    I am in aircel postpaid on past 4months. But i am not like a aircel Postpaid Service. So I Will Give A Postpaid Disconnect and Change To Prepaid form for more than 5times after 3months of sim purchase in Near by aircel store But That aircel aircel store is not responds to me they Will Cheat To Me. Please Take a action to them and help me to change Aircel prepaid otherwise We will Move on other networks

      I had 40 rs main account balance in my number [protected] but on 25 feb 00.02 am 37 rs was deducted in name of internet although i had an unlimited internet plan actiavted in my number with auto renewal .. please rfund my hard earned money asap and stop this non sense

      Inspite of having unlimited internet pack active on auto renewal basis how can u deduct balance in name of internet charges !!

      U didnt refund me my 37 rs deducted on 25 feb at number [protected] and simply closed the case !! If I dont get my money back i will definitely file in consumer court and i mean it

              Its happy that at lease we can tell our issues to someone.
              I am using aircel sim card since 2 years, number is [protected]. Aircel will activate VAS packages without any intimation and deduct money(for example consider my today's billing details) . When I called customer care, they are not speaking english and I know little tamil, if ask to transfer the call they will not do so and when asked about this they are saying it will be activated automatically when you are browsing internet.Is that my fault...It happened again and again. this time i am raising complaint. And i am unable to reach their complaint number 198, always saying "busy with high call flow" at afternoon 2 PM.
              Please provide solution.

              Hi,

              I received SMS that "your complaint has been resolved" but I didn't get the amount refunded and no SMS about amount.Please reopen the case.

              Again there is some SMS from aircel mentioning SMS pack is activated but I didnt receive the deducted amount.
              Now there are two issues
              1.Dedected amount for Video talkies
              2.SMS pack is activated.

              This is not easy for customers flowing up with aircel for daily new issues, please change your system from annoying customers.
              Note: I called 198 five times since morning but always getting all executives are busy call after some time announcement.Really wasting my office time.

              Amount deducted: 50 Rs (happened 2, 3 times previously but didn't note the dates)

              After deduction I didn't receive any message but called customer care they said there is some "video talkies" package activated and caused deduction. More over you can see all my account details for any reference.Please change your system settings if it is auto process to activate the package.

                I can call to Aircell Customer Helpline customer service executives received call I told our problems but no one helps me to solving the problem..
                I'm trying again and seccond officer not co-operate with me and not any help.
                I tell and not satisfied but officer cut the call without any help.
                The Customer care executive officer of Aircell is not helping nature and not to be working properly and comnuction skill is very poor.

                  I find it very difficult to use it as there is no proper Network Coverage near siruseri Chennai.
                  I tried connecting to customer care but in vain.Stopped using after many warnings.Now they have summed up all months bill and dropped a mail to pay.
                  What am i supposed to do now?
                  i dont want to get fooled by telecom people.
                  I cant use 3G and have been paying 3G bills

So 21st I cantact a customer service. They told me u can contact where did u buy a duplicate simcard . so the sim dealers said to me it is change to idea network . so I asked them without my permission how to change?                       Hi,
                      I have a complaint against my Telecom service provider.
                      They were calling me from [protected] number from last two days. Today i receive the calls by think maybe its important call but it's an recorded system voice and is not understandable clearly. After that i hear a voice of pressing button but i didn't press any button and then from my account Rs.30/- deducted for music connect. I have already a smart phone and i never required a music subscription.
                      Please resolve my complaint, I want refund my money from Aircel and don't want any calls like that in future.

                        I have an aircel tamil nadu sim . without me subscribing anything, often they deduct 30 rs saying that i subscribed something . if we try calling their customer care also most of the time no proper reply .even yesterday[23/02/2016] night they deducted 30rs saying that i subscribed some music, but i didn't subscribe anything .
                        kindly request the refund of deducted 30 rs
                        second issue is that as soon as data validity is over they deduct the mobile balance completely, without usage of data. this happened so many times .they are allowed to deduct balance after expiry of data balance, only when we use data . if data expires, within 10 or 15 mins they deduct 100 rs or how much balance you have, everything they take .
                        kindly tell them not to repeat this again.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I switch over airtel (Prepaid) to aircel (Postapaid) service recently, am not at all satisfied over all aircel service & customer support.

                          Maximum 15 days i used aircel service, i got a bad impression to aircel postpaid service as well as customer support.

                          REG: i called more then 25 times for 3G service not working on my SIM card and also i visited the AIRCEL Store (Mount Road) no one can resolve.

                          While call customer service 198 to log the compliant after IVR call getting disconnected.

                          Then i tried to call 1299 to cancel my postpaid connection, customer service people saying like, it is not possible as per our AIRCEL policy. Kindly use atleast 90 days so that we will accept the cancellation.

                          Note: Aircel Customer service people saying like, As per the TRAI Regulation at least you need to use 90 days. weather you are going to use are not
                          we will send the bill to your residence address.

                              I have recharged 100 rs on 22nd feb 2016 and after that balance of rs 99 was deducted for vas on 22nd feb 2016 . After that i call coustomer care and they said me that balance will be refunded within 24 hr but it havent . As i am having coustomer executive call record of it will not refunded

                                yesterday at around 4pm 15 rs was deducted and again today at around 4 15 rs is deducted.
                                a message saying thanks for activating some service was received.
                                its very frustating this regular case of balance deduction
                                please look into this.

                                initially the balance was deducted on 23rd feb then on 25th
                                again some more balance was deducted yesterday...i have been charged nearly about 60 rs in the last three days for nothing i opted for.

                                      Yesterday my friend call in aircel call center for a query of amount deducting the boy who pick the phone has not told the name & start flirting with her & giving the no. & mis behaving with her . its not tolerable please do the needful if this is the way of talking with girls then i suggest every girl not to take aircel sim.
