WALLPAPER from TECHZONE downloaded through WAP. As service gesture Rs 10 refunded on 22/03/2016.

                  Kindly avoid clicking on any WAP links popping-up during browsing and advise to dial 155223 or send sms as STOP to 155223 (toll free) for VAS status and to deactivate it or send sms as L5VAS to 121 (toll free) to know the last 5 deduction related to VAS from Aircel number.

                  I have also been charged just now (ph. No.[protected]) without subscribing, Rs 75 for glamour zone75. When asked to stop, Aircel says I have not subscribed to any vas. Then how come i get the message of deduction and also my bal. reduces by rs 75? I will not bow to such lowly cheats . I will sue them in the court very soon. They cannot prove their innocence and so get prosecuted.
                  How is it legally sound for Aircel to charge for popups, which is not even touched, let alone consenting to it? You are an abettor and collaborator since you deduct the money in agreement to do so with them. Why all the tel cos. stoop so low shamelessly, remorselessly to make such flagrant illegal money from subscribers which will run into crores of rupees?

                        There was a offer of full talk time of Rs 60 on recharge of Rs 60. So I recharged with Rs. 60 during that offer period only. But I didn't get Rs 60, I got only RS 49.40. I called customer care, they raised a complaint against that and said it will be resolved by next day. Next day I called and they said there is no complaint raised. And the executive was so rude talking like he was drunk.

                          Respected sir My name is Manish gupta. My aircel mob. no. is [protected]. I have recieved a sms on dated 07.03.2016 timed 11.04pm. The sms was succesfully activated UPE3G17. Before this my account balance was approx 20.63 rupees. But now this is rupees 3.62 only. How cheap is this. I didn't send any message or do any thing even my handset is locked. and my phone not support GPRS. How is this possible. I want from you to take strict action on this cheap sucking thing. I think you will do the hopeful and needful on this matter.aircel customer care not supported my issue.

I have already complaint through customer care and e-mail but not response get me my balance is left in my sim. Why not start my no after 10 days. What are you doing.                               On 28.12.2015 at 1pm, Rs.75 deducted from my main balance and On 8.3.2016 AT 6.40PM, Rs.50 deducted from my main balance. As my knowledge I DID NOT subscribe any vas service. Please Aircel don't insist to blame on me that I subscribed the service. I know how to read and write English and I am not blind to subscribe vas service accidentally. I clearly understand that Aircel using some Auto pop-up software to deduct the peoples money.
                              I want to refund back the Rs.125 to main account. If fail to refund, then I will go for further legal steps.

                              Yes received message. After received message I realised that Aircel deducted my money even I did not subscribe any vas service.

                                    I am Using Aircel Prepaid Mobile Under Mobile Number [protected], On 23.02.2016 Rs.50/- Was Deducted From My Account Automatically, i Made Complaint To Aircel Customer Care, But No Action Was Taken, Again On 08.03.2016 Rs.5o/- Deducted From My Account Saying That Auto Renewal Of Video Talkies Service. I Have Not Requested Any Such Service. Totally Rs.100/- deducted from my Account. Kindly Take Action.
                                    Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    As soon as I posted complaint in this forum, I received a call from an unknown number stating that, calling from Aircel head office, and asked my bank details for refund of the amount deducted, I said to refund the amount to the mobile account itself, but he said he cannot do that. I assume that, the mobile number provided here is being used by the frauds who get the bank details through phone and steal money for extracting money. Friends, be alert when you receive a call from unknown number.

                                      On[protected] at 10:06 am a fraud missed call come to me by a no [protected].When i call back to same then balance of 32 rupees cut from my account.Now i want my money back as early as possible.

                                        I did recharge of 194 A2A STD Unlimited Plan on 8th March'16 at 1:00 AM but till now i am unable to use free calling . what the hell is this.

                                        Who is liable for my inconvenience. Just resolve ASAP.
