Dear Sir,
I switch over airtel (Prepaid) to aircel (Postapaid) service recently, am not at all satisfied over all aircel service & customer support.
Maximum 15 days i used aircel service, i got a bad impression to aircel postpaid service as well as customer support.
REG: i called more then 25 times for 3G service not working on my SIM card and also i visited the AIRCEL Store (Mount Road) no one can resolve.
While call customer service 198 to log the compliant after IVR call getting disconnected.
Then i tried to call 1299 to cancel my postpaid connection, customer service people saying like, it is not possible as per our AIRCEL policy. Kindly use atleast 90 days so that we will accept the cancellation.
Note: Aircel Customer service people saying like, As per the TRAI Regulation at least you need to use 90 days. weather you are going to use are not
we will send the bill to your residence address.

Kindly help me to close the postpaid service.
