    Hello i am sukharam today (date[protected] i have recharged with Rs. 53/-,
    which is rate cutter plan for a month (1p/2sec) but it was not like that with this recharge i got Rs. 37/- as main balance
    trs.no is APR[protected],

    I did another rechage with Rs 60/- ( it is showing on web site recharge with 60/- Rs and get 58 Rs main balance but i got zero balance,
    when i called customer care they are telling me you activated vas service but i didn't active any service like that

        Sir, Using this Aircel App, I had recharged RC 109 under "circle offers" for my mobile number xxxxxxx445. As per information given in Aircel App, RC 109 gives 109 talk time + 109 mb data with 3 day validity + 109 a2a minutes free with 30 days validity.
        After recharge, I got message that RRs. 109 Talktime valid for 21days only and no A2A minutes. It's nothing but totally Cheating a customer.
        I got screen shot of app and lodged a complaint in customer care. I got acknowledgement that aircel will contact with in 2 days and solve problem.
        Even I am having recorded talk with customer care which simply says "which app" again and again and further says 21 days only. Even today, Aircel App info says 30 days validity, which is totally misleading and cheating a customer. Like me thousands of customers would have suffered. Aircel tamilnadu generally give customer complaint acknowledgement and after some days says status closed, without any action or hearing a customer
        It is requested to credit amount deducted from me within 24 hrs.

          I am using aircel for past 9 months . Prepaid number. Today they automatically sent me a msg saying i have subscribed to an music service and cut my balance by 10 rs. Thus event is happening again and again. I need a stop to this event .

            Sir,
            I am Debasis Panigrahi, a bonafide customer of AIRCEL. I am using a AIRCEL company sim (Mobile No.[protected]) since 2012. Today in the afternoon at 12:35 PM they have activated a pack called ORIPI95 for which Rs.95 is deducted from my main balance. This pack is activated by AIRCEL and when I called customer care they are saying only one sentence "sir .. U have activated it from your side and we cannot refund your amount as this is one time activation". This problem is repeated many times in the past and not a single pie is refunded. I use other sims such as Reliance, Airtel, BSNL and Idea but AIRCEL has the worst customer service. It always tries to grab customer’s balance by different means. So, kindly take some action.
            I request you to help me recover my amount.

              Sir/Madam
              I am M. Satya virendranadh. My mobile no is [protected]. I am using your network last 4 years. I was recharged on 7-2-2016 with 1000 Rs, But i am getting 1000Rs talktime only. But your website showing 1150 talk time. Later i called to your customer care they told me that wait for 24Hrs, another one 48 Hrs like that. Third person told you will not get like that. But i have sending proofs u r website screenshot, recharge confirmation. So plz do needful, add 150 talktime, otherwise i will go in consumer court.

                  Aircel had wrongfully deducted rs. 96 (did happen once before)from my account, for reasons unknown. When I tried contacting them just after receiving that deduction message. They denied that it's not their fault and its my fault that im browsing. So what they mean to tell its customer is first put a internet pack and then dont browse with it and if by any chance we browse, they will again charge us for browsing and charge us for using a service, about which we have no clue about. They are pathetic and their customer care is just dubious.

                      Am using aircel service and my number is [protected]. I had given a complaint on 4Feb16, regarding amount deduction from main balance irrespective of having data balance. As my complaint wasn''t resolved i escalated it to appellate cell. They called me on 12 Feb and assured me refund of 108Rs within 24 hrs. The appellate docket number is 1- [protected]. But still i didn''t receive the amount. Now neither appellate authority is addressing my issue nor service provider. With this i attached the screenshot proof of the mail sent by appellate cell. Kindly resolve the issue.

                            I never asked for any services/subscription of video talkies but got charged for it.
                            This is not the first time aircel is doing such cheap things to steal money from their customers.

                                I had purchased an new Aircel sim card on 12/02/2016 and from then its been a week and the sim card is still not activated. Dealer is not able to tell me anything and just says it can take a little time. I do understand verification is important but could it take a whole week? Please reply to me asap and activate my sim card. Sim card shows no signal and gives massage "cellular network not available". Please activate my sim card as I can't bear the roaming charges anymore.

                                    I recharged for 75 but I got 100 but that's in promo balance so I am unable use it now.
                                    At least I want my 75 rs in main balance please transfer it.

                                    Does promo balance has validity for all numbers??
                                    Hi ashwis,

                                    We would like to inform you that PF balance can not be transferred to main balance. Also, PF balance can be used same as main balance for voice, SMS and internet but, you can not use PF balance to activate any service.

                                      Today I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with rc 34 and I got only 1p/ 2sec for 56 days offer but not the talk time 20 rupees and since 3 days I am getting the SMS saying recharge with rc34 and you will get 1p/2sec for 56 days validity and also 20rupees talktime after that I contacted the customer care representative he said to call 1288 but no use no response
                                      Note ..this was the same problem every time I am facing it please do the need full as soon as possible waiting for 20 rupees talktime
