I have requested to disconnect my postpaid connection [Mob No : [protected]] in order to port to another network. And requested porting for the same. However it is pending for three months. I am not getting any sort of guidance from Aircel postpaid offices of my region. They have barred my outgoing for two months and still generating bills. I have cleared my account and even paid excess in advance. Kindly arrange to resolve on priority.

    Day before yesterday I did recharge of rs 36. Till Now I didn't got it, When I call to customer They Do not reply Well After That They Put My no In reject list. Now When Call To customer Care they Call getting engaged. Now I don't How To take My recharge. I have Transaction Id of Recharge.

            Hello aircel! i bought a new sim on saturday and was told by retailer that it would be activated by monday morning. still my sim is not activated. I dialled 59059 and the details were verified by your operator. I also recharged the sim and switched off the phone for any activation. No change.. it shows the signal but not getting connected. kindly help me! thanking you

                    From Past Few weeks Aircel people deducting money whenever i recharged and they are activating different packs without I am raising any request. I tried calling to the customer care. Initially they were registered the issue and promises to refund the money but it's more than 3 weeks money is not refunded yet. And they are still deducting more. When this time i am trying to contact them they even not responding properly. Please sort this issue.

                              I am using Aircel Tamilnadu prepaid number more than 3 years. My number is [protected]

                              27th Feb i have recharged my number with amount of 1.25GB 3G. Also i was having Rs.280 in my main balance. After consuming 400MB 3G, i have been charged from my main balance.
                              What the hell is this. So there is no use to pt data pack in Aircel. Whatever we r using will be deducted from main balance why the hell we use this crap network.

                              I want to lodge a complaint again this public money sucker network Aircel.

                              And i need my hard earned money Rs.255 (for netpack) + Rs.250 (which hv been deducted from main account)

                                I am using aircel as a service provider. on 5-march 2016 i received two messages like "your dialer tune has been successfully downloaded @rs 5/30days" after this my balance reduced to rs. 24 from rs.29 and other message was like "thanks for subscribing to dialer tune at rs. 21 for 21 days". now my balance is rs.3 .main point is that i have not activate any service like this. i have called to customer care he said your balance will be back in 24 hour but i have not received

But even after 48 hours my sim wasn't activated. So i contacted customer care. They said that my sim is processing and my sim card will be activated in 24 hours. But it didn't activate and this is the fifth day. I have been calling the customer care for 3 days and i am getting the same reply of activation in 24 hours .                                       Aircel Balance Deductions VAS

                                      SInce 25 February 2016 I am facing almost daily automatic subscription of VAS and corresponding balance deductions of sums of Rs 75, Rs 3, Rs 35, Rs 49, Rs 25. The amount is deducted based on the premise that I have subscribed a VAS pack whereas I have not. Each time this has happened I have called customer care representative and all they say is that my complaint has been noted and that I have to call 155223 to deactivate the service.
                                      i call 155223 and the response there is the auto generated response that I have no VAS subscribed. Now the amount 75 and 35 were refunded to me after 3 days of having been first deducted but other amounts were not.
                                      Problem is why is the amount being deducted in the first place??
                                      And the first time and every other time this happened I asked the customer care representative as to the reason behind this issue, not one provided the answer to this.
                                      My balance always gets reduced and I have to recharge again, and again the amount gets deducted. I am moving in cycles with no person at Aircel ready to help me.
                                      It is this kind of stupidity that one cannot really tolerate.

                                        I have a AIRCEL Prepaid connection which I am facing problem with there service and Customer service over the phone.Every now then Value added services are getting added without even any consent and getting renewed as well before even realizing it and getting heavily charged and even no notification are sent before and after doing so.
                                        My points are How a VAS gets added automatically without consent with Re 1 charged and then it gets renewed within 30 mins with a charge of Rs.99 and Rs. 9.
                                        Because as per TRAI Guideline clause 2 and 3b customer should be informed in writing and OBD before doing it which in my case is missing and if nothing is done in this case to refund me the amount will love to contact TRAI as well as consumer forum regarding the same.
