I am facing the same and same and same problem when I start to use the Aircel. My problem is " Always message showing that I was subscribed this pack and that pack. But really really I was not click on any link. Still my account balance is deducting by Aircel. I got the same answer that here after it won't happen but now I lose my mind

      My balance automatically reduce froom Rs 50 to Rs 2 because of some model video call serivce which i have not activate. Your Care does not listen to me and cut my call as well as put my call on dont call service. Please refund my balance before I deactive my all numbers and teach some adicates to your care.

I have not opted for the above.i never heard about this video club. I was not getting any positive response from Aircel customer care. Almost I lost more than rs450. I want immediate deactivate model video club also I want money back.

              We verified his account and found that the download request has been initiated from customer end through WAP mode on 22/3/2016. The pack is VTALKIES 30. Hence amount of Rs.30 was charged for the same and authentic.

I already make a complaint on aircel customer care but i still facing this issue. I checked also - reinsert sim card, check with another phone. its have network signal failure issue with this sim card.

                    I had raised request on Aircel store to swich circle from Maharashtra to Telangana under MNP on my

                    existing aircel mobile number [protected]. The request was raised on 20th Feb, 2016 and I was told that

                    my new SIM will get activated within 2 hours of deactivation of old SIM.

                    However, it has been more than a day now since my old number got deactivated and I do not see any

                    positive response from Aircel regarding the issue. I was also told that a verification call will also be

                    made before activation but even that has not happened as yet.

                      This is to inform that AIRCEL have fraudulently charged me Rs492 for VAS -Value added service which i have never used and have never been notified about such service.Inspite of escalating the matter to Relationship manager neha tandon and vikas arora the charges have not been waved off.I have made a complaint to the customer care and hence they are not willing to remove the fraudulent charge from my bill.Kindly help me to get this charge of Rs492 waived off from my bill.My mobile number is [protected].

                      I got an email from Aircel customer care kindly have a look at the fraudulent charge billed in my bill

                      (We would like to inform you that, you have been charged Rs492/- for the consumption of VAS. Hence charges found are correct and no waiver is applicable.

                      And TODAY i recieved another message of service which i never subscribed for 05/03/2016 (your video talkies at Rs 50 is auto renewed for 15 days )

                      Either waive off this fraudulent charge or i shall proceed further legally in consumer court for the fraudulent charge which has been billed for a service which i have never used nor i am aware of

                                  I am having a aircel number. I have already activated DND service. on 4 March 2016 without my knowledge, company activated Movie and Music Fortnight and deducted Rs21 from my account. Immediately deactivate Movie and Music Fortnight subscription and return the money to my account. It is not the first time they have looted me, previously also they had done same thing. I am fed up with their service soon i will port my number to another network. My cell number is [protected].

                                      From my account an amount of 30 rupees has been deducted on Feb 26, 2016 for astrology, which i had neither asked nor subscribed for. Due to my busy schedule, i couldn't keep track of my account balance nor did I know about this unwanted pack activation. Today i noticed that my account was low in balance. Then I found the activated plan messages in my inbox, which the company has activated without my consent. Also, I found a message " Dear subscriber, you have been subscribed to cricket monthly. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service.", for which i never requested for. Today when I called the customer service center, though they deactivated the plans, they said they wont be able to refund the amount as one week has lapsed. As these packs have been activated by the company without my consent I would very much wish the company paid for my loss and refunded the money as soon as possible. These kind o[censored]nauthorized activation of packs causes trouble for us and we loose our faith in your service. And I am sure this is not the first time the company is facing such a complaint.

                                        This is to inform you that in bill for the month of january and again for february i have been charged for vas services and vas downloading charges although i didn't subscribe for same. i have lodge same complaint last month also i.e. month of january with aircel but no prompt reply was given

                                        And being a postpaid customer i must mention that this practice of charging for vas services although same had not been subscribed by customer is not acceptable as customers paid their bill from their hard work earned money and that practice of charging forged bill for vas services was pathetic and i no longer wish to be customer of aircel.
