From my account an amount of 30 rupees has been deducted on Feb 26, 2016 for astrology, which i had neither asked nor subscribed for. Due to my busy schedule, i couldn't keep track of my account balance nor did I know about this unwanted pack activation. Today i noticed that my account was low in balance. Then I found the activated plan messages in my inbox, which the company has activated without my consent. Also, I found a message " Dear subscriber, you have been subscribed to cricket monthly. Please recharge your account to continue enjoying this service.", for which i never requested for. Today when I called the customer service center, though they deactivated the plans, they said they wont be able to refund the amount as one week has lapsed. As these packs have been activated by the company without my consent I would very much wish the company paid for my loss and refunded the money as soon as possible. These kind o[censored]nauthorized activation of packs causes trouble for us and we loose our faith in your service. And I am sure this is not the first time the company is facing such a complaint.
