5 days ago i recharged my no with 56 rate cutter for karnatak circle.
bt i was not working. thats why i gave a complaint though 198. its already 5 days gone and i am still stucking in that problem.
they also closed my 198 complaint portal also, if i am trying to call them through other no they just saying "i'll solve the problem plz stay online, and after 2 ya 3 min the call is disconnected automatically.

I just want to kick off their , who are just sitting on the management seat for getting the complaint management..

This is a consumer complaint forum, I dnnt think i should share my complaint details.
Thanks to making us suffered again and again.
I[censored] cannt do anything then please say that clearly, do not make us foolish as because we can take any big action.
I cannt share my number as bcoz i used that no as my permanent no.
so that i want to get into any problem any more.

        By 1/03/2016 my existing data pack was about to end. so on that day by 11.40 pm i recharged for rs103 combo pack.
        i got a confirmation message stating that i got the pack activated.
        when i switched off the mobile data next morning, i got about rs.11 deducted.
        by that time, i thought it might have been deducted for some phone calls.
        i switched on data, i used data for the whole day. by 2/03/2016(next day) all my main balance was taken away and my data balance was untouched.
        when i called aircel complaint services, they said that i was continuously connected to internet when the validity get over, which i was not.i called their costumer care number and told them everything..they said its not their fault.. after speaking for half an hour, they took a ticket. and said they will give a solution by 5/03/2016 in which, most probably i wont get refunded.(this is how their statement sounded)

                I am aircel customer for 3 years . my number is [protected]. As per my plan I have 2g unlimited and 500 gb of 3g data. But during my feb bill I have been charged for internet . I had filed a complaint with aircel on 22nd feb 2016 and they told they would rectify it by 24 th Feb 4.48 p.m. it has been 10 days and I haven't received a single response from them. My incoming and outgoing I'd bared. I have been calling them for the past 6 days . the reps would say that they would forward the call to the escalation desk and I had to wait for 20 mins on hold.but they would disconnect it. Even though if it reaches the escalation desk ( that too once in a blue moon ) they would say it would be rectified in 24 hrs but all in vain.. It's been 10 days since my connection is disconnected. I am an entrepreneur and AL my clients have that number. This issue has given me too much of mental stress and monetary loss too.

All local mobile calls @ 30p/min (1st call of the day @ 80p/min). Validity- 90 Days as per the recharge policy. The rate cutter is applicable only mobile to mobile.

                            My name is Nagendra Singh. And my aircel number is [protected]. From last week aircel company automatically deducts my balance at night. Last night they deducts balance of rupees 05. Second last night they deducts balance of rupees 10. They are doing this thing everynight if I had balance more than rupees 10. Bhai mere agar aisa hi karna hai toh kasam se main aircel ka sim card nikaal ke phenk doonga. Main bhi complaint register karke tired ho gaya hoon. Apki company hamari wajah se chalti hai hum aapki eajah se nahin.

According to tarrif aircel to aircel call rate charges @ 10 paisa per minute, as informed by you via SMS and 1288 . But during call today dated 01.03.2016 for approx. 42 minute at aircel mobile no. call rate charges @ 15 paisa per minute . Why ?

                                        I am S N Meena. I have a Aircel no. I got some massages about 2G Internet pack. when I call to customer care for knowing about the packs & ask some queries, they block my number and I could not call again to customer care. It is being repeated again and again. I tried to contact company's authorized appellate authority but no one attended my call. I am really feeling bad after getting this type of customer care service.
